        The Purpose of This Study is spatial structure of the Jinju in the late Period of Joseon Dynasty. The city is the city's unique identity, based on the historical tradition of establishing order in accordance with time and continuity can be maintained. This research is Jinju's Joseon era and space configuration and location for the purpose to identify a departure from those principles. Unlike other regions of the Joseon dynasty Eupseong, Dualistic structure resulting from carrying the Jinju of the special circumstance where the city has been the position of mismanagement and the dual facilities and roads, which is in the process of change and a hierarchy of the Jinju era Eupseong generally attribute the city's central structure Gaeksa with the structure of Jinju's dualistic spatial structure has been applied to determine how it want. Research results can be summarized as follows. Firstly, Jinju is from an ancient castle centered on geopolitical hub was developed. These attributes are considered historical era through the late ranging from shipbuilding structure and the sincerity of foreign intrusion in the city itself is changing, more specifically, for Waegu that could respond. And the postwar expansion of the Japanese invasion of the castle gates in the process of reconstruction changes in the structure of castle. These changes in the existing structure of the castle gates with extensions and other new means the creation of the cityscape. Secondly, The late period of Joseon dynasty, Woobyeongyoung been located in Jinju castle. So, It causes major administrative facilities to move to outside of castle, Thus Jinju's Urban structures are becomes dualistic thing. These dualistic Urban structures are changes to further accelerate structural factors that act. In addition, The collapse of rural areas and development of commercial and industrial comes the influx of rural population, increasing the city's expansion has been caused by outside of castle to activate these instruments. Thirdly, In this expansion of the city to change the existing hierarchy of street network and city's newly transformed into urban landscape. The road system of Jinju is hierarchical nature and structure of the changes that we would have to change. The early period of Joseon era Eupchi has formed around the castle when the road is the major east-west direction of the road. However, The city is in the process of being extended to Gaeksa direction of the North-South axis that city roads are mainly in the role of the road after the war of Korea-Japan in 1592. These changes in the structure of the city around the 17th century to the changing nature and the importance of Gaeksa appeared to be due more noticeably. In addition, the road system was changed in the late Joseon Dynasty in the city despite dualistic structure of a typical local eupseong Roads in the form of a T-shaped structure. This is Joseon dynasty representation on the their judgemental ideology and authority by Gaeksa maintenance of Eupchi uniformly qualified. It got through the architectural and urban planning, now each is materialized. In addition, starting with the Namgang-Jin to Gaeksa ranging from the nature of space through break point could be configured to identify.         소득세가 개인들의 노동공급에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것은 이미 잘 알려져 있는 사실로, 노동경제학과 공공경제학의 중요한 관심사이다. 소득세는 경제활동을 할 것인가의 여부를 결정하는 개인의 의사결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 특히 누진소득세는 가구내의 이차적인 노동공급자(secondary worker)의 노동시장 참여여부를 결정하는 주요한 요인 가운데 하나이다. 소득세가 노동공급에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 이유는 무엇보다도 조세 부과로 근로자들이 직면하는 순임금률이 하락하기 때문으로, 소득세는 근로자의 예산집합을 위축시켜 효용극대화의 결과로서 노동공급에 변화를 초래한다. 소득세가 노동공급에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 방법에 몇 가지가 있는데, 본 연구에서는 노동공급함수를 추정함으로써 소득세가 노동공급에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 있다. 노동공급함수를 추정하여 소득세의 효과를 살펴보는 가운데 발생하는 대표적인 문제 중 하나가 바로 표본추출 편의의 문제인데, 실제로 회귀과정에서 추가적인 문제들이 발생하였다. 이러한 표본추출 편의의 문제를 줄이기 위해 본 연구에서는 가구주의 근로소득 외에 일체 다른 종류의 경상소득이 없는 남성가구주를 분석 대상으로 선정하였고, 세율계급의 변화 없이 한계세율만 인하한 1993년을 분석기간으로 하였다. 실증분석에서 임금률 변수의 내성성이 추정에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보기 위해 Hausman test를 하였다. Hausman test 결과 세후 실질임금률과 그의 제곱값이 내생성을 가진다는 결론을 얻게 되었고, 실증분석 결과는 세후 실질임금률이 근로시간에 대해 비탄력적으로 소득세가 노동공급에 그다지 영향을 주지 않는다는 결론을 얻게되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 실제 우리나라 현실을 잘 반영한 결과일 수도 있다. 하지만 이러한 결과를 일반적인 결과로 단정짓기에는 문제점이 있는데, 추정에 사용한 계량경제 기법의 한계로 변수의 측정과 관련된 측정오차의 문제와 내생성의 문제가 있기 때문이다. 따라서 노동공급함수 추정상의 계량경제적인 문제점을 극복하는 일이 남겨진 과제이다. It is well known that income tax can have an influence on individual's labor supply, which is the essential interest of labor and public economics. Income tax may have an effect on whether any individual will enter labor market. Especially whether a secondary worker decide to participate in labor market is affected by an income tax. The reason that income tax affects labor supply lies in the fall of the net wage rate due to taxes. In other words, worker's budget constraint which includes income tax produces effect on the process of maximizing worker's utilities. Therefore, the estimation of labor supply function is one ways of finding out how income tax affects labor supply, which is adapted in this study. In this case, the main problem is the sampling bias. In fact, additional problems took place in the course of estimation. In order to reduce the sampling bias, this study chose male breadwinner that did not have nominal income as the target of analysis and 1993 as the period of the analysis that only reduced marginal tax rate without changing income tax brackets. Before commencing the analysis, Hausman test has been performed. As the result of Hausman test, it has been explained that after tax real wage rate and its square estimate have endogeneity. And it has been shown that labor hour is not elastic with respect to the after tax real wage rates so that the latter doesn't have an effect on labor supply. The result of this study may reflect the Korean labor market. However, we cannot argue that this result is common. This is become still the problems of estimation error and endogeneity which are known as the limits of econometrics. Hence, it remain to see how we can overcome the limits of econometrics which can occur when labor supply function is estimated.

      • 지역급전 분소에서 계층 협조 전문가 시스템의 연구

        국문요약 분산적 계층 운용 체계의 최하위 제어소는 지역급전 분소이다. 지역급전 분소에 지역 SCADA를 설치하여 지역 송전선과 몇 개의 변전소를 감시·제어하고 있다. 이와같은 상황에서 계통운용의 신뢰성을 확보하고 사고상황에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 비상시 운용자 지원 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 현재까지 제시된 운용자 지원 시스템은 제어소 단위의 운용 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 지역급전 분소의 기능을 2개의 운용 시스템으로 분화시킨 전문가 시스템을 제시하였다. 지역급전 분소에서는 송전선만 관할하고 각각의 변전소에 고장진단과 고장복구 기능을 부여하여 독립시킨 구조이다. 변전소에 사고가 발생하면 변전소 운용 시스템에서 사고에 대한 고장진단과 사고와 관계없는 구역에 대한 복구를 수행하도록 하였고 송전선에 사고가 발생하면 지역급전 분소 운용 시스템에서 고장진단과 복구를 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 변전소 사고의 파급 등으로 인한 양 계층에 관련된 사고에 대하여서는 각 운용 시스템이 협조를 통한 진단과 복구를 수행하도록 하는 방안을 제시하였다. This paper presents a hierarchical assistance expert system of the local control center(LCC) to secure reliability of power system operating and to provide for power system automation. The proposed system divides the support system of existing local control center into two operating system. In the relevant substations system, diagnosis of substation faults and restoration of blackout regions are performed. In the local control center, diagnosis and restoration of transmission lines faults are performed. When a fault spreads to transmission lines, the faults are diagnosed in the local control center. As the diagnosis results, local control center restores the blackout transmission lines, and substation restores the blackout substation devices. The efficiency of the proposed expert system is proved through the test system.
