본 논문에서는 무선통신을 위한 무선랜용 안테나를 개발할 것이며, IEEE 802.11a에서 제정한 WLAN 대역인 2.4 ~ 2.6 ㎓ 대역을 만족할 수 있는 안테나를 설계한다. 안테나는 22㎜ × 19㎜ 의 기판과 유전율 4.4, 두께 1.6㎜ 로 설계되었으며, 설계한 안테나의 특징은 무선랜 공진주파수 대역에서의 정합을 만족한다. F 모양 패치의 길이를 조정함으로써 두 개의 공진 주파수를 얻을 수 있었으며, 얻어진 임피던스 대역은 L 모양 패치에서 2.4 ㎓, L 모양에 추가된 작은 패치 부분에서 5 ㎓의 특성을 보였다. 또한 공진주파수 대역에서 비교적 양호한 방사패턴과 안테나 이득을 얻을 수 있었다. In the paper, a novel compact F shaped monopole antenna is proposed for wireless local area networks (WLAN) applications in IEEE 802.11 b/g/a (2.4 ~ 2.46, 5.15 ~ 5.35 ㎓) system. The uniplanar antenna structure has a compact dimension of 22㎜ × 19㎜ when primed on a substrate of dielectric constant 4.4 and height 1.6㎜. The length of the inverted L is taken to be around a quarter of the free space wavelingth corresponding to 2.4 ㎓. A small strip is then attached to the above monopole to obtain 5.7 ㎓. Also, good radiation performance and antenna gain over the two frequency ranges have been obtained.

In order to give basic materoal date for the power training know relation between the load and the power, and random sampled to cluster. The result of analyzing the knee joint's extension were as follo. 1. The 1/5 of the maximum muscular strength is more faster than of that in time and speed when they bunder to the maximum muscular strength. But the case of 1/5 was less than cases of 1/3 or 1/2 in force energy and power(p<0.05) 2. The 1/3 of the maximum muscular strength is more faser than that in time and speed when they bunder to the maximum muscular. But the case of 1/3 was less then the case of 1/2 in force energy there is no meaning the difference of the power between each. 3. It was most powerful in the case of 1/2 or 1/3 of the maximum strength when they bunder to that than any other case.

In a score game or a team game, for the purpose of getting the better capability to perform game it is the best way for the player to develop the muscle best to endure the stronger training. So, the purpose of this study is to provide better directive of training to line-leader and to reorganise the training schedule more efficiently to have been used. In chapter Two, I study the efficient method of strengthening muscle, based upon the ideas of several sport specialists. In summing up theirs ideas, we can find out that the method of the regressive resistive muscle training to use more heavy bar-bell is the best way to strengthen the muscle. In chapter Three, I provide the method of effective training respectively with the exercise load, training frequency, selection of training items and pause between items, regular test of maximum muscle, the variation of degree of training strength. Based upon these analysis, I chart the specific method of training according to items with mainly ball game and athlethic sports.
