Industry related project for a year to develope commercial model of 10 ㎾ dish-Stirling solar thermal power system by modifying possessed one was taken as the objectives. During this project, commercial solar tracking system, control and monitoring system, high durability reflector, and long term operation were performed. The commercial solar tracking system was tested for 4 months to investigate the degree of precision and adapted from October to the control system for an actual operation. Sun tracking accuracy of 3 mrad using modified control system adapted to the Dish-Stirling system was satisfied during the experimental period. The monitoring system displays temperature of receiver's rear plate, cooling water, oil, and etc., engine pressure, electric generation amounts, and generator RPM and weather data of Direct Normal Irradiation, Horizontal Global Insolation, wind speed & direction, and temperature. During 4 months from September to December, operating results had been stored as a excel file automatically. Experimental results of December 16th was selected and shown as a representative data. When DNI increased higher than 800 W/㎡, the solar-to-electric efficiency reached to about 20%. When DNI became 850 W/㎡, the 7 ㎾ power was generated. The solar to electricity efficiency can be reached to 19% under the DNI of 700 W/㎡ and increased to 20% when the constant DNI is over 900 W/㎡ As a results, the power generation trend as a function of DNI can be expressed a liner curve.

N/A There are several methods to halftone continuous image. The widespread methods are dithering and error-diffusion. Non-linear color transform by using neural network depends on halftoning methods. Error diffusion has jump of tone in the middle tone area. This affects teaming of neural network and results in increasing color difference. In this paper, we apply FM screen based on visual characteristic to color image. Tone density curve of FM screen is better than that of error diffusion. As a result, using FM screen as halftoning method affects colorimetric color reproduction by neural network and results in decreasing color difference.

Borax(硼砂)is in use in the Korean medicine. The Korean medical doctors use Borax for clearing away heat and eliminating toxin(淸熱解毒), removing the phlegm(祛痰) and converging(收斂), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, side effects, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Borax. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are Na<sub>2</sub>B<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>·10H<sub>2</sub>O, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Borax mainly can cause stimulating symptoms on digestive system, nervous system, urinary system, and integumentary system, etc. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the western medicine are promotion of vomiting, washing out the stomach, supplies of grape sugar and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in the Korean medicine take advantage of herbs, such as Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Phaseoli Radiati Semen(綠豆), etc. And Korean medical doctors should meet symptoms as patients call for attention. 4. In order to prevent against poisoning of Borax, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.

Dichroae Radix is in use in Korean medicine. Korean medical doctors use Dichroae Radix for throwing up phlegm(涌吐痰涎), recovering from malaria(截?), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Dichroae Radix. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The main ingredients of poisoning are α-, β-, γ-dichroine, etc. The ingredients of poisoning from Dichroae Radix mainly cause stimulating symptoms on digestive system, cardiovascular system, etc. 2. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in Western medicine are supplies of grape sugar and symptomatic treatment, etc. 3. The representative methods of poisoning treatment in Korean medicine take advantage of herbs, such as Pinelliae Rhizoma(半夏), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens(生薑), Citri Pericarpium(陳皮), Phaseoli Radiati Semen(綠豆), etc. And Korean medical doctors should meet symptoms as patients call for attention. 4. In order to prevent against poisoning of Dichroae Radix, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.
백모근(白茅根)의 부작용과 독성(毒性)에 관한 문헌적 고찰

Imperatae Rhizoma is in use in oriental medicine. Oriental medical doctors use Imperatae Rhizoma for clearing away blood heat(凉血) and stopping of bleeding(止血), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms or side effects, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Imperatae Rhizoma. The results were summarized as follows: 1. Imperatae Rhizoma has no toxicity. But, side effects after taking Imperatae Rhizoma occasionally occurred, and they are dizziness, nausea, and increasing frequency of excrements, etc. 2. In order to prevent against poisoning of Imperatae Rhizoma, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.
이중전하수송층을 가진 새로운 Oxotitanium Phthalocyanine 유기감광체의 개발과 감광특성 및 Carrier 이동현상에 관한 연구

본 연구는 전하생성층의 위에 이중전하수송층을 가진 새로운 형태의 oxotitanium phthalocyanine(TiOPc) 유기감광체를 제작하여 감광특성과 캐리어의 이동현상을 연구하였다. 전하생성층은 TiOPc을 폴리비닐부티랄에 분산시켜 두께 0.1 μm로 도막을 형성하고, 전하수송층은 트리페닐아민 유도체와 히드라존을 폴리에스테르와 폴리카보네이트에 분산시켜 두께 5 μm씩 이중으로 도막을 형성하였다. 제작된 TiOPc 유기감광체들은 이온화퍼텐셜측정, 전자스펙트럼측정과 PIDC, XTOF 및 TOF법으로 초기전위 , 광감쇠속도, 반감노광량, 감도, 양자효율과 캐리어의 주행 시간 및 drift 이동도 등을 검토하였다. 연구결과 단일CTL을 가진 감광체보다 이중 CTL을 가진 감광체가 광흡수율, 반감노광량, 전자사진감도와 양자효율 및 drift 이동도가 우수한 경향을 나타내었다. 그리고 CGM과 CTM들 사이의 이온화퍼텐셜차가 적을수록 감광특성과 양자효율 및 drift 이동도가 좋은 것을 알 수 있었다. CTM의 이온화퍼텐셜 Ip(Tm)와 고분자 매트릭스의 이온화퍼텐셜 Ip(Pm)의 차 Δ Ip가 작을수록 감광체의 캐리어 이동도가 증가하였다. The photosensitive properties and carrier transport in the organic photoconductor with double carrier transport layers(DCTL) of polymer matrix doped with two carrier transport materials above carrier generation layer (CGL) containing oxotitanium phthalocyanine(TiOPc) were investigated. The CGL of TiOPc dispersed in poly (vinylbutyral) was formed as tickness of 0.1 μm and the double carrier transport layer was prepared by coating polycarbonate and polyester doped with hydrazone and triphenylamine derivatives as tickness of 0.5 μm, respectively. We have measured photo-induced discharge curve(PIDC), xerographic time-of-flight(XTOF), time-of-fight(TOF), and UV-visible reflective spectrum of these organic photoconductors. In this work, the organic photoconductor with double carrier transport layers was shown better properties in photosensitivity and drift mobility than with the single transport layer. It was found that the characteristics of carrier transport were mainly caused by the ionization potential difference of constitutive materials in molecularly doped polymer.
