        KIER has been running a demonstration project for 10kWe solar thermal power generation. the project is to build and operate the first solar thermal power generation system in Korea. For concentrating solar thermal energy 40m² dish type concentrator was adapted and a stirling engine is going to be integrated to the system for power production. At the moment building the dish concentrator including mirror and sun tracking system was completed and it's performance are being closely evaluated. This paper will introduce some detailed designs and construction procedures which we have experienced so far.

      • 10㎾급 접시형 태양열발전시스템 운전특성 분석

        Industry related project for a year to develope commercial model of 10 ㎾ dish-Stirling solar thermal power system by modifying possessed one was taken as the objectives. During this project, commercial solar tracking system, control and monitoring system, high durability reflector, and long term operation were performed. The commercial solar tracking system was tested for 4 months to investigate the degree of precision and adapted from October to the control system for an actual operation. Sun tracking accuracy of 3 mrad using modified control system adapted to the Dish-Stirling system was satisfied during the experimental period. The monitoring system displays temperature of receiver's rear plate, cooling water, oil, and etc., engine pressure, electric generation amounts, and generator RPM and weather data of Direct Normal Irradiation, Horizontal Global Insolation, wind speed & direction, and temperature. During 4 months from September to December, operating results had been stored as a excel file automatically. Experimental results of December 16th was selected and shown as a representative data. When DNI increased higher than 800 W/㎡, the solar-to-electric efficiency reached to about 20%. When DNI became 850 W/㎡, the 7 ㎾ power was generated. The solar to electricity efficiency can be reached to 19% under the DNI of 700 W/㎡ and increased to 20% when the constant DNI is over 900 W/㎡ As a results, the power generation trend as a function of DNI can be expressed a liner curve.

        이중전하수송층을 가진 새로운 Oxotitanium Phthalocyanine 유기감광체의 개발과 감광특성 및 Carrier 이동현상에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 전하생성층의 위에 이중전하수송층을 가진 새로운 형태의 oxotitanium phthalocyanine(TiOPc) 유기감광체를 제작하여 감광특성과 캐리어의 이동현상을 연구하였다. 전하생성층은 TiOPc을 폴리비닐부티랄에 분산시켜 두께 0.1 μm로 도막을 형성하고, 전하수송층은 트리페닐아민 유도체와 히드라존을 폴리에스테르와 폴리카보네이트에 분산시켜 두께 5 μm씩 이중으로 도막을 형성하였다. 제작된 TiOPc 유기감광체들은 이온화퍼텐셜측정, 전자스펙트럼측정과 PIDC, XTOF 및 TOF법으로 초기전위 , 광감쇠속도, 반감노광량, 감도, 양자효율과 캐리어의 주행 시간 및 drift 이동도 등을 검토하였다. 연구결과 단일CTL을 가진 감광체보다 이중 CTL을 가진 감광체가 광흡수율, 반감노광량, 전자사진감도와 양자효율 및 drift 이동도가 우수한 경향을 나타내었다. 그리고 CGM과 CTM들 사이의 이온화퍼텐셜차가 적을수록 감광특성과 양자효율 및 drift 이동도가 좋은 것을 알 수 있었다. CTM의 이온화퍼텐셜 Ip(Tm)와 고분자 매트릭스의 이온화퍼텐셜 Ip(Pm)의 차 Δ Ip가 작을수록 감광체의 캐리어 이동도가 증가하였다. The photosensitive properties and carrier transport in the organic photoconductor with double carrier transport layers(DCTL) of polymer matrix doped with two carrier transport materials above carrier generation layer (CGL) containing oxotitanium phthalocyanine(TiOPc) were investigated. The CGL of TiOPc dispersed in poly (vinylbutyral) was formed as tickness of 0.1 μm and the double carrier transport layer was prepared by coating polycarbonate and polyester doped with hydrazone and triphenylamine derivatives as tickness of 0.5 μm, respectively. We have measured photo-induced discharge curve(PIDC), xerographic time-of-flight(XTOF), time-of-fight(TOF), and UV-visible reflective spectrum of these organic photoconductors. In this work, the organic photoconductor with double carrier transport layers was shown better properties in photosensitivity and drift mobility than with the single transport layer. It was found that the characteristics of carrier transport were mainly caused by the ionization potential difference of constitutive materials in molecularly doped polymer.

      • 로봉방(露蜂房)의 독성(毒性)과 부작용에 관한 문헌적 고찰

        Vespae Nidus is in use in the Korean medicine. The Korean medical doctors use Vespae Nidus for eliminating wind(袪風), eliminating toxic material(攻毒), detumescence(消腫), destroying parasites and relieving itching(殺蟲止疼), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, side effects, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Vespae Nidus. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Vespae Nidus is small toxic. The main ingredients of poisoning are essential oil, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Vespae Nidus mainly can cause slight stimulating symptoms. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the western medicine are promotion of vomiting, washing out the stomach, supplies of grape sugar and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the Korean medicine take advantage of herbs, such as Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Camelliae Folium(茶葉), Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix(丹參), etc. And Korean medical doctors should meet symptoms as patients call for attention. 4. In order to prevent against poisoning of Vespae Nidus, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.

        센터필라 적용을 위한 이종 접합강의 충격 특성 해석에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 레이저 TWB로 용접된 이종재료의 동적 특성에 대한 해석이 수행되었다. 해석프로그램은 Hyper works 10.0으로 Solver는 LS-DYNA v.971, 모델링 요소는 2D-Shell, 요소 수는 35,641개, 노드 수는 36,561개이다. 충격속도는 10 ㎞/h이다. 상ㆍ하부의 용접선 높이에 따르는 영향을 연구하기 위하여, 하부의 길이를 300 ㎜와 400 ㎜로 하였다. 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 길이 300 ㎜인 하부 재료 SPFC980의 변형은 가장 작고, 충돌 흡수 에너지는 가장 크다. 하부 냉연강 기준으로 TWB의 위치가 짧을수록 성능이 우수하게 나타났다. 즉, 상대적으로 상부 고강도강인 SABC1470 재료가 차지하는 비율에 따라 성능이 좌우되었다. 하부 재료 SPFH590은 큰 변형이 나타났고, 충돌성능은 SPFC980보다 현저히 떨어졌다. 따라서 충돌 성능 해석 결과에서 하부 재료 SPFC980인 길이 300 ㎜가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to analyze the dynamic characteristics of laser tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) made of dissimilar materials. The analysis was performed using Hyper Works 10.0 with Solver LS-DYNA v.971. 2D-Shell was used as the modeling element, and the number of elements and nodes was 35,641 and 36,561, respectively. The impact speed was 10 ㎞/h. To analyze the impact characteristics according to the height of the weld line for the upper and lower parts of the center pillar, the length of the lower part was set as 300 and 400 ㎜. When the lower part was made of SPFC980 steel with a length of 300 ㎜, the deformation was the smallest and the absorbed energy of the impact force was the largest. On based the lower part of center pillar, the position of TWB shows the shorter and the better value. In other words, the performance depended on the proportion of the upper part made of high-strength SABC1470 steel. A lower part made of SPFH590 steel showed large deformation. In contrast, a lower part made of SPFC980 steel showed significantly lesser deformation. Therefore, the impact performance of a lower part made of SPFC980 steel with a length of 300 ㎜ showed the best analysis result.

        Ampelopsis Radix is in use in oriental medicine. Oriental medical doctors use Ampelopsis Radix for clearing away heat and eliminating toxin(淸熱解毒), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms or side effects, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Ampelopsis Radix. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Side effects after taking Ampelopsis Radix mainly are skin rubefaction, itching, dizziness, nausea, and feeling heavy, etc. 2. In order to prevent against poisoning of Ampelopsis Radix, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.

The results were summarized as follows: 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are paeonol, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Cynanchi Paniculati Radix mainly cause the numbness of mouth, etc. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment are stopping taking medicine and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. In order to prevent against poisoning and side effect of Cynanchi Paniculati Radix, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.

        다단계 Phytoreator을 이용한 영양물질 제거에 대한 연구

        In this study, we investigated the performance of phytoremediation system treating wastewater containing high level of nutrients. Use of Acorus gramineus showed high removal efficiency for nitrogen (N) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) but low removal efficiency for phosphorus (P). The Overall N, P and COD removals efficiencies were 83.0-90.8.%, 12.8-40.6% and 72.6%, respectively. During the 9day operation of the system, The pH of effluent has significantly decreased comparing with raw water The mean pH of influent and effluent water was 6.0 and 7.0, respectively.

        상업스포츠센터 지도자 리더십 유형이 선호도 및 재이용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze how the leadership type of leaders working at commercial sports centers affects leader preferences and reutilization. To attain the purpose, questionnaire surveys were conducted for 395 members in three commercial sports centers located in Gyeonggi Province. Results of the survey were as follows: First, among the leaders working at the commercial sports centers, charisma and intellectual stimulation which are factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception which is a factor of the transactional leadership appeared to significantly affect when preferring a leader. Second, charisma and intellectual stimulation among factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception among those of the transactional leadership showed significant influence upon the reutilization. Third, the preferences of members for leader appeared to exert significant influence upon the reutilization. In conclusion, members of the commercial sports centers were affected by the leadership type of their leaders which would bring forth a favorable feeling or vice versa. Since such preference upon leaders is an important factor in subscribing the sports center once again, its importance shall not be underestimated. Thus, to get competitive advantages in fierce competitions, a manager of a commercial sports center should take much interest in leaders and provide appropriate leadership programs and workshops with leaders who have made close relationships with members. On the other hand, as a leader is obliged to provide high quality physical training programs and services to his/her members, he/she has to develop and demonstrate his/her leadership competence including charisma, intellectual stimulation, and management by exception to be a leader preferred by members.
