      • 비정규직 학교급식 영양사의 근로실태 현황 및 직무만족도에 관한 연구 : 경상남도 지역을 중심으로

        국문초록 비정규직 학교급식 영양사의 근로실태현황 및 직무만족도에 관한 연구 -경상남도 지역을 중심으로- 김 태 숙 본 연구는 경상남도 지역의 비정규직 학교급식 영양사의 개인적 특성과 급식소 근무특성에 따른 직무만족도에 관한 실태를 파악하여 비정규직 학교급식 영양사의 직무만족도를 높이고 직무만족요인과 전체 직무만족도와의 상관관계를 밝혀냄으로써 비정규직 학교급식 영양사가 직무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하고 합리적인 인적운영방안의 기초자료를 제공 하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 조사대상의 일반적인 특성을 분석한 결과 연령은 40세 이상이 가장 많았으며 미혼’보다 ‘기혼’이 많았으며 학력은 대학원 재학 이상이 62.3%로 높게 나타났으며 월평균 급여 수준은 66.2%가 130만원 ~ 140만원 미만으로 가장 많았다. 근무처는 중학교, 초등학교, 고등학교 순 으로 나타났다. 사립보다는 공립이 많았으며 고용형태는 무기 계약직이 많았으며 급식경력으로는 학교급식 영양사 총 경력 6~10년차와 현 근무지 경력 6~10년 미만이 가장 많은 것 으로 나타나 한 근무처에서 오래 근무 하여 순환근무가 필요 하다고 응답한 70.8%의 결과로 볼 때 순환근무의 필요성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교 근무처별 근로 실태 차이를 비교 분석한 결과 비정규직으로 근무하면서 가장 어려운점은 정규직과의 차별적인 처우로 동일업무에 대한 동일한 임금을 받지 못한다가 가장 많았고, 초과근무 및 초과근무 수당에 대해서는 학급별로 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 월평균 급여는 학급별 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 그리고 임용권은 변해야 한다, 순환근무는 해야 한다 이며, 순환근무의 개선점은 선처우개선후 순환근무로 나타났으나 순환근무 방식은 학급별 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 셋째, 개인적 특성에 따른 직무 만족도에 영향을 주는 요소들을 비교분석 한 결과 결혼 여부에 대해서는 인간관계, 근무환경에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났고(p<0.05), 최종 학력에 대해서는 임금 복리후생, 인간관계에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났다(p<0.05). 넷째, 조사대상 급식소의 특성에 따른 직무만족도에 영향을 주는 요소들을 비교 분석한 결과 학교형태에 따라 임금 복리후생에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났고 직무만족, 인간관계, 담당직무, 인사고과, 전문성신장, 근무환경에는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 다섯째, 직무만족도 요인들 간의 상관관계에서 직무만족은 임금후생, 인간관계, 인사고과, 전문성, 근무환경에서 매우 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 임금복리후생은 인사고과, 전문성, 근무환경에서 매우 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인간관계는 담당직무, 인사고과, 근무환경에서 매우 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 담당직무는 인사고과에서, 인사고과는 전문성과 근무환경에서 매우 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 경남지역 비정규직 학교급식 영양사의 직무만족도 요인 중 급여와 임금 복리후생 및 근무환경 수준이 낮게 나타났는데 학교급식 비정규직 영양사의 합리적인 인력운영 방안을 위해서 직무자체의 가치를 높이는 방향으로 급여와 임금 복리후생 및 근로환경 체계 개선이 조속히 이루어져야 하겠다. ※ 주요어 : 비정규직, 학교급식 영양사, 직무만족

        The objective of this study was to explore the relationship between career management and organization commitment, job involvement among clinical nurses. The study has been conducted on 197 nurses working 1 general hospital in Cheongju city, chungcheongbukdo province during the period between Aug. 15 and Aug. 25, 2005. For the survey tools are Hall(1990) & Orpen(1994)'s personal career planning, Orpen's(1994) organization career management, Mowday's(1983) organization commitment and Lorence & Motiner's(1985)job involvement. The date analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA, Scheffe test and t-test by SPSS win 10.0 program. The findings are as follows ; 1. General characteristics were significantly difference in : 1) Personal career planning : education level(p=0.001) 2) Organization career management : age (p=0.021) place of work(p=0.036) 3) Organization commitment: age(p=0.000) 4) Job involvement: age(p=0.000), education level(p=0.014) 2. The correlations between personal career planning, organization career management and organization commitment, job involvement showed a positive correlation. The study results were examined that personal career planning and organization career management had an positively effect on organization commitment and job involvement. Based on the above results, if these are useful practical application of nursing-human resources management, I think that results of this study will contribute to improve the productivity of nursing organizations. When considering these results in clinical practice, I propose that should be conducted studies about career development which can promote change of nursing-human resources management. I also propose that career management requires specific strategies on characterized career management planning and should be accomplished diversified further studies.

      • 초등학생의 인터넷 중독 실태와 정신건강과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of internet addiction, mental health status, and their relationships, so to provide the basic data to develop and plan programs for prevention of internet addiction. The research design was a descriptive correlation study and the subjects were 755 students enrolled in 4-6th grades of three elementary schools in Cheongju city, Chugbuk province. The data were collected from Nov. 1st to Nov. 30th, 2006. The degree of internet addiction was measured using Korean version of Internet Addiction Self-rating Scale developed by the Ministry of Information and Communication, which was based on Young's scale (1966, 1999). To measure mental health status, 54-item Questionnaire including 9-symptom subscales selected and revised by Kim, Bok-soon (1989) to be applicable to the elementary schoolers was used. This questionnaire was the revision of 'Symptom Check List-90-Revision (SCL-90-R)' to be applicable to Korean society by Kim, Gwang-il etc (1984). SCL-90-R was the psychological diagnosis inventory of Multi-Dimensional Self-Report Inventory developed by Derogatis (1977). The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, S.D., χ2-test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient with SPSS WIN 11.5 program. The results were as follows : 1) In the characteristics of internet use of the subjects, the frequency of internet use was the highest in every day (27.2%); using time a day showed about 1-2 hours; place of the computer was the highest in living room (31.8%); and the place of using internet was the highest in home (88.9%). The purpose of internet use was the highest in game (42.9%); the merits of using internet were the highest in being a help to the study or homework (32.1%); the demerits were the highest in internet addiction (32.6%). 2) The degree of internet addiction of the subjects showed 87.0% in general users, 10.1% in potential-risk users, and 2.9% in high-risk users. 3) In the degree of internet addiction by demographic characteristics, there were statistically significant differences of 0.1% in gender and family atmosphere; statistically significant differences of 1% in alone time; and of 5% in grade and pocket money. 4) In the degree of internet addiction by characteristics of subjects' internet use, there were statistically significant differences of 0.1% in using day of internet a week, using time of internet a day, and merits of internet use; statistically significant differences of 1% in the purposes of internet use; and of 5% in demerits of internet use. 5) In the states of subjects' mental health, the highest mean score was 1.633 point in obsessive-compulsive subscale; and the lowest was 1.187 point in phobic anxiety subscale. 6) In the degrees of mental health by general characteristics of subjects, there were statistically significant differences of 0.1% in economic status, family atmosphere, and pocket money; statistically significant differences of 1% in alone time; and of 5% in gender, grade, and family number. 7) In the degree of mental health by characteristics of subjects' internet use, there were statistically significant differences of 0.1% in demerits of internet use; statistically significant differences of 1% in the purposes of internet use; and of 5% in merits of internet use. 8) In the degree of mental health by the level of subjects' internet addiction, there were significant differences in all subscales of mental health (p< .001); the higher level of internet addiction was, the lower degree of mental health was. Also, there were significant positive correlation between internet addiction and mental health (p< .001). As above, the states of internet addiction in elementary schoolers was not severe, but alarming if potential-risk user groups were included, and the degree of mental health showed to be satisfied. However, the higher degree of internet addiction was, the lower states of mental health was. Namely, excessive use of internet had a negative effect on general mental health in elementary schoolers. Therefore, it is necessary to develope the programs for internet addiction prevention and plans for strengthening mental health.

      • 임상간호사의 커뮤니케이션 능력에 따른 조직 내 집단 갈등

        The purpose of the study was to examine the degree of communication competence and its relationship with organization conflicts for nurses. The sample consisted of two hundred and thirty nine nurses from two general hospitals. Data for this study were collected from July 26th to August 22nd using a structured questionnaire. The instruments included a demographic questionnaire, the Global Interpersonal Communication Competence questionnaire(GICC), and the organization conflicts questionnaire. The GICC based on the work of Rubin (1991) was used to measure the factor of communication competence. Among 15 concepts of the GICC, 14 concepts in a five point Likert-type scale were applied for this study excluding one concept that was not relate to the conflicts. The Organization conflict questionnaire (Kim, 2006), based on the work of Luthans (2005), was used to measure the factor of organization conflicts. This questionnaire consisted of 24 items on a five point Likert-type scale. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA with scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis using the SPSSWIN program. The study results were as follows; 1. The mean score of the communication competence for nurses in general hospitals was 3.27. It means the score of the communication competence was over the median. The highest grade out of the factor was Responsiveness (M=3.65), and the lowest was Assertiveness (M=2.94). 2. The mean score of organization conflict for nurses in general hospitals was 2.77. It means the score of organization conflict was almost at the median. The organization conflicts were measured by hierarchical conflict and functional conflict, and the mean scores were 2.56 and 2.98, respectively. The functional conflict was higher than hierarchical conflict. In hierarchical conflict, the highest grade out of the factor was one sided order of superior (M=3.07), and the lowest one was personality disrespect of superior (M=2.36). In functional conflict, the highest grade out of the factor was excessive business (M=3.40), and the lowest one was interference and enforcement (M=2.63). 3. The comparisons of communication competence by demographic data were as follows: marital status (t=-3.23, p=.001), educational status (F=12.40, p<.001), position (F=3.75, p=.025), experience in nursing (F=5.93, p<.001) and working unit (F=3.58, p=.007). 4. The comparisons of the hierarchical conflicts by demographic data of nurses were as follows: age (F=2.72, p=.030), marital status(t=2.28, p=.023), educational status (F=4.20, p=.016), experience in nursing (F=2.34, p=.042) and working unit (F=2.79, p=.027). The functional conflict were significantly different by their age (F=5.38, p<.001) and working unit (F=2.21, p=.045). 5. There was not significant correlation between communication competence and organization conflict (p>.05). 6. The multiple regression analysis showed that hierarchical conflict explained 4% of variance in general (F=3.65, p=.007). In functional conflict, it explained 3% of variance in general (F=3.18, p=.014). Among general variables, in hierarchical conflict, working unit was the significant influencing factor (β=0.148). And in functional conflict, position (β=0.131) and working unit (β=0.202) were significant influencing variables. According to the study, the degrees of communication competence and organization conflict for nurses in general hospitals were average or less. Position and working unit were significantly influencing organization conflicts. Since communication competence was found not related with organization conflict, further studies would be necessary to survey two-way communication competences or to expand comparisons with other nurse populations in various working environment.
