        Recently Development-restricted District (hereafter called as DRD) which is generally known as greenbelt is actively debated after its assignment in 1971. Many different kinds of view points to the adjustment of DRD have been created by government and professor as well as the public. Most of them are, however, focused on the pros and cons of the adjustment of DRD and the rearrangement of its boundary. It is important to decide how to adjust DRD. More importantly, however, it is necessary to reestablish the function and role of DRD in the future. Also the methods of efficiently using and managing the land both free from and continuously restricted by DRD after its adjustment ought to be developed. The purpose of this study is to predict the regions appropriate free from DRD, to reestablish the function and role of DRD after its adjustment, and to suggest the ways of efficiently using and managing the land free from DRD. The principle of the adjustment of DRD surrounding Taegu is consistent with that of sustainable urban development in the future whose idea is explicitly expressed at "Taegu Agend 21". So it is necessary to redefine the function and role of DRD for the implementation of such a sustainable urban development. The Gosan region of Susong-gu near the athletic stadium for World Cup as the most expected region among the ten ones appropriate free from DRD is analyzed as a case to find the way of efficiently using and managing of the lands which will be free from DRD. The results are mentioned in the followings. It is desirable for the lands continuously restricted by DRD to be divided into absolutely and relatively preserved districts. Particularly the relatively preserved district can be thematically utilized. Also the environment tax based on the trade of the lands within urban planning district is suggested to acquire the money of buying the lands restricted by DRD. There is a need to consider the establishment of an institution of transferring development right about the lands which are highly regulated, but much controversial. The adjustment of DRD should be planned and implemented from a long-term perspective for efficiently managing the land of a country as a whole. It is very difficult to achieve the goal of efficiently using and managing the lands restricted by DRD without the cooperation of local government and people. So an exhaustive investigation of the lands within DRD is needed at its adjustment, and it is also necessary to make a public consensus to the adjustment of DRD through the intensive participation of the public at the decision processes of improving an institution of DRD and the explanation of the government's policy to its improvement.

        The purpose of this study is to develop a computation program to provide the quality service for the disabled individuals as by efficiently managing the recording administration of the service supports within their disabled individuals living at institutes. The outcome is to be summarized as follows below: First, an analysis of the fundamental information of the disabled in institutions has initially used the minimized basic information for now and it is to be linked to the basic information composed for the afterward institutes development from the currently utilizing work standardization. Second, a development of the daily-living recording method is systematized of large, medium, and small sized structures. The large structured category is divided into 8 items of defecation, sleep, eating, self-sanitation management, act, health, program, event, and miscellaneous of that the detailed items are extracted therefrom. Third, an analysis of evaluation system in the daily-living recording is foremost processed in a fundamental statistical level of such as the frequency investigation along with the graphs and data are illustrated. The environmental factors which should be analyzed are the area, intensity, frequency, time. time period, and event, etc. Fourth, the basic design of the system was operated as divided in the programs used by either living rehabilitation instructor or manager. A composition of the program used by living rehabilitation instructor is of the new record, record observation, and record analysis while the program used by manager is composed as in adding the daily-living item management and extra requirement items on top of the living rehabilitation instructors program. Fifth, a development of the program is developed in oriented around the record inputting and analysis of programs to be each used by the living rehabilitation instructor and manager who administered the daily-living items. Moreover, the pessimistic acts occurring as a problem on the daily-living recording program are taken as the problematic acts analysis system, thereby forming a structure that the service support system called IEP become aided therein. In order to develop a further efficient and advanced program, the institute should obtain a management system that can address and improve the program in according to its circumstances while the settlement of the program along with the simultaneous study on the efficacy of mentioned program should also be achieved henceforth.

      • 消費者가 선호하는 住宅開發方向 摸索 : 大邱 竹田地區 아파트단지 開發을 中心으로

        Generally, 'housing problems' were divided into mass problem and quality problem of housing. In case of Korea, the mass problem was to a great extent solved by the '2 million housing construction program' of the government beginning at the late of '80s and 'new economy 5-year program in housing department' beginning at '93. But, the latest inclination of consumers was changed from a simple owning of the house to the quality of housing such as the quality of house, the environment and facilities. To fulfill these desires, apartment constructing company paid attention to 'the development of apartment for consumer's preference style' suitable for localities. Generally speaking, the preference apartment for consumers was defined as "a kind of apartment having good quality, low prices, and suitable for consumer's taste". The purpose of this study was to search for 'the desirable development directions for the apartment complex in cosmopolitan area' which consumers prefer to live around 'Jookgeon area' being on construct. The research method was both literary study and actual proof investigation. For theoretical research on housing selection, various books on housing in the country, dissertations, seminar materials, and statistical data from the National Statistical Office were of great use. And to research consumer's behaviors on housing selection analytically, computer statistical program was used to analyze the questionnaire from the subject of 950 residents at 4 areas - Dalseo-gu, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, and Jong-gu in Taegu city as a "housing market of Jookgeon area". After examined and analyzed, the results were as follows; First, 'potential housing market' of Jookgeon area was ordered such as Dalseo-gu(40.7%)> Seo-gu(19.8%)> Nam-gu(11.0%), and main consuming population was around 42 year old age group. Therefore, the taste of this age group should be reflected on the construction of apartment. Second, consumers in the area preferred 30-35 pyong. So, at least 80% of the apartment should be arranged to have 30-35 pyong. Third, the price at a resonable level of the apartment in Jookgeon area should be 6~7% lower than nearby Yongsan area. So, it was difficult to fix the same prices as that of Yongsan area without using excellent materials or applying better design. Fourth, 'complex concept' of the apartment in Jookgeon area would be desirable to have a living space with green areas centered on family, children, and community. And the area should have the exercising space for 40's connected with each complex. A more attention should be paid to this points when a business proprieter designed the apartment complex.

        The purpose of this study is to contribute for a local society development as being got creative a ownership. The spirit of self-help, and a cooperative spirit through the improved a ownership, the spirit of self-help, and a cooperative spirit through the improved reserve forces training. The reserve force of ROKA has a class of age 20 to 30 ages to have an effect in society. Therefore, if we instruct and organize them, we can constitute exactly a innovative force as developing a wholesome ideas in a local society. In case of Kyung-san city with population of 200,223, a male population occupies 50.1%. And population of 20 to 39 years that reserve force is included is 82,660. (occupy 41.3% of a total population) That means to organize a reserve force can play such a leading part on a local development. On looking around the present situation of a reserve forces on Kyung-san city, as it follow; 1)A local reserve force contains the companies of 17. The number of persons is 12,031. 2)A work place reserve force contains the companies of 16. The number of persons is 20,245. 3)So to speak, a total number of reserve force are 32,276. And all of them is educated in Ma-gok training camp. 4)They occupy 16.2 % of a total population. 5)Furthermore, they occupy 60.9% of a population with productive age. Nevertheless, most of reserve forces generally are satisfied with the educational environment, but 30% of them not so, And the orderly spirit of them also is not good so much. For example, 70% of them reply affirmative to the question that must not dump refuse indiscriminately. But, in fact, most of them would dump trash out of wastebasket. Therefore, if the orderly spirit is improved well, they can influence a mental part of local society development. Moreover, 64% of them not only suggest necessity to the education about a local society service, 80.8% of them but also propose necessity to the education about a local society development. That means the specific gravity to the present eduction for a local society development or a local society service must grow. To the propriety of educational formation, they are touched by a mental education, a local society service education without a relation to, an age, an academic background, an occupation, a place of residence. Finally, they want a mental education or an education adapt to the social changes. Furthermore, they also request an information education about a local society development, an education about a local society service. That means the course of a mental education to a reserve forces has to changes a security into a moral guidance with education to a local society development, service. So, it is necessary for a education to reserve forces to contain a national policy, faced social problem. As a result, analyzing conern to a local society of reserve forces systematically. We can expect a elevation of educational effect as sufficing the requirement of reserve forces. This study has a limit that investigated only a part of Kyung-san city area. Therefore, in order to be can support a practical affairs of reserved army and a reflection of policy in the force, this paper suggests that a organic research with separating a urban and a rural community should be progressed.

      • 大邱地域의 公營開發事業에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to contribute to enhancement the efficiency of residential site development and management by analysing the problems, suggesting an improvement program, and seeking a new development type. The method of the study is to refer many kinds of documents, such as data on research works in business related to real estate and related thesis for a degree. Various statistical data are referred to the announced data in Ministry of Construction & Transportation and Taegu metropolitan city. Whereas the population density was high in Korea and subsequently more efficient land use method was required, the most typical solution was large public development projects(PDP) which was proposed 1980s. While the PDP obtained an excellent result in stability of price and quantitative supply in housing market, considering the development type that can be adaptable to the change of market in the future, it has a couple of weaknesses in the profitability of the projects, distribution of project profit, development type, compensation, and post-project management. To solve these problems, I suggested rearranging the development system and the structure of supply price, and positive participating of private sector. On the other hand, because the method of pricing is too strict in that the supply price of developed land is determined according to the net-cost of the project, the public developers supply excessive land at law price. It is necessary that the distribution of land and pricing be determined by the market mechanism. A new paradigm that the development type be changed from quantitative plan centering development itself to qualitative plan that focus on harmony between development and preservation is required. Moreover, for the efficient and economic structure of space, a new, long-range, and systematic land management development type is necessary, for instance, the integrated system of transportation and telecommunication, investment in infrastructure.
