      • 개별공진기의 EM 시뮬레이션을 통한 직접 결합 평판형 여파기 설계

        A bandpass filter is an essential device for communication systems. Especially, planar filters such as parallel coupled line, hair-pin and interdigital filters provide the advantage of an easier implementation and integration with other circuits. However, their design formulas are approximate, do not account for effects such as discontinuities in resonators and dispersion in planar construction. Because of these effects, the resulting filter responses show a significant center frequency shift and distortion. However, such effects can be included at the end final stage of design through EM simulation. To cope with such problems, in chapter 2 of this dissertation, a procedure used the example of a 5th order SIR filter is presented compensating the discontinuities such as fringing capacitances and step impedance discontinuities by using EM simulation. This method is to tune the coupling and the length of individual resonator by EM simulation. In chapter 3, the equivalent circuit using inverter for general lossless 2-port circuit is presented. Compared with the conventional methods, this equivalent circuit can be directly and easily obtained with z- or y-parameters. Based on the representation, an equivalent circuit of general individual resonator is proposed. In chapter 4, the novel design method based on the proposed equivalent circuit is presented. In the design method, the filter is decomposed into individual resonators, and then the reactance slope and the inverter values for each resonator, are extracted and tuned to desired values using EM simulation. The filter composed of such resonators shows the desired filter response without further tuning. Ti is noted that effects of discontinuities and dispersion are included in the filter parameter extraction. In addition the procedure is quite general to adapt into the design of any other types of filters. Not only the procedure is verified by designing a 5-th hair-pin filter, but also some other examples are explained in this dissertation.

      • PLL 주파수 합성기를 이용한 새로운 주파수 변조 회로 설계 및 제작

        Phase Locked Loop (PLL) is widely used as frequency synthesizers in modern communication systems. But Frequency Modulation (FM) of PLL for the modulation rates inside the loop bandwidth is generally difficult. In this article, low cost and practical FM PLLsynthesizer circuit for a flat peak frequency deviation is suggested based on the amount of feedback compensation. The modulation rate can be extended down to below PLL loop bandwidth. The Rosemarin's amount feedback compensation circuit is modified to include two-port loop filter and consequently suppress the spurious sufficiently. The influence of the loop filter deteriorates the modulation circuit and the interaction should be compensated also. The approximate compensation of the influence is suggested. The designed circuit was successfully implemented and showed the flat frequency deviation as expected in the design. In addition, the possible error of the modulation index measurement is reduced by including the sufficient number of tones. With the suggested measurement, it can be successfully verified the designed circuit has the expected frequency deviation.

      • 특허 절차 과정에서의 ICT 標準 特許 創出 方法에 관한 硏究

        Standard Patent is one of the most important issues in Information and Communications Technology(ICT) field. This paper presents new strategies to obtain standard patent in ICT field, especially in the view of engineer, based on some standard patent cases. There were lots of studies for analyzing interdependencies between patent and standard strategies, and solving the problems resulted from conflicting properties between patent and standard through legal and/or political approach. However, any of prior studies does not disclose detailed approach to obtain ICT Standard Patent. This study pays attention to a deep relation between standardization process and patent process. Detailed understanding for the deep relations between standard and patent makes it possible to obtain more and powerful Standard Patent. In this study, a standard patent obtaining procedure is divided into four steps, and detailed strategies for each step are disclosed. Especially, in the first stage, that is patent filing stage, it is most important to discriminate a technical core from non-essential components and to prepare additional and substantial components which is used to complement and is necessary cover various result products examples, such as telecommunication system, service server, encoder, decoder, transmitter, receiver, modulator, mobile terminal, censor node, base station, smart television, and other smart ICT devices. And, in the next following stage, it is necessary to amend claims of pending patent to Standard draft, as soon as possible. Also, to support the above-mentioned ideas, this study provides 3 Standard Patent cases, they are Csiro, Panasonic and ATSC-M/H(Samsung). The 3 cases might be already known publically, however the strategies that might be obtained by only few standard manager through carrying out the cases are still hidden. If an engineer make a process for standard and patent effectively, considering the ideas of this study, the engineer shall have more chances to obtain more and powerful patent including standard patent.

      • 프뢰벨의 기독교신앙에 대한 오해의 고찰

        본 연구는 기독교교육학자 Froebel의 신앙에 대한 오해와 한계에 대하여 그의 삶과 저서를 통해 나타난 하나님과 자연, 인간, 교육에 대한 사상을 연구하여 그의 신앙을 변증코자 한다. 이로써 그의 교육철학과 기독교교육의 정통성을 증명하고, 기독교교육 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이상의 목적을 위해 설정된 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프뢰벨의 신관은 범신론인가, 만유재신론인가, 아니면 기독교 유일신론인가? 둘째, 프뢰벨은 예수의 십자가 죽음과 부활에 대해 어떤 신앙적 견해를 가졌는가? 셋째, 프뢰벨은 왜 ‘인간을 선하다’고 보았는가? 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프뢰벨은 초월적이고 내재적이며 인격적인 신을 자신의 하나님으 로 여겼다. 이는 성경에서 말하는 기독교적 유일신이다. 둘째, 프뢰벨은 예수를 하나님의 외아들이요, 구세주로 고백하였다. 프뢰벨은 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 영원한 생명을 얻는다고 하였다. 셋째, 프뢰벨이 ‘인간이 선하다’고 표현한 것은 창조시 타락으로 하나님의 형상이 훼손되기 전의 상태를 의미하며, 예수 그리스도를 통해 회복된 형상을 의미한다. 한편으로 인간은 본질적으로 선하지만 실제에 있어서는 악하다고 함으로써 결코 인간의 죄악성을 부인하지는 않았다. 따라서, 프뢰벨의 신앙은 성경에 기초한 정통주의 기독교신학에 충실한 것이었음을 알 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 그의 인간관만은 인간의 전적 타락과 선에 대한 전적 무능을 강조하는 개혁주의 신학과 현저한 차이가 존재하였다. This study is to demonstrate the misunderstanding of Froebel's thought of God, nature and man. The purpose of this study is to prove the orthodoxy of his educational philosophy and Christian education, and to present the possibility of the application to the field of church education (especially for young children of their families). Three major questions focused in this study were as follows : 1) Which is Froebel's belief in God? It is pantheism or panentheism or Christian God, isn't it? 2) What is Froebel's brief about Jesus' death of a cross and his resurrection? 3) Why was Froebel convicted that man is not evil but good? According to the aim of the study, the literature review was conducted to considerate his description of God, nature and man in his book "the Education of Man" and many of his letters, many books by different authors. The outcomes of this study were as follows : 1) Attribue of Froebel's God is transcendental, immanent and personal. This is the Christian God which is evident in the Bible. 2) Froebel has a firm belief that Jesus is the Son of God, the Christ our savior. Froebel said that we were gained the eternal life by believing Jesus and His Salvation. 3) Froebel's expression that man is not evil but good means the image of God which is immanent in man, created in the beginning before depravity and recovered by Jesus' redemption. But Froebel entirely has not denied man's original depravity. Nevertheless, he could not but say that man is good because of God's image. Froebel's belief of Christianity is on the ground of orthodoxy dogma. Even if, in his thought of man, difference between the reformation of Christanity to insist on entire depravity and entire inability of good is definitely in existence.
