        고온 원자로용 Mod. 9Cr-1Mo강 후판재의 깊이에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 변화

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of through thickness on the mechanical properties and microstructural features in Mod. 9Cr-1Mo steels for RPVs. The microstructures at all locations were typically tempered martensite, but small amount of delta ferrite was observed at the center region. The prior austenite grain size increased with the depth from the surface. The yield strengths of center and 1/4T location were higher than that of surface by 30MPa. The impact toughness of center was low compared to those of other specimens. Also, upper shelf energy was low at the center. The toughness deterioration in center might be caused by larger size of the prior austenite grains and existence of the delta ferrite.

        Fine Structure and Physical Properties of Poly(butylene terephthalate) Films Prepared by Biaxial Drawing Method

        The purpose of this study is to determine a structural explanation for the improved ability of PBT for biaxial orientation at the temperature range of $100{\sim}180^{\circ}C$. In order to investigate the crystal structure and orientation, PBT films with biaxial and uniaxial stretching are examined using WAXD, MOA, etc. Thermal properties are confirmed by DMTA, DSC and mechanical properties are investigated using sonic propagation method and tensile tester. In WAXD results, original PBT films exhibit only ${\alpha}$-form crystallites, while biaxially stretched films show (100) of the ${\alpha}$-crystal phase with increased stretching temperatures. In MOA patterns, original and biaxially stretched PBT films show an isotropic pattern in the film plane. The planarity of the film increases with simultaneous transverse stretching and stretching temperature.

        간호대학생의 기관절개관 관리에 대한 지식, 술기 및 지각된 수행정도와의 관계

        본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 지식, 간호술기, 지각된 수행 정도를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 핵심간호술기 checklist와 질문지를 이용하여 D광역시 졸업학년 간호대학생 90명을 대상으로 2014년 9월 4일부터 2014년 9월 22일까지 시행하였고, SPSS/WIN 23.0을 이용하여 기술분석, 상관관계분석을 하였다. 연구결과 손 씻기 지식은 간호술기, 지각된 수행 정도와 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 간호술기에서 손 씻기가 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가장 수행이 잘 되는 항목은 [내관을 과산화수소수 용액 (과산화수소수: 생리식염수=1:2)에 담가놓는다]로 멸균제품과 환자로부터 오염된 제품을 제거하는 부분인 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 멸균과 손 씻기 등의 감염에 대한 지식이 행위로 이어지도록 구체적 동기와 인지를 유발하는 경험적 학습이 요구된다. This study was to search the relationship among knowledge, nursing skill, perceived performance in graduating nursing class. The participants were 90 members of to graduating nursing class in D city. Data were collected from September 4, 2014 to September 22, 2014 using a questionnaire and core nursing skills checklists. Data analysis was done with SPSS/WIN 23.0 using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. It found that knowledge of hand washing had a positive correlation between the nursing skill and perceived performance. The most vulnerablenursing skill was hand washing. The best nursing skill was sterilization and withdrawing contaminated products from the patient (Place the inner tube immersed in a solution of hydrogen peroxide). Based on the findings of this study, activating prior knowledge needs to be stressed. Thus, it would be necessary to include more effective motivation in designing experiential education program for cognitive performance.

        새정부 보건의료정책 개선을 기대한다

        With the inauguration of a new government, expectations for policy changes are also rising. In the hope that this will serve as an opportunity to improve health care policy, I would like to outline the principles strategies. First, considering the growing socioeconomic impact of the health care sector, the government's policy priorities should be notably increased compared to the past. Second, policy improvement measures based on evidence should be sought instead of dwelling on presidential pledges. While easing regulations, we should improve the quality of regulatory approaches. Therefore, it is a time when efforts are needed to strengthen the stability of policies in response to economic crises.

        용융 수지 압출 조형방식 3D 프린팅으로 제조된 텍스타일의 형태 및 물성

        In this study, the possibility of textile manufacture by 3D printing based on fused deposition modeling (FDM) was investigated. Among the various filaments that can be used for 3D printing, three polylactic acid (PLA) filaments and one thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament was collected and then examined by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and a tensile test. An Stereolithograpy (STL) file with a 3D textile model was prepared and transformed into a G-code file using a G-code generator. The extrusion conditions for 3D printing were controlled by nozzle speed, nozzle temperature, thickness of the outer layer, height of the layer, and extrusion speed. Textiles manufactured by 3D printing based on FDM using PLA and TPU filaments were obtained. A 3D textile sample prepared using TPU filament was analyzed for morphology, and thermal and tensile properties, and the following results were obtained: melt temperature of approximately $204^{\circ}C$, breaking load of 14 N, and elongation of 36%. Consequently, the applicability of 3D printing based on FDM for manufacturing textiles using TPU filament was confirmed.

        나일론 4 공중합물 소재의 구조와 물성 (II) -열처리 온도에 따른 영향-

        Nylon 6-ran-nylon 4 (100/0), (80/20), (70/30) films were prepared by using melt pressing methods. The (N6- ran-N4) films were annealed in the silicon oil bath at 50, 75, 100, 125 and $150^{\circ}C$. The film properties were examined by WAXD, DSC, DMTA and moisture regain. The crystal structure in (N6-ran-N4) films increases the annealing temperature. This is very similar to the alpha phase of nylon 6. The thermal property of (N6-ran-N4) films annealed under high temperature exhibits an increase in the melting temperature and enthalpy. The moisture regain of (N6-ran-N4) films decreased when the annealing temperature was increased.

        우리나라 병원의 서비스 다각화추세와 관련요인분석

        Service diversification is recognized as an important strategy against turbulent environmental change. This study is designed to find out the trend of service diversification in Korean health care organizations and also to identify factors associated with the degree of service diversification. Data were collected from 69 hospitals out of 71 hospitals with over 300 beds. Important findings are summarized below. 1. Types of diversification are closely related to hospital size. Large hospitals have a tendency to provide sophisticated services requiring specialized skills and equipment, while small hospital have concentrated their efforts on health screening programs. 2. The more competitive and bigger hospitals are, the greater number of services that provide. Also, hospitals operating rational management information systems provide more services. Contrary to the expectation hospitals with a low performance during last 3 years showed more service diversification. 3. A trend of more diversification was observed in hospitals whose chief executive officer used a prospector strategy. 4. A multiple regression analysis revealed that bed size, competitive environment, degree of rational management, and the growth pattern were significantly associated with the service diversification.

        Diol Unit 가 Copolyester 의 열적 성질에 미치는 효과

        PET(polyethylene terephthalate)를 개질하기 위하여 TPA(terephthalic acrid)와 EG(ethylene glycol), 그리고 제 3의 단량체로써 pentanediol 이성질체를 사용하였고 EG와 pentanediol의 양을 변화시키면서 용융 중합법으로 공중합하였다. 공중합물의 구조와 조성을 확인하기 위하여 핵자기공명 스펙트럼(NMR)을 이용하고 DSC와 TGA를 사용하여 구조의 차이와 조성 그리고 고분자쇄의 유연성을 열적 성질로서 고찰하였다. The copolyester was prepared by melt polycondensation varying the amount of ethylene glycol(EG) and pentanediol from terephthalic acid(TPA ), EG and pentanediol isomers were. used as the third monomer. The chemical structure and the compositions of the copolyester were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Thermal properties were investigated with the aid of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analyzer.

        한국의사의 정부신뢰 관련 요인 분석: 의사단체들의 일부 임원의사들을 중심으로

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate the factors related to Korean physicians' trust in the government. Methods: We used structured questionnaires that were composed of multidimensional scales for each of the various categories. Results: The recognition levels of trust of the government by Korean physicians were not high, and they ranged from 3.6 to 4.8 for ten scales. The factors related to trust in the government were categorized into seven factors on the basis of a factor analysis. On the regression analysis, a positive relationship was found between "the individual propensity to trust" and trust in the government, while a negative relationship was found between "the recognition level regarding the government as an authoritarian power" and trust in the government. "Confidence about participation in the policy process" as internal efficacy and "belief in governmental ability and motivation toward public demand" as external efficacy also showed a strong positive relationship with trust in the government. Conclusions: From these results, we can draw the conclusion that making efforts to improve the recognition level of trust in the government among physicians is an important policy task. To increase the trust level, participation of physicians in the policy process in various ways and open communication between the physicians' associations and the government should be facilitated.

        고속 방사된 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유의 미세구조 형성과 물성

        The effect of take-up velocity on the fine structure and properties of PBT fibers are investigated using WAXD, density, birefringence, DSC, dynamic viscoelasticity, TMA, tensile test, etc. An increase in take-up velocity caused an increase in both the density and the birefringence. In the results of WAXD equatorial profiles, the increase in the take-up velocities resulted in the formation of (010) and (100) reflections of $\beta-crystal$ and the reflection peak became sharper at the take-up velocity of 6 km/min. The initial modulus of the fiber increased when the g' fraction increased, the tenacity depended more on fractions of $\alpha-crystal$, i.e. the total crystallinity. The thermal properties of high speed spun PBT fibers were measured with DSC, dynamic viscoelasticity, TMA, etc. Endothermic curves became sharper with increasing take-up velocities, and endothermic melting peaks are shifted to high temperatures. Therefore, crystal structure was well developed in the fiber obtained at high take-up velocities. The $tan\delta$ peak is shifted and the intensity is decreased with temperature. That is, the packing density of the PBT fiber is high when the take-up velocity and orientation of amorphous region is increased. The shrinkage has a tendency to decrease with increasing take-up velocity.
