우리 사회가 도시화, 산업화 되어가는 과정에서 과거에 존중되던 비재물성, 환경친화, 공동체 중심의 주거 가치는 무시되고, 경제성과 같은 교환 가치를 추구하게 되면서 젠트리피케이션과 청년 주거 문제에 따른 노마드 사회의 도래, 집단 기억과 연대의 부재와 같은 다양한 사회 문제가 나타나게 되었다. 그동안의 주거가 현 세대를 위한 편의와 투자에만 급급했으며 당장의 이익을 위해 개발되었다고 하면 이제는 미래 세대를 위한 지속 가능한 주거를 실천해야 한다. 따라서 현대의 노마드가 구축하고자하는 커뮤니티와 생태계, 취향을 공유할 수 있는 공동체를 지원하여 효과적인 사회적 격리가 가능한 도심형 공동 주거를 제안하고자 한다. At present, various social problems have emerged in our society, such as the arrival of a nomad society due to gentrification and youth housing problems, and the absence of collective memory and solidarity. If we say that housing has been developed for immediate benefit, we should now practice sustainable housing for future generations. Therefore, we would like to propose a city-style communal housing that enables effective social isolation by supporting communities that modern nomads want to build, ecosystems and tastes.

4차 산업 혁명에 따라 요구되는 인재상 또한 변화하고 있다. 이로 인해 미래 인재를 키워내는 대학의 교육, 교육 공간, 교육자도 변화해야 하는 시점, 특히 학생들이 주가 되어서 사용해야 하는 학생회관의 용도에 대한 깊은 고찰이 필요하다. 본 연구는 숙명여자대학교 제 1 캠퍼스 학생회관을 사이트로 설정하여 진행하였다. 현재의 학생회관의 용도에 대한 근본적인 해결책을 알아보며, 창의적인 미래 인재상을 키워낼 수 있는 창의력 증진 공간으로서의 학생회관을 기획하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 숙명인에게 자유로운 휴식과 체험 공간을 제공하고, 자체적인 체험 활동을 유도함으로서 숙명인의 자기개발 능력과 창의력, 기타 여러 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 공간 프로젝트, 복합문화공간 청파마루를 기획하여 제안한다. The talent profile required by the Fourth Industrial Revolution is also changing. This necessitates an in-depth examination of the changing education, educational space, and educators of future talent, especially the use of Student hall as students. The purpose of this study was to set up the first campus student center of Sookmyung Women's University. This course was designed to explore the fundamental solutions to the current use of student centers and to design a student center as a space for enhancing creativity that can foster creative future talent. Therefore, this thesis is to develop Cheongpamaru, a multicultural space space project to provide Sookmyung's free rest and experience space, and to induce self-experience activities, and to promote Sukjong's self-development ability, creativity, and other capabilities.
