        The new business model of the sharing economy, which emerged during the 2008 global financial crisis, is growing rapidly through collaborative consumption of lending, borrowing and using goods through online platforms, and Airbnb, the accommodation sharing platform, is a representative example of this sharing economic platform. Especially the traditional hotel, Airbnb has gained huge popularity for its low price, home-like comfort and local culture, and has become the world's largest lodging platform. However, due to the increasing number of crimes such as illegal cases, sex offenses, assaults and killings caused by new operating methods, consumers are increasingly concerned about safety concerns. Therefore, this study looked at how the perceived risks to consumers in using Airbnb affect Airbnb adoption, based on the extended TAM (Extended Technology Acceptance) Model. The perceived risks were analyzed by six dimensions: performance risk, personal information risk, psychological physical risk, time risk, financial risk and social risk. In order to examine the relationship between the perceived risk of conservative consumers and the acceptance of Airbnb, this study conducted an online questionnaire of 300 people who have not yet experienced Airbnb among 20 or more residents in Korea. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment had positive effects on adoption. The perceived risk, time risk and psychological & physical risk directly affect the adoption. Psychological & physical risk is indirect influence indirectly on adoption through mediation of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment Respectively. In contrast to previous studies, time risk has a direct positive effect on adoption, and performance risk has an indirect positive effect on adoption through perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. These results point to the risks that the shared platform should focus on terms of adoption services to conservative consumers.

      • 한중 드라마에 재현된 전문직 여성의 딜레마 : <미스티>(한국)와 <逆流而上的你>(중국)의 비교를 중심으로

        이 논문은 한국 드라마 <미스티>(2018.2.2.~2018.3.14.방영)와 중국 드라마 <逆流而上的你(물을 거슬러 올라가는 당신)>(2019.2.12.~2019.3.10.방영)을 대상으로 드라마에 재현된 21세기 여성의 딜레마에 대해서 고찰하고 한중 여성이 당면한 문제적 현실에 대한 드라마적 재현 양상에 대해서 논의하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전통적으로 한국과 중국 등 아시아국가에는 유가 사상이 문화적 배경으로 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 남존여비라는 의식이 성 역할에도 지배적인 영향을 미쳤다. 시대의 변화에 따라 여성상은 바뀌었지만 여전히 기층문화에서는 이러한 인식의 잔재가 남아있다. 드라마는 실생활의 현실적 양상에 기반하고 있는 동시에 당대의 문제적 사회현상과 핵심 문제를 다룸으로써 문화적 공존에 대한 토의 구조를 제안하기도 한다. 한국 드라마 <미스티>와 중국 드라마 <逆流而上的你(물을 거슬러 올라가는 당신)> 는 현대 한국과 중국의 여성들이 직장 생활을 하면서 직면하고 있는 일련의 문제들과 어려움들을 생생하게 보여주는 한편, 여성인물이 직장생활에서 부딪치는 정체성의 충돌과 직업, 재현된 사회의 문제를 재현한다는 점에서, 이러한 취지에 부합한다. 이 논문에서는 전문직 여성이 주인공으로 등장하는 한국과 중국의 드라마 두 편을 택하여, 여주인공이 안고 있는 직장 딜레마, 생활가정 딜레마, 인간관계의 딜레마라는 세 가지 차원에서 해당 문제에 대해 접근하는 것을 목적으로 삼는다. 이때 한국과 중국 드라마의 서사와 여주인공의 인물 분석에 주목함으로써, 전문직 여성이 당면하는 딜레마의 양상, 해결과 극복 과정, 그에 제한 사회의 대응의 차이를 고찰해 보고자 한다. 제2장에서 한국 드라마 <미스티>와 중국 드라마 <물을 거슬러 올라가는 당신> 두 드라마의 주요내용을 먼저 설명하고 두 드라마의 여주인공(한국 드라마 <미스티>의 여주인공 고혜란과 중국 드라마 <물을 거슬러 올라가는 당신>의 여주인공 유애)의 이미지를 분석했다. 드라마에 재현된 인물형상, 인물관계, 성장배경, 가정생활 그리고 사업 활동에 대해서 정리 비교하고 그 속에서 전문직 여성의 딜레마를 반영하는 모순점을 찾아냈다. 제3장에서는 주로 전문직 여성에 대해서 드라마 속에 반영된 직장과 생활의 딜레마를 고찰하고 분석했다. 드라마에서 재현된 전문직 여성의 “젠더”의 딜레마, “성공”의 딜레마 그리고 “관계”의 딜레마 세 가지를 통해 드라마 속 여주인공이 전문직 여성으로서 겪는 딜레마를 분석하고, 이를 통해 드라마에 반영된 실제 사회현상을 고찰하고 분석한다. 첫째, “젠더”의 딜레마를 통해 전문직 여성의 외모, 고학력 그리고 가정과 전문직의 양립 등 문제를 반영한다. 둘째, “성공”의 딜레마를 통해 성공여성이 당면한 어려움, 성공여성의 표준, 성공한 여성에 대한 사회적 시각과 편견 그리고 "성공"이 미치는 부정적인 영향을 분석하고 설명한다. 셋째, “관계”의 딜레마를 통해 동료관계, 부부 관계에 대해서 전문직 여성의 선택과 당면한 문제점을 보여준다. 본 연구는 양 국가의 드라마 속 인물을 통해서 한국과 중국의 전문직 여성의 딜레마에 대한 비교 분석을 수행하되, 그러한 드라마적 상상력을 공감 가능한 것으로 만드는 사회, 문화적, 전통적 배경을 아울러 탐색했다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로, 전문직 여성을 다룬 보다 다양한 드라마 텍스트를 분석하고, 사회적 변화 요소를 역동적으로 고려한다면, 한국과 중국의 여성의 사회적 성취에 대한 사회적 상상력의 추이를 보다 정밀하게 이해할 수 있을 것이다. This paper, based on the characters in Korean TV series “Misty” (2018.2.2~2018.3.14) and Chinese TV series “Unbeatable You” (2019.2.12~2019.3.10), explores the situation that women are in a dilemma in the 21st Century and discusses the issues both Korean and Chinese women are facing with in daily life. Traditionally in Asian countries like South Korea and China, the incorrect idea of female inferiority is still affecting people's minds since Confucianism is in the leading position in their literature. With the change of the times, the position of women in the society has been changed, but there are still remnants of this understanding in the grassroots culture. Based on the realistic form of real life, The TV series puts forward the discussion structure of cultural coexistence by combining social phenomena and core issues of contemporary issues. The Korean TV series “Misty” and the Chinese TV series “Unbeatable You” reflect a series of problems and difficulties faced by modern Korean and Chinese women in their workplace. In this paper, two TV series with professional women as the protagonists from South Korea and China are selected to consider relevant issues from the perspectives of the heroine's workplace dilemma, life and family dilemma, interpersonal relationship dilemma and so on. In the meantime, We might as well focus on the narrative and character analysis of Korean and Chinese TV dramas to examine the dilemmas faced by professional women, the process of solving and overcoming them, and the differences in limiting social responses. In the 2nd chapter, the main contents of the Korean TV series “Misty” and the Chinese TV series “Unbeatable You” are introduced firstly, as well as the analysis of heroines in two TV series. Sorts out and compares the characters' personalities, relationships, growth background, family life and career activities in the TV series, and finds out the contradictory points reflecting the dilemma of professional women. The 3rd chapter mainly investigates and analyzes the dilemma of career and life of professional women reflected in TV series. Through the “gender” dilemma, “success” dilemma and “relationship” dilemma of professional women presented in the TV series, analyzes the dilemma experienced by the heroine of the TV series as a professional woman, and the actual social phenomenon reflected in the TV series. First, through the “gender” dilemma,reflects the professional women's appearance, high education and family career coexistence issues. Second, through the dilemma of “success”, analyzes and indicates the difficulties faced by successful women, the standards of successful women, the social perception and prejudice against successful women and the negative impact of “success”. Thirdly, through the dilemma of "relationship", professional women's choices and problems can be reflected in the relationship between colleagues and couples. This paper attempts to compare and analyze the dilemma of Korean and Chinese professional women through the characters in TV series of the two countries, which is of great significance.

      • Ultrasonically Enhanced Ozonation of Phenol in Aqueous Phase

        This study investigates the effect of ultrasound on the ozonation of phenol in aqueous phase according to different input ozone concentrations. Experiments were conducted in both batch system and semi-batch system with ozone concentrations of 20mg/L, 39.1mg/L and 60.4mg/L. Both in batch and semi-batch system, ozonation was observed to be prior for phenol degradation than sonication. In batch system, about 30~50% of phenol was destructed by ozonation while only 8% of phenol was degraded under sonication. More degradation was observed in semi-batch system. Enhancement effect was found in these two systems. More than 60% destruction was observed in combination. Results of the study showed that 39.1mg/L was the optimum value. This indicated that continuing to raise the ozone feed does not necessarily enhance degradation. While a high ozone concentration could facilitate high ozone solubility, as the aqueous ozone concentration exceeded its maximum value, there would be a diminished effect occurs. Moreover, it was found that the reaction had ended within 5 mins. In addition, the effect of flow rates was also investigated by keeping the same input ozone concentration in batch system. Results showed that ozonation did not change much while reducing the flow rate. However, increasing enhancement was observed under the lower flow rate. It indicated that the ultrasonic effect had some relationship with flow rate.       • 팬덤 문화 '니수' 유형에 관한 연구 : 한국 남자 아이돌의 중국 여성 팬을 중심으로

        본문은 현재 중국의 KPOP 남자 아이돌 팬덤에서 성행하고 있는 '니수'문화라는 팬덤 문화에 대해 연구하였다 .최근 몇 년 동안 KPOP의 지속적인 글로벌 확장 추세에서 청중 및 관련 문화 현상에 대한 연구는 여전히 필요하며 새로운 매체의 발전과 문화 기술의 발달은 KPOP에 더 많은 가능성을 가져올 뿐만 아니라 KPOP 팬덤의 발전에도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 여성을 위주로 구성된 팬덤은 최근 나날이 발전하는 사회적 성별 의식의 영향으로 점차 강화되고 있으며, 소비행동을 통해 스스로 권한을 부여한 후 매체의 소비와 사용행동을 결합하여 보다 적극적인 프로슈머가 되었으며, 아이돌 산업의 발전에서 발언권이 날로 증대되고 대체불가하고 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 팬덤 문화에 대한 이해가 신선도를 유지해야 하는 현재, 이 글은 현재 더 뜨거운 새로운 팬덤 문화에 대해 시도하고 있다: '니수'는 콘텐츠와 팬덤 심리에 대한 연구를 수행하고 '니수' 문화를 유형화하여 팬덤 활동에서 현재 팬덤이 중점을 두고 있는 점이 무엇인지 탐색하여 아이돌 산업의 발전에 약간의 도움이 되기를 바란다. 본문은 사례분석법, 문헌분석법, 관찰 참여법의 세 가지 연구방법을 채택하여 현재 '니수'문화와 유사한 다른 팬덤 문화에 대한 선행연구를 통해 이 문화에 대한 기본적인 연구를 이해하고, 2장에서는 '니수'문화의 개념과 개성에 대한 소개 및 개념과 개성에 대한 이론적 소개, 3장에서는 분석을 통해 수집한 사례, 마지막으로 4장에서는 다양한 이론을 결합하여 '니수'문화가 팬들에게 가져올 수 있는 세 가지 체험 유형을 분석한다. 마지막으로 현재의 '니수' 문화의 발전 추세에 따라 결론에서 문화를 생각하고 요약해다. This paper studies the popular Kpop male idol fandom culture: genderblender culture in China. In recent years, it is necessary to study the audience and related cultural phenomena in the global expansion of KPOP. The development of new media and culture technology not only bring more possibilities for KPOP, but also bring many changes in fandoms. In recent years, the female-dominated fandom has been increasingly influenced by the development of gender consciousness, and fans have become more active pro-sumers. This paper attempts to study the content and fan psychology of the new fandom culture, and to find out what fans focus on in the fandom activities, so as to help the development of the idol industry. This paper uses case analysis, literature analysis and observation participation method to understand the basic research ideas of other fandom cultures similar to genderblender culture. Chapter two introduces the concept and personality of genderblender culture and the theory of matching the concept and personality. Chapter three analyzes the collected cases. Finally, according to the current development situation of genderblender culture and other perspectives in the conclusion of the culture to think and summarize.

      • Mechanisms Regulating Epigenetic Information Passage and Development-Associated Chromatin Remodeling

        The proper development of multicellular organisms depends on the specification of different cell types. Despite having identical genomes, cells display distinct gene expression patterns and phenotypes, which can persist after numerous cell divisions. The term ‘Epigenetics’ is the study of inheritable changes in gene function without changes in DNA sequence. How epigenetic states of chromatin are faithful propagated to daughter cells during mitosis and precisely modified during cell fate change, are challenging questions in the epigenetics field. In this dissertation, I describe studies investigating mechanisms regulating these two important processes.Inheritance of epigenetic information in the context of chromatin is a challenge, in terms of both accessibility to the compact structure and maintenance of chromatin states. The basic building blocks of chromatin is nucleosome, which consists of 145–147 base pairs of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer containing one histone (H3–H4)2 tetramer and two histone H2A–H2B dimers. Two distinct processes are involved in maintaining chromatin structure during DNA replication. The first is the disruption of the pre-existing nucleosomes ahead of replication forks and their transfer to nascent DNA, which is a process known as parental histone segregation. The second is the deposition of newly synthesized histones through a pathway called replication-coupled de novo nucleosome assembly. How these two events are coordinated during S phase has a major impact on the ability of cells to maintain genome stability and to reproduce epigenetic information. Here, we show that CAF-1, which is the primary histone chaperone for new (H3–H4)2 deposition on nascent DNA, could bind to DNA through a winged helix domain. This DNA binding ability functions synergistically with CAF-1-PCNA interaction to stabilize CAF-1 at replication fork, and is important for CAF-1 function in the replication-coupled de novo nucleosome assembly pathway. During cell differentiation, the specification of a given cell type is governed by the establishment of specific transcription program. Chromatin structure and PTMs play important roles in this process. It has been shown that defects in nucleosome assembly affect cell identity and cell fate change. To understand the detailed mechanism, we tested the role of nucleosome assembly factors in embryonic stem cell identity maintenance, as well as during differentiation. Interestingly, we uncovered a novel role of histone chaperone Asf1a in resolving bivalent chromatin domains, which act as barriers for specific transcription factor recruitment, to induce lineage specific gene expression during cell differentiation, through its function in nucleosome disassembly. Together, the studies described here furthered our understandings of the molecular mechanisms regulating proliferating cells to propagate or modify epigenetic landscape under different cell context. Insights into these mechanisms will contribute to the study of epigenetic principles in human diseases and the development of regenerative medicine.

      • A Phylogenetic Approach to Study Cancer Progression

        Although the role of evolutionary processes in cancer progression is widely accepted, increased attention has recently been given to the mechanisms by which variation in these processes across patients and across cancer types can lead to differences in clinical outcomes. For example, similar cancer subtypes often display different landscapes of genetic alterations, and even tumors that harbor the same mutations sometimes respond differently to therapy. Recent studies provide evidence that the temporal order in which somatic mutations accumulate during cancer progression may play an important role. Single-cell sequencing provides a unique opportunity to examine the effect that mutation order may have on cancer progression and treatment success. However, the errors associated with single-cell sequencing greatly complicate the task. As the first step, a novel Bayesian approach for inferring the order in which somatic mutations arise within an individual tumor using noisy data from single-cell sequencing is proposed. We call this method MO. MO incorporates models at two levels in that the evolutionary process of somatic mutation within the tumor is modeled along with the technical errors that arise from the single-cell sequencing data collection process. Through analyses of simulations across a wide range of realistic scenarios, I demonstrate that this method substantially outperforms existing methods for identifying mutation order among different tumor subtypes. Further, a Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is developed to jointly infer the evolutionary tree and mutation order of interest. We call this method MCMCMO. While MO assumes that the tree is fixed and known, the MCMC approach incorporates uncertainty in the tree while estimating the mutation order. Through analyses of simulations across a wide range of realistic scenarios, I demonstrate that this MCMC approach substantially outperforms existing methods for identifying mutation order.Comparing MO and MCMCMO, MCMCMO not only infers the temporal order of mutations, but also deciphers the complete cancer progression history, including the tumor phylogeny and instantaneous transition rates between genotypes. MCMCMO thus provides a more comprehensive understanding of cancer progression. While computing the probability distribution of mutation order, the MCMC method removes the dependence of the inference on a fixed phylogeny. The Bayesian frameworks are applied to empirical data from different cancer patients and demonstrate the application of the methods. MO has been applied to reconstruct the mutation order for data from two prostate cancer patients and two colorectal cancer patients. The results of MO not only provide insight into the order of mutations, but also measure the level of certainty in the inferred order. For the two prostate cancer patients, mutations inferred to have occurred on the trunk of the tree tend to be those that are common across cancer types, while mutations known to have high frequency within prostate tumors are generally found closer to the tips of the tree. For the two colorectal cancer patients, the inferred mutation orders are consistent with past studies. MCMCMO has been applied to the data from two prostate cancer patients. The mutation orders inferred by MCMCMO are similar to the results inferred by MO but better captures uncertainty.
