중국 상하이 소형 아파트의 공간구성에 관한 연구 : 공·사적 공간을 중심으로
최근 중국에서는 경제적, 문화적 변화가 빠르게 이루어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 주거문화 또한 급격하게 변화하는 추세이다. 특히, 상하이는 중국의 대도시로서 급격한 경제성장과 대규모의 외래인구유입, 사회의식의 변화로 가족의 형태가 전형적 가족유형에서 다양한 형태의 소형가구 유형으로 바뀌고 있어 소형평형의 아파트수요가 빠르게 증가하는 추세임을 알 수 있었다. 이에 소형평형 일수록 평면 계획에 따라 공간을 보다 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 공간계획이 필요하며, 공간을 구성하는 자연환경과 물리적 환경, 그리고 거주자를 이해한 평면 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 급격히 늘어나는 1-2인 가구 증가율에 비해 소형 아파트 공급이 아직 부족한 상태이고 중국 소형 아파트에 대한 연구도 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 3년간 분양된 소형 아파트를 대상으로 20개의 사례에 나타나는 단위평면 현황을 조사하여 공간구성 특성을 살펴보고 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이에 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이론적 고찰을 통하여 상하이 공동주택의 발전을 알아보고, 주택의 건설현황을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 주제를 바르게 인식하기 위하여 소형 아파트의 개념과 수요발생 요인을 알아보고 아파트의 공간구성의 개념과 공·사적 공간을 파악하였다. 선행연구를 통해서 공간구성의 계획요소를 도출하여 분석의 틀을 마련하였다. 둘째, 선정한 사례의 소형 아파트 평면을 수집 및 조사하여 일반적 내용과 수량 및 수치적 특성을 도출하고 단위평면의 특징을 분석하였다. 셋째, 자연환경, 생활습관, 구성방식 측면의 공간구성 계획요소에 따라 공·사적 공간을 중심으로 소형 아파트의 평면을 분석하였고, 분석된 자료를 바탕으로 소형 아파트의 공적 및 사적 공간을 중심으로 공간구성 유형을 도표화하여 정리하였다. 이에 사례의 조사 및 분석에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연환경 측면에서 통풍·환기에 따라 분석한 결과 주거의 쾌적성을 높이도록 전·후면 창을 통해 통풍이 잘 되는 대류가 확보할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 생활습관 측면에서 주생활 및 식생활에 따라 분석한 결과 삶의 질 향상되도록 자신의 기호에 다른 서비스공간을 제공해야한다. 식사 밖에서 하거나 구매해 집안으로 가져다 먹는 사람들이 늘어나고 있기 때문에 불필요한 공간을 절약하기 위해서는 식당의 면적을 줄여야할 것이다. 셋째, 구성방식 측면에서 공간배치에 따라 분석한 결과 주방과 식당이 일체화 혼합된 배치를 해야 하고 거주자가 추구하는 라이프스타일이나 공간의 기능에 따라 다양한 변화가 가능한 공간으로 계획해야할 것이다. 넷째, 구성방식 측면에서 동선체계에 따라 분석한 결과 공적공간과 사적공간의 연결이 효율적이고 개인의 프라이버시를 존중하여 공간의 기능적 분리와 독립은 공간구성에 있어서 매우 중요한 동기가 되는 것이 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 상하이 한 지역만을 대상으로 소형 아파트 평면 계획을 조사하여 분석하였다. 이는 넓은 영토와 다양한 민족들이 거주하는 중국에 있어서 지역적 문화적 한계를 가진다. 하지만 본 연구는 세계적 추세에 따라 중국의 주거문화 또한 급격하게 변화하고 있어 경제 성장이 높은 대도시인 상하이를 분석함으로서 소형 아파트의 거주자들이 필요로 하는 공간과 기능에 대해 분석하는데 의의가 있다. 향후 중국의 다양한 지역을 고려한 폭넓은 연구가 이루어져야 한다. Recently, China is rapidly changing the pace of economic change, and housing culture is changing rapidly as well. Especially, with the rapid economic growth in Shanghai, a large influx of foreign population, and social consciousness changes, family types are changing from a typical family type to a variety of types of smaller households. As These changes, the supply of small houses is increasing. The smaller, more compact area requires space planning to use space planning, which requires spatial planning, physical environment, and the development of space that understands the physical environment and residents who make up the space. However, the supply of small houses is still insufficient compared to the growth rate of 1-2 people, it is not meeting the change, and research on Chinese small apartments is also insufficient. In particular, it is difficult to find a study on the space composition of small-sized apartments, which is typical of the typical housing type in Shanghai. This study focused on surveying the characteristics of the space composition in the 20 cases of the survey, which was introduced in the last three years, to examine the characteristics of the space composition. The methods of study are as follows. First, through theoretical considerations, the development of the development of apartments in Shanghai was identified and the construction of the housing was identified. Recognizing the concepts of the concept of small apartments, the notion of the concept of a small apartment, the concept of spatial composition and the spatial composition of the apartments in order to correctly recognize the subject of this study. The results of the case investigation and analysis are as follows. First, in the context of the natural environment, as a result of analyzing the ventilation, the ventilator needs to be secured with airy views through the front and rear windows to enhance the comfort of the dwelling. Second, in terms of lifestyle, as a result of analyzing living and eating habits, in order to improve the quality of life, need to provide a different service space. And, most of people choose to eat or buy back to eat, so need to reduce the size of restaurants in order to save unnecessary space. Third, in terms of Spatial Composition, as a result of space layout, should be the kitchen and restaurant integration, and in accordance with the pursuit of lifestyle and space functions, to achieve a variety of changes in space. Fourth, in terms of Spatial Composition, as a result of moving line, the distance between the public space and the private space is relatively short and is effectively connected. Respect for privacy and spatial separation and independence of space constitutes a very important motivation for spatial composition. The study analyzed that it was not only a small area of Shanghai, but also a small apartment complex representing a large area of land and a wide variety of cities. However, it is impossible to say that it is a small apartment complex in China that represents the whole of China.In regard to this, extensive research should be conducted in consideration of the various areas of China in the future.
