조합화학을 이용한 Y(As,Nb,P,V)O_4 청색 발광 형광체의 합성 및 광 특성 분석

조합화학기법을 이용하여 청색 발광을 하는 YRO_4(R=As, Nb, P, V)계 형광체를 합성하였다. 합성한 형광체는 254㎚ 및 147㎚ 여기 하에서의 발광 세기에 관한 사면체 라이브러리를 완성하였다. 254㎚로 여기 시켰을 때, YAsO_4를 중심으로 높은 발광 세기를 보였고, Y(As_0.4P_04V_0.2)O_4의 조성으로 1,200℃에서 합성하였을 때 가장 높은 발광 세기를 보였다. 그러나, 147㎚로 여기시켰을 경우에는 YPO_4를 중심으로 해서 높은 발광 세기를 나타내었다. The YRO_4(R=As, Nb, P, V)blue emitting phosphors were prepared by the combinatorial chemistry method. The quaternary combinatorial library was designed to investigate the luminescence of the host material under UV and VUV excitations(254, 147㎚). In view of the luminescence yield, YAsO_4 rich region was found to be optimum under 254㎚ excitation. It was found that the phosphor synthesized at 1,200℃ with Y(As_0.4P_0.4V_0.2)O_4 composition had a maximum emission intensity. However, the results under 147㎚ excitation were different from those of 254㎚ excitation, the samples of the composition containing a large amount of YPO_4 shows the high emission intensity.

<P>The emission band of Sr(2)Si(5)N(8):Eu(2+) phosphors consists of two peaks originating from two different crystallographic sites for Eu(2+) activators in the Sr(2)Si(5)N(8) structure. The two-peak emission behavior is closely related to the energy transfer between activators at those sites. A rate-equation model involving the crystallographic information of the host was used to quantify the time-resolved photoluminescence spectra and to systematically analyze the energy transfer behavior.</P>
러시아측 동해 북서부 해역과 한국측 동해 남서부 해역 트롤 조사에 어획된 어류의 종조성 및 양적변동

To examine species composition, abundance and biomass of fishes in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ, trawl survey were conducted at 31 sampling stations from 2006 to 2008. Also, trawl survey were conducted at 21 sampling stations in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ from 2006 to 2008. A total of 67 fishes were collected in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ, a total of 39 fishes were collected in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ. Among them, a total of 53 fishes were collected in the northwestern East Sea of Russian EEZ only, and a total of 25 fishes were collected in the southwestern East Sea of Korean EEZ only. Mean abundance per area which caught by trawl survey in the northwestern East Sea ranged from a high of $116,478inds./km^2$ in 2008 to a low of $19,737inds./km^2$ in 2006. And mean abundance per area in the southwestern East Sea ranged from a high of $89,129inds./km^2$ in 2006 to a low of $8,234inds./km^2$ in 2008. Mean biomass per area which caught by trawl survey in the northwestern East Sea ranged from a high of $11,333kg/km^2$ in 2008 to a low of $2,439kg/km^2$ in 2006. And mean biomass per area in the southwestern East Sea ranged from a high of $6,273kg/km^2$ in 2006 to a low of $1,062 kg/km^2$ in 2008. Cluster analysis, based on a Bray-Curtis similarity matrix of fourth root transformed data of number of species and individuals per area, showed division into three different groups by depth in the northwestern and southwestern East Sea.
