        Most of domestic corporations are recently pushing toward enhancing strengths of competitiveness through effective quality control activities. This research is t o desire the design for improvement of QC activities using survey methodologies for analysis and evaluation of current QC activities. Conclusions derived in the research are as follows, First, organization development which oriented to independent QC should be promoted. Second, systematic and practical training & education program should be established for effective QC activities. Third, much more flexibility should be endowed to practitioners. Fourth, composite evaluation systems focusing the process performances instead of the final results should substitute the current individual systems. Finally, subsidiary systems such as motivations, supporting mechanism from higher level managers, incentive systems should be improved according the firm-specific characteristics of individual firms.

        육용종계 산란기의 단백질 공급수준이 산란능력과 경제성에 미치는 영향

        육용종계 산란기의 적정 단백질공급수준을 구명하기 위하여 종계형 케이지에 아바에이카 육용종계 400 수를 공시하여 40 주간(24∼64주령) 1일 1수당 단백질 급여량을 18, 20 22, 24g 수준으로 사양시험을 실행하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 총 산란율과 종란 산란율은 모두 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 있었으며(P<0.05), 20g 공급구가 가장 높았으나 18∼22g 공급구간에는 유의차가 없었고 24g 공급구는 20g 공급구에 비해 유의적으로 낮았다{P<0.05). 2) 평균난중은 l 일 단백질공급수준이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향이었으나{P<0.05), 20∼24g 공급구간에는 유의차가 없었고 18g 공급구만 24g 공급구와 유의적인 차이가 있었다. 성계생존율은 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 3) 계란 kg당 또는 계란 l개당 사료요구율과 ME요구량은 모두 l일 CP 20g 공급구가 가장 우수했으며(P<0.05), 계란 kg당 사료요구율과 ME 요구량에서는 CP 18g 공 급구 계란1개당 사료요구율과 ME요구량에서는 CP 24g 공급구만 CP 20g 공급구와 유의차를 보였다(P<0.05). 4) 계란 kg당 또는 계란 l개당 CP 요구량은 모두 l일 단백질공급량이 많아질수록 증가하였으내(P<0.05), 18g과 20g공급구간에는 유의차가 없었다. 5) 계란 kg당 또는 계란 1개당 사료비는 모두 CP 20g공급구가 가장 우수하였으나(P<0.05), 계란 l개당 사료비는 18∼20g 공급구간에 유의차가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 육용종계 산란기의 산란율과 난중, 사료와 영양소이용효율 및 사료비용에서 1일 단백질공급량은 20g이 적정수준이었다. In order to study the optimum daily protein allowance for broiler breeders of 24 to 64 weeks of age on a control-fed basis, an experiment was carried out with 400 hens of Arbor Acres strain. Four levels of protein allowances were used to supply 18 to 24g of protein per day in 2g increments. As the age of hens increased, a same stepwise increase and decrease in daily energy allotment was used in all treatments. Same amount of calcium, phosphorus, methionine and lysine were supplied in all treatments and throughout laying period. Hen-day egg production was highest in hens receiving 20g protein per day(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference among those fed daily protein ranging 18 to 22g, and increasing the daily protein allotment up to 24g resulted in a significant decrease(p<0.05). Average egg weight showed a trend to increase as the daily protein allowance increase(p<0.05), but no significant difference was found among the hens fed daily protein 20 to 24g. Feed and ME conversion was superior in hens receiving 20g daily protein(p<0.05). CP conversion was increased as the daily protein allowance increase(p<0.05), but there was no significant difference between hens receiving 18 and 20g daily protein. Feed cost required per egg or per kg egg was lowest in hens fed 20g daily protein. It could be concluded that the optimum daily protein allowance was 20g in all performances.

        保險의 目的이 家庭 또는 企業을 營爲하는 個人의 經濟的安定을 圖謀하는데 있거니와 經濟社會의 個個人, 卽 國民의 生活安定과 그 保障은 國家의 職能의 一部이며 이러한 職能을 條成補完 하는 保險施設 또는 制度의 새로운 導入과 이를 保護監督하고 그 發展을 促求함은 國家의 하나의 責務라 하겠다. 이런 意味에서 保險政策은 經濟政策의 一環으로서 國家가 保險事業에 積?的인 管理方案을 모색함과 아울러 ?率的인 指導監督과 育成政策을 펴 나감으로써 經濟發展에 크게 奇與 할 것이다. The purpose of insurance consists in seeking the economic stability of an individual running a home or an enterprise, and the living stability of each individual in economic society-that is, of a nation-and the gurarantee of it are a part of state function; therefore, it will be a state responsibility to introduce the insurance facilities or systems which will help complement such function, to protect and supervise them, and to quicken their development. In this sense, as the state not only gropes an active management plan of insurance business, but develops effective direction, supervision and pronoting policy, the policy of insurance as a link in the chain of economic policy will make a great contribution to economic development.

        하절기 산란피크 육용종계 산란기의 에너지 공급체계가 산란능력과 경제성에 미치는 영향

        하절기에 산란피크기간의 대부분이 해당되는 육용종계 산란기의 적정 에너지공급체계를 구명하기 위하여 강원도 홍천군 북방면소재 홍천종계에서 케이지 사양형태의 로스 육용종계 400를 공시하여 2002년 4월부터 2003년 l월까지 40주간 (24∼64주령 ) Table 2 와 같은 4 가지 에너지공급체계 사양시험을 실시한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 총 산란율, 종란 산란율, 평균난중 및 성계 생존율은 모두 처리간에 유의적인 차이가 인정되지 않았으나, 산란율은 l 일 에너지공급량이 많을수록 오히려 저하하는 경향을 보였다. 2) 사료요구율, ME 및 CP요구량과 사료비는 모두 l일 에너지공급량이 증대함에 따라서 증가하는 경향을 보였다 (P<0.05) 본 연구의 결과 l일 ME공급량을 24주령에 280kcal로부터 30∼34주령에 400kcal 까지 증가시키고 35주령 이후 380kcal를 공급한 Tl 처리가 가장 우수한 성적을 보였다. This experiment was conducted to study the optimum energy feeding system for broiler breeders peaked in summer season with 400 caged hens of Ross strain. Four of energy supply series which were different in daily energy allotment during laying period were employed for 40 weeks from 24 to 64 weeks of age. All experimental diets were formulated to contain 2,750 kcal ME/kg with adjustments made in total feed allotment to provide the desired energy levels. Total consumption of the feed would provide 20 grams of protein, 4 grams of calcium and 0.35 grams of available phosphorus. There were no significant difference in hen-day egg production and average egg weight among the series of energy supply, but egg production showed a trend to decline as the level of energy allotment increased. Feed, ME and CP conversion and feed cost required per egg or per kg egg were significantly increased as the level of energy allotment increased(p<0.05). It was concluded that the Treatment 1, which supplied 280kcal ME per day at the age of 24 weeks and then increased the energy supply up to 400kcal ME per day at the peak period of 30∼34 weeks of age, was superior in all production parameters.

        수중함 소나 수신성능 향상을 위한 음향창 접착제 배합비 개선

        This study suggest the improvement of the CFRP adhesive mixing ratio about acoustic window to enhance SONAR performance. The CFRP of submarine is produced by allocation an acoustic window zone by the beam width of SONAR sensors. During the sea trial, SONAR system's bearing and range accuracy data is not in tolerance due to debonding phenomenon on CFRP. The inappropriate mixing ratio of adhesives caused that peeling phenomenon occurred in the acoustic window part, which is the reason for the deterioration of SONAR sensors performance. The report includes explanation of test procedure of SONAR, root cause analysis, CFRP manufacturing procedure, laboratory tests results, and proof of the performance at the sea trial.

      • 航空交通需要의 增加趨勢에 따른 國際空航의 效率的 運營 方案에 관한 硏究

        Korean economic situations have been in the stage of developing-country- group through the four times successful completions of plans for economic development, and much effort will have been made toward the developed-country-group. The volumes of transportation for trade under the course of great growth of economic developement have been increased, and this phenomenum is remarkably vivid in the Air-Transportation sector. To balance this trend, government established the non-profit organization named Korea International Airports Authority, the chief function of which lies in the sound operation of Airports playing a large role in Air-Transportation. For the better effectiveness, this paper points out that it is desirable to take better steps at the aspect of finance. 1. Because facility-tariffs composing of the main part in revenues of Authority are much lower than those of other countries, it is required to take thoughtful considerations. This paper proposes that tariffs should be raised to the international level for the advanced facilities and better services, which is not violated to the recommendations of ICAO. 2. Minus effect has been brought about at the aspect of revenues by the regulation of Authority : Public organizations and associate organizations can be exempted from the tariffs under the permission of Minister of Transportation. This paper proposes that benefit principle should be applied to the tariffs-system. In accompany with this principle, each above-mentioned-organization should estimate the item of tariffs in the his budget, and pap the tariffs within the limit of allocated budgets.

        우리는 經濟成長을 持續하면서 外換收支의 壓迫을 벗어나 自立經濟를 達成하기 爲하여는 經濟成長을 沮害하지 않는 範圍內에서 輸入을 調整하여야한다. 이를 達成하기 위하여는 原資財의 輸入을 減少시키는 原資材輸入代替産業을 育成시키는 經濟政策을 輸出增大策과 같이 밀고 나가야 할 것이다. We have to maintain well blanced import and keep up economy growth, and same time over with the burden of blance payment, so that establish self-sufficient economy. We ought to reduce import of raw materials and stress on raw material import substituting industry. The raw material import substituting industry should be well blanced ratio of increase of export increase as a national development program.
