Background: The problem of prevention COVID-19 among international students living in Korea during pandemic. This study aims to find out the international students’ Knowledge, attitudes, and investigate the relationship between the level of knowledge related to COVID-19 and the attitudes formed toward COVID-19 among foreign university students enrolled in Soonchunhyang University, and their adherence to preventive measures to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic. Material and Methods: A cross-section survey was conducted among 88 international students from 991 different countries at Soonchunhyang University, Asan, Korea. Data collection took over one week (April 18-29) in 2022. The study uses convenience sampling and the questionnaire is given directly to the participants and exported to R software (RStudio) version 4.0.3 for data analysis. Results: A total of 88 participants (male, 45; female, 43) were enrolled. This study included 59 participants aged between 19-26, 25 participants aged between (27-34), and 4 participants aged above 35-42 years. The results show that 75%, 76%, and 86% of the students had good knowledge, a positive attitude, and good practice toward Covid-19. The majority of participants had low Korean ability proficiency levels (TOPIK) but a high level of knowledge, attitude, and practice toward the Covid-19 prevention measure. We found a positive and significant correlation between Korean languages- attitudes (p<0.01). There are no significant variations in knowledge and practice means scores. Conclusion: The pandemic COVID-19 has caused irreparable damage to all sectors, especially the education sector had closed down educational institutions around the world. For instance, it is found that due to COVID-19, students all across the world are unable to attend their classes physically. Many students had positive attitudes toward COVID-19 and felt safe in Korea during the outbreak. Furthermore, the majority of students have enough information and are taking stronger COVID-19 preventive actions. Suggesting that a University provide information to improve awareness and develop preventive measures about Covid-19 and the possibility of infectious disease (local disease) or any pandemic disease is helpful and necessary to control the disease.
