        어촌체험 프로그램 고도화에 관한 연구: 오이도 어촌체험휴양마을을 중심으로

        Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data that can be used as model cases for other villages by suggesting ways to upgrade the program for Oido Fishing Village, which is about to open the second experience center, and the research results are as follows. First, the constraints and improvements analyzed in the Oido Fishing Village Experience and Recreation Village survey and the experience survey were expected to change positive indicators overall through the advancement of existing products and the development of new products. Second, from the four types presented in previous studies, the experience types in the field of marine healing and ESG were additionally reviewed in this study, and were subdivided by activity type. Third, Oido Fishing Village Experience and Recreation Village has developed and upgraded existing and new products by village characteristics, location, target target, age, and activity type, and it is necessary to present a manual for related products to increase utilization. Fourth, in order to revitalize the operation of advanced experience products, it is necessary to establish a joint consultative body and promote resident participation-type projects. Fifth, detailed program operation plans for advanced four types of experience products are presented in detail so that they can be used by operation and managers.

        개별 여행객들의(F.I.T.) 관광지 선택속성, 관광제약, 선호관광활동에 관한 실증적 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 변화되고 있는 개별 여행객의 관광욕구에 적합한 관광지 선택속성과 관광제약, 선호관광활동의 측정변인에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 측정된 개별 여행객의 관광지 선택속성과 관광제약, 선호관광활동 간의 미치는 유의적인 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 자료분석을 위하여 개별 여행객 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 207명의 분석을 토대로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통해 관광지 선택속성 13개. 관광제약 4개, 선호관광활동 8개 변인을 도출하여 이론적인 측정개발을 구체화하였다. 둘째, 관광지 선택속성과 관광제약 변인에 관한 영향관계 고찰에서는 환경적인 매력요인과 비용가치 요인이 정(+)의 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 관광지 선택속성과 선호관광활동 변인과의 영향관계 고찰에서는 환경적인 매력요인과 적극적 관광활동요인과 자연지향적 관광활동에서 정(+)의 영향력을 보였으며, 비용가치요인와 부수적인 요인은 야외체험 관광활동요인에서 정(+)의 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 관광제약과 선호관광활동 변인과의 영향관계 고찰에서는 야외체험 관광활동요인에서 정(+)의 영향력을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과에서 얻어진 각 변인들 간의 유의적인 인과관계에서 가장 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명한 기초자료를 토대로 여행상품 마케터나 정책 대안자들은 이에 대한 실무적인 자료로 활용할 수 있다. The purpose of this research is to perform a theoretical examination on variables for measuring of properties in destination selection attribute enough to fulfill individual tourist’s desire for tour, variables for measuring of constraints in tour, and variables for measuring preference tour activities, and to verify influences of a significant causal relationship between properties in destination selection attribute suitable enough to fulfill F.I.T. tourist’s desire for tour, constraints in tour, and preference tour activities. To analyze the data of this research, 250 individual tourists were selected as the subjects and a survey was conducted. By analyzing the final 207 subjects, the following research results were deducted. Initially, through examining the relevant precedent researches, 13, 4 and 8 variables were respectively deducted from properties in destination selection attribute, constraints in tour, and preference tour activities. Through such deduction, a development of theoretical measuring was actualized. Secondly, factors of environmental attraction and cost value indicated positive influence by examining the impact relation regarding variables for properties in selecting tourist sites, and for limitations in tour. Thirdly, from examining the impact relation between variables for properties in destination selection attribute, and for preference tour activities, factors of environmental attraction, active touring activities, and naturally-oriented touring activities indicated positive influence, and factors of cost value and others indicated positive influence in the factor of outdoor-experience-based touring activities. Thirdly, from examining impact relation between variables for limitations in tour, and for preferred touring activities, the factor of outdoor-experience-based touring activity indicated positive influence. Accordingly, on the basis of basic data inquiring into the variables having the greatest influence on significant causal relationship between variables achieved from the result of this research, such information can be used by the travel product marketers or those establishing policy alternatives as the working-level data

        It will be viewed that abolition of the limits for the foreign currency possession, simplification of the travel documents to the overseas travelling along with the increases of overseas tour. However, in contrast of a variety of overseas travelling like this, this simply proofed not to meet to follow this, in spite of quantitive growth in a circle of travel if was not met to this because it was not priveded with its professionalism, financial power and recruitment etc. Acoding to this i used a literary research and data analysis as a way of approach of this study and did it an a basis of personal interview in charge and an experiments of researchers The results will be provided with the follows : Firstly, there must be provided with a systematic support that would limits an actionof sanctions in order to prevent the over-competition between the travelling companies. Secondly, coordinating of strateges for common marketing, in other word, must do by consocium. Thirdly, we must try to do development of personal competetion due to introduce an annual salary system by a standard of salary step and productivity per a person. Fourth, must invest more money to the employment of internet an the managemental policies. Fifth, must introduce the modern newest computer technology to the tourismindustry.

        MDS 분석방법을 활용한 한국의 의료관광 경쟁력 비교

        The object of this study is to present marketing strategies to secure an competitive advantage by making an comparative analysis on cases of neighboring rivals such a s Thailand, Singapore, India,Japan, and Malaysia in order to develop Korea’s medical tourism. Thus, experts at home and abroad were selected as a respondent for this survey conducted from December 2009 to December 2010. In this study, multi-dimensional scaling a MDS analysis was used. As a result of a survey on the competitiveness of Korean medical field, first, plastic surgery and oriental medical treatment were analyzed to have higher competitiveness than other fields. Second, in selective properties of medical tourism, medical team’s expertise, service stability, follow-up services,communication, cutting-edge facilities, etc. were considered very important. Third, in an analysis on competitive situations by country based on factors, Korea showed its strength in selecting a country for medical tourism, but its weakness in supporting services. Fourth, in preferred main properties,Korea showed higher competitive power in the 12 properties, but lower one than Singapore in communication and lower than Japan in stability and reputation of medical services. Fifth, concerning selecting medical packages in medical tourism, Korea showed the largest number on respondents in preferences ranking 1st and 2nd. In these packages, but the rivals are Singapore and Japan. Thus,Korea needs to make efforts to have the continuos competitive power in this field.

        중저가 크루즈 여행객의 관광동기 시장세분화와 일본 관광목적지 이미지 관계 연구

        최근에 크루즈여행에 대한 관심이 점차적으로 고조되면서 이와 관련한 관광분야에서도 많은 연구의 대상이 되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 변화는 국내 중저가 크루즈 여행객에 대한 관광동기의 세분화 연구가 가장 기초적으로 이루어져야 할 필요성이 제기되며, 나아가 관광동기와 관광 목적지 이미지와의 관계를 고찰하여 향후 국내 중저가 여행에 대한 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다. 연구의 분석대상으로는 중저가 크루즈 여행객들을 대상으로 166명의 설문을 분석하였으며, 질문은 리컷트 5점 척도를(1=매우 중요하지 않음, 5=매우 중요함) 이용하였으며, 분석방법으로는 SPSS 16.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 중저가 크루즈 여행객들의 관광동기는 5가지 요인인 ‘새로운 경험 추구형’, ‘선상체험 및 활동추구형’, ‘일상탈출 추구형’, ‘관광지 매력 추구형’, ‘가족친화 추구형’ 등으로 나타났으며, 관광 목적지 이미지는 요인 5개로 추출되었으며, ‘흥미롭고 매력적임’, ‘관광인프라 편리성’, ‘관광 체험성’, ‘휴식과 안전성’, ‘관광자원성’으로 나타났다. 둘째 중저가 크루즈 여행객의 관광동기는 3개의 시장으로 ‘중립적 활동형’, ‘적극적 활동형’, ‘소극적 활동형’으로 세분화되었다. 셋째, 세분화된 중저가 크루즈 여행객의 관광동기유형과 관광목적지 이미지 간에는 유의적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. Recently, 'Budget Cruise Tourism' has taken a considerable part of tourism, and become a great interest to the travel agents in Korea. This trend raises the necessity of basic researches on market segmentations of travel motivations in Budget Cruise Tourism of Korea; moreover, the analysis the relationship between travel motivations and travel destinations images will be utilized as basic academic resources. An empirical research has been undertaken; the questionnaire had be distributed to the domestic budget cruise travellers, and there were 166 responses. The questionnaire is mainly formulated with the questions to answer in 5-point scale, ranging from the most important to most unimportant. The research was conducted by using statistical packages of SPSS program. The result of this study shows that three outstanding features of budget cruise travellers in Korea. First, the motivations of budger cruise travellers in Korea are 5 factors: new experience, cruise experience, escaping from routine, tourist attraction, and tour for family reunion; the images of tour destination are 5 factors: interest, tour infrastructure convenience, tour experience, rest and safe, and tour resources. Second, the motivation of the budget cruise travellers in market segmentation analysis can be categorized three distinct clusters: enthusiasts-attendees, moderators-attendees, and passive-attendees. Third, I reveals that there are significant relationships between the travel motivation of budget cruise traveller and travel destination image.

        어촌관광객의 선호속성, 어촌체험관광 만족도 및 체험관광 상품개발 지지도, 추천의도에 관한 실증적 연구

        관광의 특성이 체험관광이나 관광레저활동, 교육적 활동을 중요시하는 패러다임 전환으로 인해 현장에서 가장 선호하는 경쟁력있는 시장지향 체험형 관광상품을 개발할 필요성에 따라 어촌체험관광객의 선호속성, 어촌체험 만족도, 체험관광 상품개발 지지도, 추천의도에 관한 관계를 고찰하고자 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관련선행연구고찰을 통해 어촌관광 선호속성 22개. 어촌체험관광 만족도 3개, 체험관광 상품개발 지지도 12개 변인을 새롭게 도출하여 이론적인 측정개발을 구체화하였다. 둘째, 어촌체험관광 선호속성과 어촌체험관광 만족도에 관한 영향관계 고찰에서는 주변적인 매력요인과 관광자원 요인이 정(+)의 영향력을 보였으며, 어촌체험관광 선호속성과 체험관광 상품개발 지지도와의 영향관계 고찰에서는 학습활동형 관광상품을 지지하는 관광객들은 관광자원 요인과 주변적인 매력 요인, 프로그램 요인에서, 특이활동형관광상품을 지지하는 관광객들은 주변적인 매력 요인과 관광자원 요인에서, 건강활동형 관광상품을 지지하는 관광객들은 주변적인 매력 요인에서 정(+)의 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 어촌체험관광 만족도와 체험관광 상품개발 지지도약의 영향관계 고찰에서는 어촌체험관광 만족도가 높을수록 체험관광 상품개발 지지도에 정(+)의 영향력을 보였다. 다섯째, 어촌체험관광 만족도와 체험관광 상품개발 지지도가 추천의도에 미치는 영향관계 고찰에서는 어촌체험만족도가 높을수록 추천의도가 높으며, 체험관광 상품개발 지지도에서 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향력을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. As characteristics of tourism is changed into paradigm, authors tried to study the relationship among preferred properties of tourists of fishing village experience, satisfaction of fishing village experience, experience tourism product development support and recommendation intention, depending on the need to develop market-oriented experience type tourism products which are the most preferred and competitive in the field and the analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that theoretical measurement development by newly drawing 22 variables of preferred properties of fishing village tourism, 3 variables of satisfaction of fishing village experience tourism, 12 variables of experience tourism product development support through review on related previous studies. Second, tourists who support learning activity type tourism products showed positive (+) influence in tourism resources factor and nearby attraction factor, program factor. Third, higher satisfaction of fishing village experience tourism showed positive (+) influence in experience tourism product development support. Fourth, satisfaction of fishing village experience tourism and experience tourism product development support had an influence on recommendation intention, the more fishing village experience is satisfied, the higher recommendation intention is and it partly showed positive (+) influence in experience tourism product development support.

        어촌관광 ESG 경영이 마을 이미지, 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 인천 포내 어촌체험 휴양마을을 중심으로

        As the importance of ESG activities begins to draw attention, fishing village experiences with strong community business characteristics are increasingly applying ESG practice programs such as eco-friendly experience programs and pick-up, but there are still insufficient field utilization and related prior studies. Therefore, this study attempted to provide ESG marketing utilization plans by identifying the relationship between ESG management activities, village image, and customer behavior for visitors to the Incheon Ponae Fishing Village, which is practicing ESG management activities, and the results of the study are as follows. First, the influence relationship between ESG management of fishing village tourism and village image partially shows a positive (+) influence relationship. Second, the influence relationship between ESG management of fishing village tourism and behavioral intentions partially shows a positive (+) influence relationship. Third, the influence relationship between image and behavioral intention shows a positive (+) influence relationship. Accordingly, ESG management activities implemented in fishing village experience recreation villages were found to enhance the image of the village and be an important factor in the behavioral intentions of visitors. Therefore, fishing village experience recreation villages should actively carry out customer-centered activities, ethical management activities, and social contribution activities, as well as the introduction of indoor and outdoor experience ESG programs using waste fishing gear or shells dumped in the sea.

        실버 관광자의 관광동기 유형에 따른 제약요인과 목적지 선택속성 연구

        Recently "Silver Travel" has taken a considerable part of tourism and become a great interest to travel agents recently in Korea. In this respect, it is required to raise the necessity of the study examining the silver tourist constraints factors and destination choice attributes according to the silver travel motivation. An empirical research has been undertaken the questionnaire had be distributed to the silver tourist and there were 272 responses. The questionnaireis mainly formulated with the questions to answer in 5-point scale, ranging from the most important to most unimportant. The research was conducted by using statistical packages of SPSS program. As research methods factor analysis and cluster analysis were also employed. Three distinct cluster groups were categorized by their characteristics: 'enthusiasts', 'moderators', simple-attendees'. The result of this study shows three features of Silver Travel first, the three silver motivation factors have a greater ability to profile the segment second, silver tourists' motivation effects the constraint factors and destination attributes third, there are statistically significant differences among silver tourist' motivation , the constraint factors, and destination choice attributes.
