예냉, 전처리 및 저장조건이 절화 국화 ‘백마’의 선도유지 및 상품성에 미치는 영향
절화 국화 ‘백마’의 선도유지 및 상품성 향상을 위한 예냉, 전처리 및 저장조건에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 절화 국화 ‘백마’의 선도유지 및 품질 향상을 위해서는 예냉온도 7℃ 처리 후 2일 저장이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 2. 절화수명은 2℃와 5℃, 1일 저장에서 대조구에 비해 3일 정도 연장되어 절화 국화 ’백마‘의 적정 예냉온도 및 저장기간은 2℃와 5℃로 1~2일정도 저장하는 것이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 3. 절화 국화의 수확 후 꽃봉오리의 색상이 연녹색을 띄는 것과 형태가 완전히 둥근 상태로의 선도유지여부가 좋은 품질로 평가를 받게 되는데 본 연구에서는 고품질의 상태를 가장 오래 유지하기 위한 조건으로 2℃ 습윤 저장조건이 가장 좋은 조건임을 확인 할 수 있었다. 4. GA4+7+BA 100mg/L 처리와 1-MCP 0.05ppm 처리 시 대조구에 비해 개화가 지연되는 효과를 나타내었다. 꽃크기는 1-MCP 0.05ppm 처리 시 개화속도의 변화폭이 작게 나타났다. 화색변화는 GA4+7+BA 100mg/L 처리와 1-MCP 0.05ppm 처리 시 대조구에 비해 꽃봉오리 화색변화가 지연되었다. 5. 생장억제제 처리에 따른 화색변화의 정도는 uniconazol 10㎎/L, PP-333 5㎎/L 분무처리와 daminozide 1,000배, TIBA 50㎎/L 침지 처리 시 대조구와 비교하여 다소 지연되는 효과를 나타내었다. 꽃목굽음의 정도는 daminozide 1,000배 분무 처리에서 꽃목 굽음 발생을 억제시키는 효과를 나타내었다. Following are the results of a study on effect of conditions of pre-cooling, pre-treatment, and storage condition to freshness maintenance of cut mum ‘Baekma’. 1. It has been confirmed that two day's storage after pre-cooling at 7℃ is effective on freshness maintenance in cut mum ‘Baekma’. 2. The vase life of the cut mum 'Baekma' was extended as three days compared to the control with for one-day storage 2℃ and 5℃, showing that, optimum temperature for pre-cooling is 2℃ or 5℃ and optimum storage duration is for 1~2 days. 3. Cut mum 'Baekma' are evaluated as a good quality grade as long as harvested flower buds are light green and perfectly round-shaped. This study has verified wet storage at 2℃ as the optimum condition for maintaining of high quality flowering in cut mum 'Baekma'. 4. Flowering speed of cut mum 'Baekma' was somewhat delayed with GA4+7+BA (100mg/L) and 1-MCP (0.05ppm) treatment as compared to the control. Flowering speed of cut mum ‘Baekma’ was slowly changed with 1-MCP (0.05ppm) treatment. Change of flower color in cut mum 'Baekma' was extended by GA4+7+BA (100mg/L) and 1-MCP (0.05ppm) treatment as compared to the control. 5. For the degree of color change, cut mum 'Baekma' was a slightly delayed when sprayed of uniconazol (10㎎/L) or PP-333 (5㎎/L), and dipping by daminozide 1,000X or TIBA (50㎎/L). The degree of bent neck was delayed with sprayed daminozide 1000X as compared to the control.
