유도경기서 공격 유형이 경기력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was analyze the techniques which were most frequently used during the contests by Korean national representative Judo players in 1990. The subjects were 51 athlete sand the contests analyzed in the study were 75 games. The analysis was done and compared among weight classes of Judo. The results of the study can be summarized as the followings: 1. Three was not much difference in number of attack techniques among weight classes, however, 71kg class showed the highest success rate of 25% through the attack techniques. 2. Athletes used B2 style of grasp techniques most frequently(45% of the whole athletes). However, the C1 style showed the highest success rate of 27%. The Seoi-nage of Te-waza was not most frequently used among the all techniques(27%). the O-soto-gari, Uchi-mata, Ko-uchi-gari, and O-uchi-gari of Ashi-wasa showed higher frequencies among the techniques used in the contests. In the ratre if winning score bygrasp style, C1 style showed 8% and B2 style showed 4% through Ippon; B1 and C1 style showed 6% and C2 style showed 4% through Yuko; C1 style showed 13% and B1 style showed 8% through Koka 3. Seoi-nage was most frequently used in B1, B2, and C1 grasp styles. Especially, B1 style showed the frequencies of technique uses in the order of Seoi-nage, Ouchi-gari, and Morote-gari, while B2 style showed those in the order of Seoi-nage, Uchi-mate Osoto-gari, while B2 style showed those in the order of Seoi-nage, Uchi-mate, Osoto-gari, while B2 style showed those in the order of Seoi-nage, Uchi-mate, Osoto-gari, Ouchi-gari. And also, C1 style showed the frequencies of technique uses in the order of Seoi-nage, Uchi-mate, Ouchi-gari, and Kouchi-gari, while C2 style showed those in the order of Uchi-mate, Seoi-nage, Kouchi-gari. 4. There was not much differences in the frequencies of technique use among weight classes, however, the lower classes showed more diversity in techniques used. 5. Tai-otoshi showed the highest rate in winning the score and Osoto-gari, Seoi-nage, Ouchi-gari, and Kouchi-gari showed the higher winning score rates following the Tai-otoshi.

As a basic study for growth inhibition of film-forming yeasts in apple wine during storage periods, the growth conditions of Hansenula beijerinckii FY-5 which was isolated and identified in previous paper were investigated. The optimum conditions for film-formation were pH 3.0 and temperature of 30-35℃, and sugar concentration in medium had no effect on film-formation. The thermal death of strain FY-5 was observed at 70℃ for 10 minutes. This strain was able to grow in synthetic medium contained 12% or less ethanol, but in apple wine contained 8% or less ethanol. The strain belonged to true-film yeast, which did not required biotin for film-formation in synthetic medium, and had low tolerance for SO_(2) (70ppm). Also, the effect of amino acids and other vitamins on film-formation were investigated.
치과 재료용 NiTi 합금의 특성에 대한 Ag 첨가의 영향

Equiatomic and near-equiatomic nickel-titanium alloys have shape memory effect and superelasticity. However nickel-titanium alloys are extremely sensitive to the precise nickel-titanium ratio and alloying additions. There are many reports on the alloying additions such as Fe, Al, Cr, Co, V, Pt, Pd, Zr, Hf, Nb and Cu. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of silver addition to nickel-titanium alloy for dental and medical application.Arc melting process was used to fabricate nickel-titanium alloys. The casts were heat-treated in a vacuum furnace at 950℃ for 72 hours to homogenize their composition. Subsequently, they were hot-rolled at 950℃ to obtain the plate samples and annealed in a vacuum furnace at 950℃. To investigate the properties of nickel-titanium alloys, phases, transformation temperature, compositions, corrosion resistance and hardness were evaluated using X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimeter, energy dispersive spectroscopy or atomic absorption spectroscopy, potentiostat and micro-vickers hardness tester, respectively. NiTiAg alloys showed the low silver recovery rate for the cast due to its low evaporation temperature, and showed low silver solubility to NiTi alloy. Silver addition to NiTi alloy increased transition temperature range (TTR) above 100℃ and stabilized martensitic phase(monoclinic structure) at room temperature because Ms temperature was above room temperature. Martensitic and austenitic phase existed in x-ray diffraction pattern of solution annealed NiTiAg alloys. The Silver addition is considered to improve corrosion resistance and change largely the mechanical properties depending upon the amount of alloying addition and types of addition elements.
Nanoscale biomemory composed of recombinant azurin on a nanogap electrode

<P>We fabricate a nanoscale biomemory device composed of recombinant azurin on nanogap electrodes. For this, size-controllable nanogap electrodes are fabricated by photolithography, electron beam lithography, and surface catalyzed chemical deposition. Moreover, we investigate the effect of gap distance to optimize the size of electrodes for a biomemory device and explore the mechanism of electron transfer from immobilized protein to a nanogap counter-electrode. As the distance of the nanogap electrode is decreased in the nanoscale, the absolute current intensity decreases according to the distance decrement between the electrodes due to direct electron transfer, in contrast with the diffusion phenomenon of a micro-electrode. The biomemory function is achieved on the optimized nanogap electrode. These results demonstrate that the fabricated nanodevice composed of a nanogap electrode and biomaterials provides various advantages such as quantitative control of signals and exclusion of environmental effects such as noise. The proposed bioelectronics device, which could be mass-produced easily, could be applied to construct a nanoscale bioelectronics system composed of a single biomolecule.</P>
