지역사회 여성 독거노인을 위한 ‘스스로 관절관리’ 프로그램의 적용 효과

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of an arthritis self-management program on elderly women living alone in the community. Methods: This study recruited 36 individuals, who participated in the program once a week for six weeks at two community centers. The program consisted of muscle strengthening and flexibility exercises, health education on muscles and joints, and joint dance for aerobic exercise. The data collected were analyzed using the paired t-test and Wilcoxon rank test. Results: After six weeks, participants showed significant improvements in pain (t=3.03, p=.005), difficulties in activities of daily living (t=2.77, p=.010), health-related quality of life (t=-2.63, p=.014), flexibility of right shoulder (z=-2.42, p=.015), and balance (right leg, t=-2.63, p=.036; left leg, z=-2.36, p=.018). Conclusion: The results showed that the arthritis self-management program effectively improved outcomes for elderly women living alone. Thus, this program could be incorporated into various programs for elderly people living alone.
인터벤션 시술 시 환자의 선량감소를 위한 3D 프린팅 재료의 적용성 평가

Interventional radiology is performed under real-time fluoroscopy, and patients are exposed to a wide range of exposures for a long period of time depending on the examination and procedure. However, studies on radiation protection for patients during an intervention are insufficient. This study aims to evaluate the doses exposed during the intervention and the applicability of 3D printing materials. The organ dose for each intervention site was evaluated using a monte carlo simulatio. Also, the dose reduction effect of the critical organs was calculated when using a shielding device using 3D printing materials. As a result, the organ dose distribution for each intervention site showed a lower dose distribution for organs located far from the x-ray tube. It was analyzed that the influence of scattered rays was higher in the superficial organs of the back of the human body where x-rays were incident. The dose reduction effect on the critical o rgan u sing t he 3 D printing shield s howed the highest testis among t he g onads, a nd in the case o f other organs, the dose reduction effect gradually decreased in the order of the eye, thyroid, breast, and ovary. Accordingly, it is judged that the 3D printed shield will be sufficiently usable as a shielding device for the radiation protection of critical organs.
방사성 핵종별 주사기 차폐기구의 재질 및 두께에 대한 차폐분석

몬테카를로 기법을 기반으로 한 모의실험을 통해 방사성 핵종별 주사기 차폐기구의 재질 및 두께에 대한 차폐분석 결과, 텅스텐, 납, 비스무스와 같이 상대적으로 원자번호가 높은 재질의 경우 거의 모든 핵종에서 가장 높은 차폐효과를 보였다. 그러나 <SUP>18</SUP>F, <SUP>67</SUP>Ga, <SUP>111</SUP>In 선원의 경우, 차폐두께가 낮은 영역에서 저 원자번호 재질보다 더 높은 에너지를 나타냈으나, 이후 증가된 차폐두께에서는 투과되어 도달하는 감마선이 감소하여 더 낮은 에너지 분포를 나타냈다. 그 외 상대적으로 원자번호가 낮은 재질의 경우 구리, 철, 스테인리스강, 황산바륨의 순서로 에너지가 낮은 분포를 나타냈고, 알루미늄, 플라스틱, 콘크리트, 물의 경우 핵종별로 각기 다른 양상을 나타냈으며, 상대적으로 투과된 감마선의 증가로 전체적으로 높은 에너지 분포를 보여 차폐효과가 떨어지는 것으로 나타냈다. A monte carlo simulation about shielding material and thickness of the syringe shield for radiation shield was performed. As a result of analysis, high atomic number materials such as tungsten, lead and bismuth have the highest shielding effect. However, <SUP>18</SUP>F, <SUP>67</SUP>Ga and <SUP>111</SUP>In show high energy distribution in the region with thin shielding thickness. As the thickness of shielding materials increased, the energy distribution decreased due to reduction of γ-ray. In the case of low atomic number materials, they, showed energy distribution from highest to lowest, were barium sulfate, steel, stainless, iron and copper. Aluminum, plastic, concrete and water showed diverse aspect. they showed relatively high energy distribution because of increased γ-ray that penetrate the shield.

The goal of this study is improving productivity through optimization of transparency liquid chemical coating process. At coating process, the maintenance of the coating gap is an important factor. Specially, at a small split from the substrate, existing coating methods is difficult to maintain the uniformity of coating. In this study, slit coating uniformity compared to inkjet uniformity and thickness profile was analyzed using alpha-step. Also, the pencil hardness test and the color difference measurement were performed. As a result, changes of the coating process need to be made depending on the type of substrate and inkjet coating was suitable for substrate of a small split.
중학교 체육교사의 성과 연령에 따른"표현활동"수업에 관한 가치정향 우선순위 분석

본 연구의 목적은 학교에서 무용수업의 개선을 위해서 체육교사들의 표현활동 수업에 대한 가치정향을 파악하는 데 있다. 또 이 가치정향이 성과 경력의 개인적인 요인에 따라 차이가 있는지를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시의 체육교사를 모집단으로 하여 비확률적표집인 유목적적 표집과 눈덩이표집법으로 전체 400명의 표본을 추출하였고 이중 불성실한 답변을 제외한 281명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구도구는 가치정향 설문지-Ⅱ (Ennis & Chen, 1995; Ennis & Zhu, 1991)를 활용하였고, 빈도분석과 카이제곱검정이 활용되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 성에 따른 표현활동 수업의 가치정향 우선순위에는 전반적으로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 연령에 따라 표현활동 수업의 가치정향 우선순위에도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 기존의 체육교사를 대상으로 한 체육수업 가치정향 분석과 상이한 결과를 나타낸 것으로 보다 심층적인 비교 분석이 필요하다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to identify PE teachers value orientation priority who are responsible for "express activity" class and improve teaching dance at the middle school. Also the priority was influenced by individual factors such as gender and age. For this purpose, a physical education teacher in Seoul, the snowball sampling method to the entire population of 400 were sampled, except in a dual slacker 281 was used to analyze the data. Research tools Value Orientations Inventory-Ⅱ (Ennis & Chen, 1995; Ennis & Zhu, 1991) was used and the frequency analysis and chi-square test was utilized. The results were as follows. Firstly, the PE teachers' priority of value orientation according to the gender was generally significantly different. Secondly, the PE teachers' priority of value orientation according to the ages was significantly different. Because this results were the opposite to the researches from previous studies, More multiple approaches like in-depth comparative analysis will be necessary.

A methodology for the simulation of compressible high Reynolds number flow over rigid and moving bodies on a structured Cartesian grid is described in this paper. The approach is based on a modified version of the Brinkman Penalization method. To avoid oscillations in the vicinity of the body and to simulate shcok-containing flows, a Weighted Essentially Non-Oscillatory scheme is used to discretize the spatial flux derivatives. For high Reynolds number viscous flow, two turbulence models of the two-equation Menter’s SST URANS model and a two-equation Detached Eddy Simulation are implemented. Some simple flow examples are given to assess the accuracy of the technique. Finally, a moving grid capability is demonstrated.
