        온라인 미디어를 통한 문화예술교육의 방향성 : 오레지나무용단의 Dancing life, Happy up!을 중심으로

        This article examines the characteristics of the recommendable directions for Munhwayesul kyoyuk (Cultural Arts Education) that Oh-Regina Dance Company (a.k.a. Ore Dance) realized through its YouTube production, Dancing life, Happy up! Through its production of Dancing life, Happy up!, Oh-Regina Dance Company showed the ways that make non-contact Munhwayesul kyoyuk successful. Since COVID-19 forced the world to find new ways to meet the problems caused by the pandemic, using the online media has been the most important matter for the people in the arts-field. The Oh-Regina Dance Company with its Dancing life, Happy up! shows a couple of the desirable directions for Munhwayesul kyoyuk in Korea. One of the directions to which Munhwayesul kyoyuk shoud go is that artistic experience should be realized through an active physical performance of the students. At the same time, such an experience should be in a form of a physical practice or a team project that pursues problem-solving. The other characteristic of the desirable direction for Munhwayesul kyoyuk is that building a community should be aimed through the online media. According to Oh-Regina Dance Company’s achievements, various levels of communities can be made through utilizing the onlime media. The “community” can be constructed between the members of family, friends, or performer and the viewer. When a Munhwayesul kyoyuk (Cultural Arts Education) program is done “on-line,” the most important question should be if the program have same effects and identity with a program done “off-line.” Oh-Regina Dance Company with its production Dancing life, Happy up! proves that the same effects and the identity of Munhwayesul kyoyuk can be realized when Munhwayesul kyoyuk is done through the online media.

        Intelligent Predictive Control of Time-Varying Dynamic Systems with Unknown Structures Using Neural Networks

        A neural predictive tracking system for the control of structure-unknown dynamic system is presented. The control system comprises a neural network modelling mechanism for the the forward and inverse dynamics of a plant to be controlled, a feedforward controller, feedback controller, and an error prediction mechanism. The feedforward controller, a neural network model of the inverse dynamics, generates feedforward control signal to the plant. The feedback control signal is produced by the error prediction mechanism. The error predictor adopts the neural network models of the forward and inverse dynamics. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed scheme to predictive tracking control problems.

        漢-알타이諸語 비교로 본 ‘바다(海)’의 語源

        본 논문에서는 上古漢語(AC)와 알타이제어 간의 비교음운학적 연구방법론을 이용하여 한국어 ‘바다(海)’의 어원을 밝혀 보고자 했다. 『說文解字』의 ‘孛聲’系字 분석을 통해 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛} 同源語群”을 재구했고, 알타이제어의 어휘 비교를 통해 공통알타이어祖語 [*büdV](두꺼운, 굵은)에서 파생되는 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이諸語 同源語群”을 재구해냈다. 최종적으로 ‘孛聲’계 “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤 [*PVT]/{旺盛}동원어군”과 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이제어 동원어군”을 통합하여 廣義의 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이 동원어군”을 재구해냈다. 한국어 ‘바ᄃᆞᆯ(」바다)(海)’은 어근이 [pat-](받)이며 중심의미가 “넓고 旺盛하며 큰(大)” “받[厚大·旺盛]+ᄋᆞᆯ”의 형태로 분석되며, 이 말은 “[*PVTV-]/{膨脹·厚·肥大} 알타이제어 동원어군”에 속하며, 궁극적으로 “[*PVT-]/{旺盛·肥大} 漢-알타이동원어군”에 통합된다. This paper mainly presents readers the author’s comparative study on the etymology of the Korean word 바다(PADA) (sea) or 海 (sea) in Chinese by using a comparative phonological research methodology between Archaic Chinese(AC) and Altaic languages. The paper, through systematic analysis of the phonetic radicals 孛 in 『SHUO WEN JIE ZI』, the paper reconstructs “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤[*PVT]/{vigorous} cognate words” and “郣·勃·㪍·渤·浡[*bɯɯd]/<BO-HAI(渤海)> cognate words”. Furthermore, this paper reconstructs “Altaic [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words” based on numerous individual Altaic vocabularies derived from common proto-Altaic [*büdV](thick·thick) through the comparison of Altaic language vocabularies. Ancient Turkish [*bädü-k](big·high·thick·great), ancient Mongolian [*büdü-ɣün] (thick), ancient Korean [*pɨt-](expansion), and the Korean word 바ᄃᆞᆯ(PADʌL)(」바다(PADA))(sea) with its root as 받(PAT)[thick·vigorous] all fall into the “Altaic [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”. And finally, this paper combines the Chinese ‘孛 phonetic radicals’ “餑·孛·悖·馞·㴾·浡·勃·㪍·郣·渤[*PVT]/{vigorous} cognate words” and “Altaic language [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”, and reconstructs “Chinese–Altaic [*PVT-]/{vigorous·fat} cognate words”. The root of Korean 바ᄃᆞᆯ(PADʌL)(」바다(PADA))(sea) is 받(PAT) with its meanings as “spacious, vigorous, and big”, which can be analyzed in the form of ‘PAT[fat/vigorous]+ʌL’. It implies that it belongs to the “Altaic language [*PVTV-]/{expansion·thick·fat} cognate words”, and can be ultimately combined with “Sino-Altaic [*PVT-]/{vigorous·fat} cognate words”

        한국의 ‘문화예술교육’에서 나타난 Arts Integration (통합예술교육)의 개념 변이變異

        Concerning with Cultural Arts Education Munhwa yesul kyoyuk, there has been an alteration of the concept of Arts Integration Tonghap yesul kyoyuk in Korea. This article examines this alteration. Arts Integration is a form of practice in which the arts are combined with academic subjects in school curriculum in order to increase the effectiveness of education of both the subjects and the arts. In Arts Integration, the arts maintains their own peculiar forms to help students learn the academic subjects and the artistic forms. However, Arts Integration, the term translated as Tonghap yesul kyoyuk in Korean, comes to have a different meaning in Korea. It comes to mean a form of arts education in which the arts are integrated with each other to lose their own peculiar forms in order to increase the effectiveness of arts education. Such an alteration of the concept of Arts Integration was influenced by the concept of Cultural Education Munhwa kyoyuk championed by the Munhwa yondae, a citizen organization that argued its own radical way of arts integration.

        테넌트 특성에 따른 소매용 빌딩 임대수입 영향효과

        본 연구에서는 소매용 빌딩의 임대료수입 향상방안을 살펴본 후 이러한 방안이 국내의 소매용 빌딩 임대수입에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증하고자 서울시의 749개의 소매용 빌딩을 대상으로 하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 소매용 부동산의 임대수익성 향상을 위한 관리활동의 중요성을 제고하고, 대안적인 임대수입 향상방안들의 효과성에 대해서 의미 있는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구는 소매용 빌딩에 있어서의 임대수입 개선방안에 대한 최초의 실증적 분석이라는 의의를 가지고 있다. 실증분석 결과 선행연구들에 많이 다루었던 상권특성, 입지특성 및 빌딩특성의 물리적 변수 이외에 소매용 부동산의 테넌트 특성에 따라 빌딩 전체의 임대수입이 유의적인 차이가 존재하는지를 실증적으로 분석한 결과 유명브랜드 테넌트가 입점하고 있는 빌딩의 경우 임대수입이 높게 형성된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 소매용 빌딩에도 앵커테넌트의 효과가 존재하고 있음을 보여주었으며 유명브랜드 테넌트 유치를 위한 보다 적극적인 관리활동의 수행이 임대수입의 개선에 중요한 요소임을 시사하고 있다. This study attempted to explain the influences of tenant traits on the rental income of retail buildings. There hasn"t been much of related studies, and mostly restricted to the overseas big retail centers. Therefore, it is the first empirical study regarding the subject. A multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationship between a building’s rental income and various independent variables such as trade area, location, building, and tenant traits, with the sample of 749 retail buildings in Seoul for the study. The result indicates that retail building’s rental incomes are positively affected by existence of national brand chain store tenants such as fast food, family restaurant brand, coffee shop brand, cosmetic store brand, fashion brand and convenience store. Therefore, the anchor tenants in retail buildings play a significant role in raising their rental income.

        프랜차이즈 분식점의 매출에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        우리는 다양한 형태의 외식 프랜차이즈 산업이 보편화된 사회에서 생활하고 있다. 외식산업 중에서도 분식업의 급성장과 함께 관련된 연구에 대한 자료의 필요성이 증대되고 있으나 현재까지 프랜차이즈 분식점을 대상으로 진행된 관련 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아직까지 활발하게 다루어지지 않았던 프랜차이즈 분식점을 대상으로 하여 점포의 매출에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 발굴하고 이들의 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 실증분석에서는 국내 프랜차이즈 분식점 브랜드인 J사의 전국 점포 매출자료 300개를 구득하여 헤도닉 모형을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과에 대해 요약하면 다음과 같다. 권역특성에서는 서울지역의 단위면적당 매출이 경기도지역의 단위면적당 매출보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경쟁점포가 상권 내에 조밀 하게 분포하면 매출에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 입지특성의 경우 횡단보도와의 거리변수는 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 이는 분식 프랜차이즈 업종은 세로변 상권이 대로변 상권보다 적합한 상권이기 때문에 영향이 낮은 것으로 해석하였다. 점포 반경 300m에 지하철역이 존재하면 매출에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 역세권 입지의 우수성을 확인 할 수 있었으며 학교변수도 양(+)의 방향으로 유의하게 나타났다. 과거부터 학생들이 선호하였던 업종인 분식점의 선호현상이 현재까지 지속되고 있음을 보여준다. 점포 면적이 커질수록 단위면적당 매출은 낮아지는 것으로 나타난 결과에 대해서는 매장의 면적이 크지 않아도 매출 효율성을 높일 수 있으며 분식 프랜차이즈 업종은 소규모로 출점할 때 오히려 사업의 가치가 나아질 수 있음을 시사한다. Franchise snack bar is one of the most promising fields in restaurant business. Nevertheless there are significant risks of business failure, since the ups and downs of their sales depend on location and growing competition with market saturation. Clear understanding of sales variances in franchise snack bar will enable not only newcomers to understand the markets but also to meet the needs of customers. As a result, analysing the precise determinants of sales is essential to their business success. With the absence of related academic literature and empirical findings, this paper is distinctive in that determining factors of sales are analyzed based on location and store characteristics. We used 300 sales data of ‘J food’, top 3 franchise brands in Korea. Hedonic Price Model is implemented to investigate the effects of independent variables on sales. According to the results, the smaller the store size, sales efficiency is higher. Small store strategy could be an effective way for their sales increase.

        RET 원종양 유전자 코돈 634에 점돌연변이가 있는 제2형 다발성 내분비 선종 가계

        Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2A is a hereditary syndrome characterized by medullary thyroid carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and primary hyperparathyroidism. It is characterized by a high concentration of serum calcitonin. Recent genetic studies have identified the presence of germline missense mutations in the RET proto-oncogene in almost 100% of MEN-2 patients. We report a patient (19-year old man) of MEN-2A family with point mutation at codon 634 of the RET proto-oncogene. He presented both thyroid nodules, and laboratory examination of blood revealed elevated serum calcitonin. Although ultrasonography, CT and FNAC had shown no evidence of malignancy, the patient had underwent total thyroidectomy and central neck dissection prophylactically. The result of pathologic finding was medullary thyroid cancer without LN metastasis. We identified a point mutation of TGC (Cys) to TAC (Tyr) at codon 634 of exon 11 at RET proto-oncogene in 5 cases from the patient and his family by DNA sequencing test.

        1∼4.5 ㎓ 대역 내의 공동사용 후보 주파수 대역 발굴

        스마트 장비의 보급에 따라 무선 통신 트래픽은 급격히 증가하여, 제한된 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 주파수 공동사용 정책과 주파수 공동기술에 대한 도입이 매우 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요구에 대처하기 위하여 공공 및 국가안전 관련 지정/승인 무선국과 허가 무선국을 중심으로 공동사용 가능 주파수 대역을 발굴하였다. 발굴된 공동사용 후보 주파수 대역은 기존의 무선국 데이터베이스를 기초로 중심주파수, 대역폭, 무선국 사용 지역 등을 고려하여 검토되었다. 결과적으로 1∼4.5 ㎓의 주파수 대역에서 지역적으로 공동사용이 가능한 주파수 대역을 약 901 ㎒ 발굴하였으며, 발굴된 대역은 향후 공동사용을 통한 M2M, WiFi 서비스 등에 활용될 것으로 예상된다. As wireless traffic drastically increase with the expansion of smart equipment, it is necessary to develop spectrum sharing technologies and introduce spectrum sharing policy for utilizing limited radio resources efficiently. In order to meet these new changes, this parper investigated the government-held (or license) spectrum to seek candidate frequency bands of spectrum sharing. Based on the database of the existing radio station, the investigated candidate frequency bands of spectrum sharing was experimented locally, considering the central frequency, bandwidths, and the region where the radio station is usedIn conclusion, we found out about 901 ㎒ bandwidths for regional spectrum sharing within the spectrum of 1∼4.5 ㎓. These bandwidths can be utilized in M2M and WiFi services, etc. based on spectrum sharing technology in the future.

        민중문화운동과 문화예술교육의 관계

        This study examines the relation between Minjung munhwa undong (People``s Culture Movement), which was led by the anti-dictatorial activists, and the current Munhwayesul koyuk (Cultural Arts Education) of Korea. Munhwayesul koyuk in Korea includes arts and the various elements that are beyond the borders of the arts, Munhwayesul. Minjung munhwa undong influenced the concept of Munhwayesul and Munhwayesul koyuk with its philosophy and new artistic methodology. Minjung munhwa undong, considering people (minjung) as the owner of history and culture, promoted the cultural activities for "people." The activities were based on the realities of the members of the working class, not the transcendental aesthetics of the "Arts." At the same time, Minjung munhwa undong fostered the new artistic forms in which the borders of the arts were dissolved in order to reflect the unique expressions of "people" who were amateurs. The philosophy and ideology of Minjung munhwa undong influenced forming the concept of Munhwayesul, the compound of culture and arts, not the simple co-existing of the two. As the activists of Minjung munhwa undong had the opportunities to join the policy-making process of the governments after the military dictatorship had been over, the concept of Munhwayesul and the philosophy of Minjung munhwa undong were fused into the policy of Munhwayesul koyuk.

        전기공급 계약방식을 고려한 아파트 공동사용료 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Of the various factors consisting apartment maintenance costs, common area usage fees can be affected by the electricity supply contract, and whether it is a comprehensive or single contract. Thus, it is necessary to consider selection bias in accordance with the contracts. However, previous studies regarding maintenance costs have only examined large categories of common usage fees. Thus, this study conducted empirical analysis using Sample Selection Models with the 955 apartment complexes data in Suwon, Seongnam, and Yongin obtained from the K-apt in 2019. The results showed that the apartment complexes’ characteristics (i.e. ratio of exclusive use area, number of parking lot per households, and ratio of underground parking lots) have significant impact on common area usage fees. Also, in case of rental housing complexes, common area usage fees were relatively low. Second, facility characteristics such as the number of elevators and availability of home network systems per household were derived as factors that increase common area usage fees. Third, regarding regional characteristics, results showed that common area usage fees in Suwon and Seongnam were relatively high.
