This study attempts to analyze the reality and satisfaction in the family relationship and international marriage between Korean man and Thai woman. First it was conducted to identify the conflict of external conditions and cultural difference among Thai woman who moved to Korean after getting married to a Korean man. By studying the problems they have in Korea, the proper direction of international marriage between Korean man and Thai woman, which is currently increasing, was attempted to be provided. Depth interview was conducted among 15 Thai woman who moved to Korea considering their background, age, education and residency period in Korea to assure diversity. As a result, it was identified that language, living tradition, religion, education, domestic violence, conflicts and maladjustments coming from economic and systematic problems caused their decrease in satisfaction of living in Korea. Therefore, recovery of cultural homeogenous feelings among emigrated woman, continuos interest of family members and systematic support is required and these will lead Korea one step closer to an enhanced multi-cultural society.
