      • 靑少年 福祉를 위한 餘暇生活 支援方案에 關한 硏究 : 大邱廣域市 中心으로

        For the juveniles, the leisure activity takes an important role for physical, psychological, intellectual developments and for formation of sound character, making juvenile culture, and prevention against misconduct. For the main ways to activate the leisure activities of the juvenile, supporting leisure space, time, and program are important. To plan for the support of these leisure life, the character of the leisure activities of juvenile should. be studied first. This study have been tried to grasp the leisure life of: juvenile which is hoped as that of future of juvenile, and to understand the character of space which support this, because there are variant environment of life about the subculture according to the characters of sex,, and schools. It was studied for the research; first, what is the character of leisure: life of the juvenile today and future which is hoped by the juvenile? ; second, how about the character of leisure space of the juvenile today and future which is hoped by the juvenile? ; third, what is the supporting plan for the leisure life of the juvenile? The analyzed results of this study are as follows; 1) It was studied that the character of leisure activity experienced today is passive and conservative, and did not need special facilities or programs. And male student group enjoyed more variant leisure life than female student group, and high school student group enjoyed more variant leisure life than middle school student group. 2) They wanted more variant leisure activities than today as the characters of the leisure activity hoped in the future. Especially, the hoped ratio of physical activity was high. 3) When I compared the leisure activities experienced now and hoped in the future; First, there were differences according to the leisure activities. They wanted leisure activities which are positive and needed for their development, for the future ones, but showed shrunken passive leisure activities. Second, there were strong tendencies in which they wanted more variant leisure activities in the future not today, for both male and female students. So, we should support programs and space to obtain the desires of the juveniles, and especially, the development of leisure program is needed which can be enjoyed in limited conditions, like money. 4) It was showed that the most frequent place of the leisure place of the juvenile was their home. In other words, they experienced their leisure time of life in their home, and it was more true in the case of female than male, and in the case of middle school students than high school students. 5) The expected leisure places in the future was near their house, regardless of male, female, or middle school students, high school students. As the result, it is important now, to submit supporting methods for the juveniles who are limited in their life space and time. Facilities and playing tools should be supported for the juvenile to lead practically not to program or facilities which are rejecting the juvenile and underline only for educational one, but to programs to lead the juveniles. Above all, the approaching is most important for the juvenile to give the area to make them experience their sports and entertainment in-their-walk-area, and we should keep in mind this when we plan for the future. So, in the future, when we make plan for living area, we should think of leisure space to support the leisure activities for the juveniles. And, it is needed to combine the leisure facilities of schools and living area, because most of the juvenile are students.

      • 初等學校 女敎師의 學校行政職 進出에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to research into impeditive causes about participation of women teachers in administrative occupation in the primary school, and to grope for participation of capable teachers In administrative occupation. I posed question and studied related documents in order to achieve the purpose of this study. I inquired the concept of school administration, the character of school administrative work, and the duty, and also found out it's gift and the tendency of feminization to perceive about school administrative work for women teachers on the ground. I set up sample object as teachers of public primary school in order to analyze their opinion about the topic, and surveid the differences of the distinction of sex, employment's place, a school year, duty and record. Technical statistics, inspection about a degree of trust, X^(2) were used by SPSS/PC^(+) for data's dealing. The following is a brief summary of the research. 1) The teaching staff had been recognizing relatively good to social standing of administrative work for women. They said that there is no the difference between man and woman on adequate sex to the duty excepting a few male chauvinists. They had been sympathizing with view which achievable capacity isn't connected with the distinction of sex, but an individual difference. They also recognized that female administrators earn a high confidence on the ground. 2) The teaching staff had been thinking that participation of female teachers in administrative work is a fit things, and influence a satisfaction of the teaching life. Nevertheless, female teachers weren't prepared to do that. So, there seems to be need to develop self ability through a research study. 3) The teaching staff had been understanding that the reason of few female administrators is will's lack of women teachers and internal tendency. Especially, women teachers had been seeing that a cause impedimentary to participation is a male chauvinistic climate of school administration. All teachers, regardless of sex, didn't want to participate in administrative work because of a dual burden at their home and post. The reason why some people urge to participate in it is that they want to realize their dream as a specialist toward school administration. 1 think that such attitude is a good tendency. Teaching staff pointed out grade mark of working place and their service record as the worst handicap which disturb women teachers in their participation. 4) Blow is a plan of activation toward participation of female teachers in administrative work. The system of a head master's tenure, the rise of women's ratio toward administrative work, and an open test or a research study's increase are important causes for women teacher. Women teachers also hoped that they compete with the others than have a special favor for promotion. I think that the educational world must to promote the down of working mark at a secluded place in the islands, unification of an appraising standard without distintion of sex, and the spread of equality between men and women.

      • 개인 및 조직의 특성이 보육교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 : 경북지역 어린이집 보육교사를 대상으로 한 실증분석

        This study aims to grasp the effects of the individual and organizationl characteristics on the job satisfaction of the nursery teachers in nurseries and to present basic materials for the development of the management of nurseries and for the improvement of the quality of children's education . For these purposes, the following research topics are established: Research topic 1. Are there differences in the job satisfaction perceived by the nursery teachers according to the general characteristics of nursery teachers? 2. Are there differences in the job satisfaction perceived by the nursery teachers according to the characteristics of the organizations for which the nursery teachers work? To examine these topics, the research has been conducted with the nursery teachers in the areas of Gumi, Yeongcheon, Pohang, Cheongsong, and Gyeongsan of North Gyeongsang Province as the subjects by carrying out Percentage and Frequency Analysis, ANOVA, T-test and Coefficient of Correlation using SPSS with the 180 questionnaires collected from the nursery teachers. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First: The tendency to enlarge nurseries should be examined. The enlargement of the facilities can elevate the efficiency based on economics of scale. The results of the study demonstrate that the nursery teachers working in large facilities show the lowest level in terms of the general job satisfaction, and the enlargement of the facilities with regard to the concrete job satisfaction requires systematic researches and examinations. Second: The welfare system for nursery teachers should be strengthened. The results of the study demonstrate that the job satisfaction is relatively high, but ,among the subfactors, the welfare system for nursery teachers shows 3.23, which is the lowest. Accordingly, the positive analysis including the factors related to the individual and organizational characteristics remains to be studied in the future.

      • 中小都市 中高等學生을 위한 學校社會事業的 接近에 關한 硏究

        This study is to use school social work on the view point of ecologic systematics through the relation with school, home, and community on the problem of students by thinking the needs of school social work in midi- and small cities, so as to give help on the experiences of difficult problems and variant desires of students in midi- and small cities. Three hundred and two students in Youngcheon City, Kyungsangbuk-Do, were researched on their desires, difficult problems of life, and desires for services at home, school, and community, through systematized questionnaires. And, 118 of teachers were researched to study on the desires for services to solve the student problems, and on the real feelings of them on the seriousness of student problems. An approaching service was done for school social work to get into the student problems on the basis of above. And, through this study, the desires of students and teachers were summarized as follows; First, we could see high desires on the conversation and peace between family members and on the solution of economical problems in home, on special counselors to solve student problems and new services to give real help in school, and on the relations of the sources of community into the school and the needs of social. workers as specialists to control and manage the volunteer activities of the students in community. Second, we could see the frequent style of problems of the difficulties which they experience, in their study and their aptitude. And, especially for the factors by each region, we can see the factors of school, home, each person, and community, in the order. Third, we could see the desire for service according to the experiences of the problems of the students in relation with the ratio of the experiences of problems. Especially, the desire for the service of the solution of their problems of aptitude and study was the highest, and the problems of leaving home, economical problems, and emotional problems were the next. Fourth, the teachers answered that the problems on their study and home were most serious in the main region of the problems of the students. Concretely, they answered that the misleading of mental health and the deviation against school rule were serious. And, we could see the high desire for the needs of the help of related specialists and other specialists of outside organizations, and the needs of new service and special workers who could give direct help on the solution of the student problems. So, the school social worker should develop more efficient service for the school social work, by taking their roles as teachers, counselors, therapists, managers of cases, mediators, and co-helpers, by using the sources and acting their roles for the relations between the school and home, between the school and community, and as the servers of informations, counselors for studies, and therapists for the students problems. So, the system for school social work should be introduced so as to achieve the purpose for total human education, by solving the student problems, compensating the variant desires of the students, and by using teamwork by establishing the systems for co-helping and co-understanding between the specialists of other fields and the specialists of other educational fields in the school system in midi- and small city regions.

      • 한국 정상소아 614명의 요속검사 결과분석

        Purpose: To clarify the statistical characteristics of urinary flow parameters in normal Korean pediatrics, uroflowmetries were performed and analyzed statistically. Materials and Methods: Impromptu uroflowmetries, using Dantec uroflowmeter, were performed on 658 voluntary normal boys and girls who ranged in age from 4 to 12 years. The flow curves were divided into 4 types, bell(adult), plateau, fractionated and intermittent. We did the statistical analyses, including linear regression and Pearson product moment correlations, of all variables which included peak flow rate, average flow rate, voiding volume, age, sex, body weight, height, and body surface area. Results: 44 children whose voiding volumes was less than 10 ml were excluded from the study. Mean age of remain 614 children(344 boys and 270 girls) was 7.3±2.1 years. Mean values of voiding volume, peak and average flow rates were 75.3±59.7 ml, 13.7±5.2 & 8.3±3.1 ml/sec in the boys and 78.7±55.7 ml, 14.6±5.7 & 8.1±3.3 ml/sec in the girls, respectively. The bell type was the most common curve pattern in both boys(76.2%) and girls(80.7%). There is no differences in variables between sexes except the peak flow rates which is higher in girls(p<0.05). The flow rates showed modest correlation with all the other variables(r>0.14). Peak flow rates, average flow rates and voiding volume showed high correlations with each other(r>0.5). The calculated linear regression equations were as follow table. Conclusions: The linear regression equations between the flow rates were presented. These may be useful for predicting deviation from normal value and diagnosing lower urinary tract disturbances in children.

      • 비행청소년의 부모 양육태도와 자아개념, 우울성향과의 관계

        This study is to compare the parental rearing attitudes, self-concept and depression of normal groups with those of delinquent juveniles, and to analyze the relations of the parental rearing attitudes, self-concept and depression in delinquent juveniles. 167 high school students and 188 delinquent juveniles accommodated in a vocational training school in Pusan were administered Paental Rearing Attitude Inventory, Self-concept Inventory and Beck Depression Inventory. The result of this study were as follows : 1) The results show that there was no difference between the parental rearing attitudes of normal groups and those of delinquent juveniles. But, delinquent juveniles perceived more control than normal groups in maternal rearing attitudes. 2) The moral-ethical self and the personal-self of delinquent juveniles were more negative than normal groups. 3) Delinquent juveniles were more depressive especially in self-criticism, guilty feeling, physical and emotional symptoms. 4) There was no meaningful difference in parental rearing attitudes according to the types of delinquency. 5) Theft-delinquents were showed higher scores of self-criticism, guilty feeling, and somatization than violence-delinquents. 6) Theft-delinquents were more negative in physical-self, and personal-self than violence delinquents. The suggestions, the limitations, and the directions of study in the future were discussed.

      • 피아노 초급 교재에 대한 분석 연구- Beyer, Bastien, Alfred를 중심으로

        Recently, the importance of educating very young children has become more popular as the quality of life has improved. Learning piano has become an educational routine. Most Koreans consider piano a requirement for the education of their young children. About 80% of children are participating piano lessons in private institutions. The purpose of choosing a beginners textbook is creating interest for the children who face a piano for the first time. It can also make the lesson more effective. Beyer is based on a logical and systematic technique. It is especially good for reading sheet music and practicing fingering. But, it lacks theoretical explanations for the beginners. So they may lose the interest in practicing piano. Bastien is a comprehensive textbook covering the theory and technique. It guides the learners to master each part step by step. It also provides the pictures related to the sheet music so it can improve childrens visual education. However, it could distract them because of too many sub-textbooks. Alfred uses the melodies that most children like, and does not burden the beginners with an excess of information. It is also well-organized and provides opportunities for review. These are the general strong and weak points of each textbook. It would be more desirable to use a main textbook which includes the strong points included in other texts at the same time than to go through only with Beyer focusing on reading sheet music and keeping the rhythm. It can prevent children from being bored. Then they will enjoy playing piano every day. In short, I found how important choosing a textbook for beginners is through this research, so music teachers should be careful when selecting a textbook. I intend to study more textbooks and with this knowledge I will help children and teachers. I will never stop making an effort to do such things.

      • 은행 여직원의 유니폼 디자인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest more practical uniform design for female staff of bank, a group wearing uniform most universally, by analyzing the actual condition of their wearing uniform, their satisfaction at current uniform and their preference for uniform. For attaining the purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted over female employees of bank in the city of Daegu. As a result of analyzing the collected data by SAS program, the following findings were given: First, the female employees investigated expressed lower satisfaction at the components of uniform. They were not contented with an activity that moved their bodies while sitting down in a chair or handled the duties. However, they showed a high satisfaction at itself in general. Second, the most favored component of uniform ,was function, and most preferred esthetic properties was design. The most favored functional feature was activity, and the most preferred symbolic feature was a sense of belongings. When their preference for uniform subarea was examined, they preferred dark blue, beige, or blue. The favored cloth was cotton with chemical fiber mixed, and they preferred a simple style without figure and a womanly hourglass silhouette. For the collar of upper garment, bow or plat style was preferred. For sleeve, bell or elbowlength style was favored. For skirt, pleat or A line was preferred, and they liked a refined and calm uniform image. Third, the uniform design was changed every two years, but was determined unilaterally by the management. A two-piece suit without pattern was used most, and the most largely used cloth was cotton with chemical fiber mixed or chemical fiber. And the most widely used color was red or dark color. Based on the above-mentioned findings, three types of design were provided in this study for female employees of bank: a general one, a visual-specific one and an artistic one.

      • 自己成長을 위한 集團相談 프로그램이 中學生의 自我槪念 및 價値觀에 미치는 效果

        The purpose of this study is to implant sound consciousness in middle school students, to make them open-hearted so that they might be able to lead positive life and to let them have right sense of value. In the study, Lee, Hyung-Duk's 'Collective Counselling Program for Self-Development' was conducted to male middle school students in rural community, in order to verify the effect of the program on their concept of ego and sense of value. The subjects for this study were 24 first grade students of G middle school in Koonwi, Kyungpook Province They were divided into test group(l2persons) and control group(l2 persons). The subjects got per-test on their concept of ego and sense of value, 'Collective Counselling Program for Self-Development' 12 times, and then post-test. After conducting post-test on the concept of ego, test group showed higher value of mean than control group. After conducting analysis of convariate to grasp the difference between groups, there was a statistically significant difference at the level of .05. After conducting post-test on individual sense of value, test group showed higher value of mean than control group. After conducting analysis of convariate to grasp difference between groups, there was a statistically significant difference at the level of .05. The results from above analysis are as follows; Firstly, the test group that experienced organized collective counselling for a given period showed a positive change concerning the concept of ego in post-test on concept of ego than in pre-test. Secondly, the test group that experienced organized collective counselling for a given period showed improvement of sense of value in post-test on sense of value than im pre-test
