        Korea has been experiencing the globalization with the growth of economy and culture. In this process, so many foreigners moved from other countries to korea, especially many immigrant women who got married with korean man also came to Korea every year. And this situation makes problems in Korean education as a second language. Therefore, Korean government suggests many policies and implements these policies with much aids. But immigrant wives have a lot of discrimination against Korean people because of their poor korean language ability. This paper researched the Korean education states for the immigrant wives in Busan city. For this purpose, I researched the number of teachers, career, academic degree, license, and educational facilities. Also for this reason, I classified education facilities in three types-multi cultural home support center, resident help center, community welfare center-. As a result, about 20% rate of immigrant wives have studying in these center. This rates is similar to that of the whole country. In Busan metro city, Korean education-especially multi cultural home support center- is launching in ten place. But commonly, immigrant wives are using nearer center for the convenience. In the case of resident help center, there are no useful class building from their house, no divided beginner and advanced different class because there are not enough lecture rooms and equipments. And in this places, many teachers don't stick with the centers because they are volunteers in common. This inflicts on the students-immigrant wives- who want to study for a long time. Immigrant wives are various in the nationality, academic degree, Korean ability, career, and so on. So we have many difficulties during lectures. And some women have a weak motivation. So their language ability increases slowly and a litter. Teachers are also in a variety ranges of age, sex, academic degree, major, license, career. In the case of Korean language Center in Busan city, teacher's age is mostly from aged 30 to aged 50 graduate woman. their careers in the field are about 3 years. in the multi cultural home support center, there are a few volunteers, whose field is not related with korean education or who have no license of korean education. In the case of resident help center, teachers have license and graduated related to korean language education, and have 3 years over career. Community welfare center is similar to other types of Center. In addition, more supports are needed especially in the case of mother who has no guardian. they have young kids and they can't take care of their children. Therefore they can not attend Center class. And we need longer period for free korean study in the center. What is more, for the good korean education, Korean language teacher's working condition and position should be raised higher. Then competent teacher will work in the Center, and Korean education will be activated.
