        In this thesis, I established as followinf objectives of purpose of researchin on influence for teaching method of diary writing about a wirting ability in elementary achool. I made of two group research that brought about so purpose. I was collected a hundred personal diaries and more than one hundred and thirty writing works from first group of research. And then classified them and analyaed the thndency of their works. After finished these all, I drew out some types of writing diary of a relevancy between diary and writing works. Afger I esamined several factors in concern ability of composition, I designed the greatest teaching method of writing diary for satisfying demand of the factors. As it was, I concluded that was follow: 1) Writing diary powers is deep relatives to writing powers. 2) Good writing diary is good writing. 3) Compositions' abilities can be better, if is be safisfied seven factors of relatives in writing powers. 4) The writing diary-teaching method for progressing composition ① let him memo life experiences, think deeply and observe.② A diray's theme and subject let him describe the material, afger perceived recall-memo. ③ After wrote, let him think it faithfully. ⑤ Written diary let him corrected with reading. I am sure this method can be increase the writing powers.

      • 토성 및 염 처리에 따른 국내 자생 번행초의 생육 특성

        본 연구는 국내 자생번행초의 생육지의 토양특성과 유전다양성을 확인하고, 재배화를 위한 밭 작물화 도입 기술을 확립하여 유휴지 간척지 토지 활용과 농가소득 증대 작물로의 가능성을 확인하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 국내에 자생하고 있는 번행초 유전자원의 실생묘와 종자를 동, 서 및 남해안지역을 중심으로 수집하였다. 자생지역 토양 특성을 알아보기 위하여 수집지역에서 토양을 가져와 풍건시킨 후 농촌진흥청 토양분석법에 따라 pH, 유기물 함량, 유효인산, 치환성염기(Mg, Ca, K), CEC, 및 EC를 조사하였다. 번행초 유전자원은 신안 10점, 해남 3점, 완도 8점, 진도 7점, 장흥 2점, 보성 1점, 고흥 3점, 여수 5점, 남해 3점, 부산 2점, 울산 1점 및 제주도 14점 등 총 59점을 수집하였다. 수집지역의 토양분석 결과 분석 항목별 범위는 pH 4.4∼8.8, 유기물 함량 0.3%∼5.2%, 유효인산 함량 15∼1690ppm, K 0.08∼2.12c㏖c/kg, Ca 1.53∼24.3c㏖c/kg, Mg 0.12∼8.77c㏖c/kg, CEC 6.54∼7.32c㏖c/kg, 그리고 EC 0.22∼5.0dS/m 으로 나타냈다. 우리나라 밭 토양의 일반적인 화학적 성질(pH 6.0∼6.5, 유기물 함량 2.0%∼3.0%, 유효인산 함량 120ppm, K 0.32c㏖c/kg, Ca 4.2c㏖c/kg, Mg 1.2c㏖c/kg, CEC 10.3c㏖c/kg, EC 2.0dS/m)과 비교하였을 때 다양한 토양조건과 특히 CEC가 밭 토양 기준에 미치지 못하는 환경에서도 생육하고 있음을 확인하였고, 염류가 높은 토양 환경에서도 생육이 가능함을 확인하였다. 국내 수집 유전자원(59점)을 대상으로 유전적 다양성을 알아보고자 AFLP 분석을 수행하였다. 12개 EcoRI/MseI 조합의 결과 selective primer에 의하여 성공적으로 증폭된 allele의 수는 제한효소 조합별 평균 73.2개로 유전자 다형성율은 평균 68.2%로 나타났다. 수집 유전자원 59개체의 공유 대립유전자 빈도를 기초로 군집분석을 실시한 결과 6개의 유전적 다양성 집단으로 구분할 수 있었다. 염생식물인 번행초를 이용한 밭 작물화 도입기술을 확립하고자 전남 완도군 고금면에서 수집한 유전자원을 대상으로 토양(모래, 밭흙, 논흙)과 바닷물 0, 25, 50, 75, 100%(v/v)을 처리하여 13주 동안 초장, 엽장, 엽폭, 측지수, 뿌리길이, 생체중, 건물중의 생육을 조사 하였고, 바닷물 처리 번행초는 무기물 함량도 측정하였다. 번행초의 토성에 따른 생육은 밭흙(미사질양토)과 논흙(사양토)이 모래(사토) 보다 우수하였는데, 대부분 자생지 토양이 해안가 사토임을 감안할 때 토성에 따른 수분 및 양분 보유력이 생육에 중요한 영향요인이 되는 것으로 판단된다. 염처리구에서는 7주에 50%까지 생육이 감소하였다. 번행초는 유전적으로 식물체내에 높은 무기이온을 흡수하는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 Na+ 등의 높은 이온 흡수율을 보였으며 식물체내 유용 미네랄 함량을 위해서는 염처리가 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 번행초를 활용한 신간척지 작물화 및 소득작물로의 대량 재배를 통한 채소작물화 그리고 토양 내 잔류 염류의 제염에 염생식물인 번행초를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In order to improve the alternative crop cultivation technology on reclaimed land, the effects of soil texture and salinity on growth characteristics (plant height, root length, fresh weight, dry weight, the number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, the number of lateral branches) of Tetragonia tetragonoide. was investigated. For the study of chemical properties in coast land soil, the samples were collected from Shinan, Haenam, Wando, Jindo, Jangheung, Boseong, Goheung, Yosu, Namhae, Busan, Ulsan counties, Jeju Island and then were analyzed by RDA analysis method. In soil chemical properties, pH ranged 4.4-8.8, organic matter 0.3%-5.2%, phosphate acid 15-1,690 ppm, K 0.08-2.12 cmolc/kg, Ca 1.53-24.3 cmolc/kg, Mg 0.12-8.77 cmolc/kg. These soils also contained CEC 6.54-7.32 cmolc/kg and EC 0.22-5.0dS/m. For the analysis of genetic diversity, the collected genetic resources were analyzed by the AFLP method. The result of the combination of 12 EcoRI/Msel showed that the average number of alleles amplified by the selective primer is 73.2 pieces, and the percentage of the polymorphism of gene is 68.2%. 59 genetic resources were divided into 6 groups by cluster analysis based on sharing allelic genes. The effect of soil type and salinity on the growth were investigated in Tetragonia tetragonoides collected from Gogummyeon, Wando. The growth in paddy and upland soils was better than in sand soils for 13 weeks after transplanting. Treatment of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% salinity compare with 0% salinty resulted in 50% growth decrease for 7 weeks after transplanting. This study will be helpful for cultivating Tetragonia tetragonoides as vegetable crop.

      • 찬양활성화를 통한 예배 갱신 가능성 연구 : 구도자 예배 이후의 미래적 대안 모색

        세월이 흐르면 세대도 바뀌고, 세대가 바뀌면 문화도 바뀐다. 한국교회도 세월이 흐르고, 세대가 바뀌면서 예배의 문화도 많은 부분 바뀌는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 많은 변화의 모습 중에 찬양예배는 가장 큰 변화의 한 요소로 볼 수 있다. 90년대 초에는 교회에서 드럼을 치는 것도 반대했던 문화에서, 90년대 중후반에는 금요예배나 오후예배나 청년예배에서나 볼 수 있었던 찬양예배가 지금은 점차적으로 주일예배도 찬양예배로 드리는 교회를 종종 볼 수 있을 정도로 교회 안에서 찬양예배도 점점 변화하고, 예배에 중요한 한 부분을 차지하고 있는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이제까지 연구되었던 경배와 찬양에 관한 논문에서는 경배와 찬양의 역사와 문제점에 대하여 중요하게 언급했다. 또한 그러한 경배와 찬양의 문제점들을 해결하여 예배 활성화를 위한 제언으로 예배 찬양인도자의 훈련과 경배와 찬양의 문제점들을 보완하여 새로운 방향으로 가야하는 당위성을 언급했었다. 또 다른 연구에서는 전문적인 찬양사역이 교회성장과 어떤 관계가 있는지를 연구한 논문도 있었다. 본고에서는 크게 두가지를 연구하고자 한다. 첫 번째는 구도자예배와 찬양이 활성화 된 예배는 다르다는 것이다. 구도자예배란 일반적으로 말하는 새신자를 위한 열린예배이다. 많은 목회자들은 이 구도자예배와 찬양이 활성화 된 예배를 같은 성격의 예배라고 오해하지만 구도자예배와 찬양이 활성화 된 예배는 분명히 다르다. 두 번째는 찬양이 활성화 된 예배를 통해 예배 갱신의 가능성이 있다는 것이다. 경배와 찬양운동을 통해서 은혜를 받고 하나님을 경험했던 30-40대의 젊은 성도들은 지금도 찬양이 활성화 된 예배를 기다리고 있다. 찬양이 활성화 된 예배와 예배 갱신 가능성의 연관 관계는 얼마나 되는지 연구하고자 한다.

      • 여수지역을 중심으로 한 정령숭배신앙에 대한 선교학적 대응

        본고는 문헌연구와 현장인터뷰를 토대로 여수지역의 정령숭배신앙을 모델로 정령숭배신앙의 특성에 대하여 알아보고 선교신학적 관점에서 촬스 크래프트의 이론을 중심으로 능력전도와 배제된 중간영역을 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 선교지 입장에서의 정령숭배신앙과 이에 대한 혼합주의의 위험성을 고찰하고 마지막으로 복음의 토착화를 위한 상황화 전략으로써 정령숭배신앙적 배경에서 어떻게 복음을 상황화 할 것인지의 방법을 모색하고자 한다. The writer studied about how to evangelize in animistic contexts Yeosu, South Korea. Yeosu has a characteristic religious background because Yeosu is located in sea side and most of the people are living on fishing. There are solid faith on spiritism as like a animism and a shamanism. Most of all they believe that their ancestor considering the fortune of them. Therefore without deep understanding on this animistic world view at Yeosu, no one can achieve satisfaction of evangelization. Shamanism is rooted in animism. So the writer named animism including any shamanism, and these shamanism and animism can be called as spiritism according to the writer's observation. Especially Korean animism has been showed in the faith of shamanism strongly and this Korean shamanism has been connected with the faith of ancestor worship solidly. But the Christian scripture, Bible forbid clearly that anyone communicate with the dead by any spiritual mediator or even worship the dead. (Lev. 19:26-31, Deut. 18:10-11, Job 7:7-10, Isaiah 8:1-18-20, Lk. 16:19-31). Why the Bible does not allow to worship ancestor? It is because of the real essence of the spirit while someone has ancestor worship. The spirit is not the real their forefather and the spirit is a satan who pretending real father. In case of Yeosu, general Soon Shin Lee has been consider biggest ancestor let the people of Yeosu worship and respect public way. Indeed there must be a hard spiritual warfare to evangelize Yeosu. To have a fruitful spiritual warfare Christian must love the native first of all and have a spiritual road map to pray properly. This pray must be from the heart of Jesus Christ, His incarnation is the best model to touch them. And there must be a effective strategy of pray with a living worship to God. The prayer must consider the restoration of worshiping God first of all as David always set the tabernacle face to face God. Because the war is not belong to this world but belong to spiritual world. The warrior should be stood on solid spiritual basement to response against native spirits. As an evangelist a man must be sensitive for the needs of native to set a proper missions strategy in the context. For that the gospel message sender must handle the way of sharing to fit their own context. At these stages a pastoral spiritual leadership is required strongly. There are much possibilities to keep the old faith after one's conversion to God since the social structure of Yeosu still support any shaman ritual in the name of 'protect Korean national culture'. Therefore an evangelist or a church pastor must keep going to have a Christian education continually with a open mind let their inner person can be changed to real Christian. Through the living worship to God and a qualified Christian education new believer can abandon their old faith. At these stages by step the pastor's personality is realized as a crucial point for them, the native of Yeosu. The pastor must try to have a mutual spiritual leadership without shaking from any kinds of visible power sometimes because our God is not just miracle power but our father, He has a loving and generous personality upon creature. Power is just power and there is no eternity. And most valuable Christian truth is the salvation by Jesus' atonement and God be with us always having a intimate relationship. And this relationship is bigger than any shaman power making miracle sometimes. God is origin of a miracle from the beginning of this world.

      • Transmission performance of 10 Gb/s lightwave systems using 1.55 LiNbO -based transmitters

        In this thesis, transmission performance depending on chirping and extinction ratio has been experimentally and theoretically investigated for a 10 Gb/s transmission system with a standard single mode fiber. Transmission performance can be dramatically degraded or improved by adjusting chirp and extinction ratio in a 1.55 ㎛ LiNbO₃ modulator-based transmitter and erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA)-pin diode receiver configuration. To estimate transmission performance, bit error rate (BER) characteristics rather than eye opening penalty (EOP) have been calculated by solving the nonlinear Schro¨dinger equation with including the model of chirping and extinction ratio for the transmitter, and noise and intersymbol interference for the receiver. This simulation can predict the measured BER characteristics well enough to see interplaying between chirping and extinction ratio. Also, transmission performance depending on frequency response of the receiver and chirping shape of the transmitter has been discussed for a 10 Gb/s LiNb O₃ modulator based lightwave systems. Calculated BER and EOP characteristics are compared to the measured BER characteristics so as to find which combination between chirping model and frequency response for receivers is the best model to estimate the tendency in sensitivity degradation similar to the measured BER characteristics. The simulation results suggest that calculated BER characteristics using the Bessel-Thomson filter as a receiver frequency response model provide better prediction to estimate system performance. Furthermore, different chirping models may be used for positive and negative chirp parameters for better estimation of BER. Finally, the interplay between the residual chirp and the applied chirp as well as the dependence of the electrical filter bandwidth has been investigated, where the residual chirp is accompanied from the finite extinction ratio of LiNbO3 Mach-Zehnder modulators and the applied chirp is adjusted by the appl

      • 볼링選手의 競技수준에 미치는 筋力요인 分析 : 優秀選手와 비우수 選手를 中心으로

        The purpose of this study is to find out about how much the muscular strength according to the bowling level contributes to the bowling players. The selected group for this study is 20 bowling players consisted of 10 superior group and 10 inferior group. When comparing isotonic( back strength, grip strength, arm strength, leg strength ) and isokinetic, the result is as follows; 1. The back strength and the left grip of the superior and the inferior group was almost identical, but the right grip was much stronger in the superior group. 2. In case of arm strength of the superior and the inferior group, upper arm strength on the right arm was much stronger in the superior group. 3. In case of leg extension strength of the superior and the inferior group, leg strength on the left leg was much stronger in the superior group. But in case of flexion strength, it was similar between the groups. 4. In case of Peak torque of the superior and the inferior group, knee joint of the superior group was much stronger in 90˚/sec of flexion and extension. In case of shoulder joint, the rest parts except for 60˚/sec dominant was much stronger in the superior group. 5. In case of Peak torque %BW of the superior and the inferior group, knee joint was much stronger in 60˚/sec non-dominant of the flexion, 90˚/sec both of them in the superior group. The superior group was also much stronger in non-dominant in the 90˚/sec in the curve and in both shoulder strength on 90˚/sec of extension. And shoulder joint was much stronger in 60˚/sec non-dominant of flexion and in 90˚/sec dominant in the superior group. And they were much stronger in 90˚/sec in both shoulder joint 6. In terms of total work of the superior and inferior group, the superior group was much stronger in 60˚/sec of extension in the knee joint. And in case of shoulder joint, the group was much stronger in 60˚/sec non-dominant, and in 90˚/sec of both shoulder joint. In case of 60˚/sec non-dominant of the flexion, 90˚/sec of both shoulder joint, the superior group was much stronger. 7. In total work %BW the superior and inferior group, the superior group was much stronger in 60˚/sec non-dominant of extension in knee joint. The group was much stronger in the 60˚/sec non-dominant of extension, 90˚/sec non-dominant in shoulder joint. I couldn't reach a systematic and consistent conclusion after comparing some muscular strength factors according to bowling level. But the result of measuring isotonic(back strength, the grip strength, arm strength, leg strength) and isokinetic is that the superior group has shown clear differences from the inferior group. The bowling leaders need to recheck the insufficient muscular strength of the inferior group. And in addition to this study, they will have to study the mental and social surroundings of the bowling players as well.

      • 放射線 照射가 당근 callus의 核酸 및 核蛋白質에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        These investigations were conducted in order to observe effects of ionizing radiation on cultured carrot calli. Carrot discs were dultured on media composed of sucrose, yeast extract and NAA in White's basic medium in the dark at 25±2℃ for to days, Cultured carrot calli were irradiated with 400 red, (designed as Low-Level Gamma Callus in text) and 10,000 rad, (designed High-Level Gamma Callus in text)of 60Co at room temperature, Irradiated calli were incubated under the same conditions for 40 days. Some of the results obtained ine these studies are summerized as follows: 1. The growth value of low dose group was increased approximateiy 25% as compared with the unirradiated group, and the growth value of high dose group were decreased about 40%. 2. Grwoth of fresh carrot calli was not affected by the media which had been irradiated with 400 and 10,000 rad of gamma ray. 3. In the ratio of fresh weight to dryed weight of callus, high dose group was higher than low does group and unirradiated group, and low dose group was similar to control. 4. DNA and RNA contents of low does group were inclined to inclease as compared with the contents of unirradiated group, those of high dose group were decreased gradually depending upon incubation time. The ratio of RNA content to DNA content of the all experimental group was constantly about 3.0. 5. RNA was generally distributed much in microsome-soluble fraction of sub-cellular in all experimental groups. But RNA of high dose group was distributed relatively much than another groups. 6. Protein content of low dose group was increased approximately 15% than that of unirradiated group, and that of high dose group was decreased gradually depending upon cultivation period. Protein content of all groups was distributed mostly in cicrosome-soluble fraction. Among others, protein of high dose group was found more abundantly in microsome-soluble franction. 7. In the snthesis of DNA and RNA of cultured carrot callus, incorporations of thymine-2-14C and uracil-2-14C into DNA and RNA of low dose group were more vigorous at the initial stage as compared with the control. The incorporations of high dose group were less than the control. 8. As for the RNA metabolisms, there were changes in all experimental groups. At 3 hours after irradiation 40S, as RNA precursor or ribosome like substances, was absorbed relatively higher than at 9 and 15 hours after irradiation. The absorbances of 28$, 12$ and 8$ RNA were high gradually depending upon incubation time in all exeprimental groups. 9. DNA degradation of low dose group, by means of ionizing rediation, increased 21% more than the control, and the degradation of high dose group also increased more 43% more than the control, while the degradation of low dose group was recovered almost depending upon cultivation period. By alkaine sucrose gradient centrifugation, sedimentation profiles of DNA of irradiated groups were found somes the differences to the control. 10. Compositon of chromatin of cultured carrot callus was about 34.5% of total histone protein, 32.0% of DNA, 17.5% of non-histone protein and 15.5% of RNA in all experimental groups. 11. Histone phosphorylation was increased particularly in low dose group as compared with the high dose group and control.
