        도시지역 노인일자리사업 활성화에 관한 연구

        This study aims to examine the status of participation in the project for creating job opportunities for the elderly that has been executed since 2004 and the degree of satisfaction and change in life after participation, and to provide useful data for the further progression of the project in the future. The major results shown through this study are as follows. First, as to the status of participation, the motivation for participating in the Old People’s Employment Project was mostly shown as ‘ to earn suitable income for living expense’ in 77.2%, and the type of participation was shown as the public-welfare type (57.9%), the education welfare type (39.6%), and market-participation type (2.5%); and the working days per week were mostly 2 to 3 days in 93.9%, and the working hours per day were 4-5 hours (50.8%) or 2-3 hours (44.2%). Also, 13.2% of them said that their desired wage was less than 200,000 won and the remaining 86.8% said that they want their wage to be more than 200,000 won. 58.2% of the samples said that their desired working hours were 4-5 hours; but overall, most of them hoped to increase their working hours. As for the degree of satisfaction for participating in the employment project, the satisfaction for the institutional workers (3.93) and the work time (2.83) was shown higher than the average (2.5). The work environment was shown with about average satisfaction (2.56), and some dissatisfaction was shown for the work duration (2.29) and the wage (2.09). As for the changes in life after participation, a high degree of satisfaction was shown in all areas including the state of health (3.26), family, friend relationships (3.08), and the economic help (3.03), and the changes in life after participating in the project were shown as positive. The satisfaction and the changes in life according to the social demographic variables of the participants were shown as more positive in the work time, work duration, wage, work environment and institutional workers as the their age was higher. Based on the results obtained in this study, the following suggestions were made. First, in order to increase the actual income of the old people, the wage and work time for participating in the employment project needs to be adjusted. Second, in order to promote the participation of the aged people older than 74 years old, it is necessary to come up with various measures such as job development fitting the highly aged people. Third, the number of participants in the Old People’s Employment Project needs to be expanded and various jobs must be offered in order to satisfy the desires of the old people such as leisure in addition to increasing their income.

        기혼여성의 우울 영향 요인에 관한 한일비교

        This study was conducted for the purpose of doing a comparative study on married women`s depression between Korea and Japan. The data were obtained via a Questionnaires completed by 428 of survey in korea and 296 copies of survey in Japan. The results were summarized as follows: First, this research presented that the average values on perceived life stress, self-esteem and depression in Korean women were 1.49, 2.83, 11.94, respectively. Also, the average values on perceived life stress, self-esteem and depression in Japan women were 1.30, 2.62, 9.52, respectively. Second, the difference of the life stress and self-esteem were significantly higher in Korean women compared to Japan women. Also, the difference of the depression was siginifcantly higher in Korean women compared to Japan women. Third, Factors influencing on the depression in married women Korea were health status, husband stress, friend stress, health stress, housework stress, self-esteem. And then, Factors influencing on the depression in married women Japan were health status, husband stress, health stress, self-esteem. Consequently, Married women in korea have higher tendency to depression, life stress and self-esteem.

      • 기혼 근로자의 일.가정 양립 갈등이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 사회적 관계망의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 기혼근로자의 일·가정 양립 갈등과 삶의 질의 관계에서 사회적 관계망의 조절효과를 분석하기 위해서 서울지역에 거주하는 기혼근로자 375명을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기혼근로자의 일·가정 양립에서 갈등수준은 2.92점, 사회적관계망에서 배우자지지 41.8점으로 가장 높고 가족친화제도유용성 3.14점으로 낮으며, 삶의 질은 3.26점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 삶의 질 차이는 연령, 교육수준, 건강상태, 월 소득, 결혼상태, 자녀수, 근무형태에서 삶의 질에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 기혼근로자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 가장 중요한 요인은 일·가정양립 갈등인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적관계망 조절효과는 일·가정 양립 갈등과 배우자지지 조절이 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of social networks on the effects of Work-Family balance conflict on the quality of life of married workers. The results are summarized as follows. First, the level of Work-Family balance conflict of married worker was slightly lower than the median value points of 3. In informal support in social networks, the level of perception of spouse support was highest. In official support, the level of perception of family-friendly policies, was found to be higher than the median value. And the quality of life was slightly higher than the median value. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference of the quality of life according to demographic characteristics, people in their 40s, a group of above college graduation, the general health status group, groups with two or more children, regular workers showed higher life satisfaction. Third, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the quality of life of married workers, the most influential variable was Work-Family balance conflict. Fourth, interactions of Work-Family balance conflict and spouse support of social networks were found to affect the quality of life.

      • 요양보호사의 전문성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사의 전문성과 서비스 질의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과를 고찰함으로써 장기요양서비스의 질을 향상시키는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 전문성은 3.38점(sd=.26)으로 중앙값 3점 보다 높게 나타났으며, 서비스 질에 대한 지각은 3.93점(sd=.54)으로 보다 높게 나타났고, 자기효능감도 3.41점(sd=.88)으로 중앙값 3점 보다 다소 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성 중 연령과 근무기간에 따라 서비스 질에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양보호서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 연령(β=-.15,p<.05),근무기간(β=-.14, p<.01), 전문성(β=.16, p<.05), 자기효능감(β=-.44, p<.001)이 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전문성*자기효능감의 상호작용항(β=.27,p<.05)을 분석한 결과 서비스 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 자기효능감은 전문성과 자기효능감의 관계에서 조절효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of long - term care services by considering the moderating effect of self - efficacy in the relationship between professionalism and service quality of caregivers. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the professional perception of the subject is 3.38 (sd = .34), which is higher than the median value of 3. The perception on quality of service is 3.93 (sd = .54), higher than the median of 3, and the self-efficacy is 3.41 (sd = .88), higher than the median as well. Second, as a result of examining whether there is a difference in service quality according to general characteristics of survey subjects, there is a statistically significant difference in the age(F = 2.58, p <.05) and the working period (F = 10.77, p <.001). Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of the variables on the service quality, statistically significant variables affecting the service quality is working period(β=-.14, p<.01), age(β=-.15,p<.05), professionalism perception (β=.16, p<.05) and self-efficacy(β=-.44, p<.001). And it was shown that professionalism perception and self-efficacy interaction factors had a significant effect on service quality. Therefore self-efficacy showed a moderating effect in relation to professionalism perception and service quality.

      • 사회참여와 노인생활만족도의 관계 연구 - 인권의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to examine the general status of social participation, human rights consciousness, and life satisfaction of the elderly, and to investigate the influence of these factors on life satisfaction and the mediating effects of human rights consciousness. The summary of the analysis and discussion are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the level of social participation of the elderly surveyed, the total level of social participation of the elderly was 2.62 points , which is lower than the median of 3 points. The mean of human rights awareness was 3.10 points and the mean of life satisfaction was 3.37 points , which was higher than the median 3 points. Second, as a result of analyzing factors affecting life satisfaction of the elderly, health (β=.22), political participation(β=-.12), leisure participation (β =.18), and human rights awareness (β=.26) were the variables influence life Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between social participation and life satisfaction of the elderly, the mediator has a partial mediating effect between the independent and the dependent variables. In other words, Human rights consciousness of the elderly was found to mediate partly in the relationship between social participation and life satisfaction. 본 연구는 노인의 사회참여와 생활만족도의 관계에서 인권의식의 매개효과를 검증하고자 수도권 노인 352명을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 사회참여는 평균 2.62점, 인권의식은 평균 3.10점 생활만족도는 평균 3.41점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반적 특성에서 건강상태, 소득, 사회참여, 인권의식에 따라 생활만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 생활만족도에 미치는 영향은 건강(β=.22), 정치참여(β=-.17), 여가참여(β=.18), 인권의식(β=-.26)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 사회참여와 생활만족도의 관계에서 인권의식은 부분 매개효과가 유의한 것을 확인하였다.

      • 사회복지사의 전문직인식과 감정노동의 관계

        본 연구는 사회복지사들의 감정노동 실태를 파악하고, 사회복지사의 전문직 인식이 감정노동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였는 바, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같아. 첫째, 사회복지사의 전문직인식 수준은 3.21점(sd=.26)으로 중앙값 3점 보다 다소 높게 나타났으며, 감정노동은 3.93점(sd=.54)으로 중앙값 3점 보다 매우 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 감정노동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 소명의식(β=-.37,p<.001), 자체규제(β=-.30, p<.001), 월소득(β=.30, p<.001), 자율성(β=-.24, p<.01), 사회복지근무형태(β=.24, p<.01), 직무만족(β=.19, p<.05)의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(F=8.08, P<.001). 즉, 소명의식이 낮을수록, 자체규제가 낮을수록 월소득이 높을수록 그리고 자율성이 낮을수록 감정노동이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 민간사회복지사인 경우 그리고 직무만족도가 높을수록 감정노동이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.
