부모 자녀 의사소통과 청소년 문제행동 관계 및 관련정책 연구

본 연구는 부모와의 의사소통과 청소년 문제행동간의 관계를 살펴보고, 이에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하기 위하여 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모-자녀 의사소통 및 청소년 문제행동은 당사자들이 처한 인구사회학적 요인에 따라 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 부모-자녀 의사소통과 청소년 문제행동은 어떠한 관계를 보이는가? 셋째, 부모-자녀간 원할한 의사소통과 청소년 문제행동 예방을 위한 국가정책은 적절하게 추진되고 있는가? 위의 연구문제를 알아보기 위하여 경상남도 진주시와 거제시 소재 중·고등학교에 재학중인 415명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, SPSS Windows 프로그램을 사용하여 교차분석, 독립표본 t검정, 일원변량분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과가 나왔다. 첫째, 부모-자녀 의사소통은 당사자들의 학교유형, 가정생활 만족도, 부모에 대한 만족도에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 청소년 문제행동은 성별, 학교유형, 가계소득, 아버지에 대한 만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 부모-자녀 의사소통과 청소년 문제행동의 관계에서는 아버지와의 대화시간, 대화시 아버지의 반응, 아버지의 개방형 의사소통 및 폐쇄형 의사소통 수준, 어머니의 폐쇄형 의사소통수준에서 유의한 상관성이 나타났다. 위의 조사 결과와 관련된 정부 관련 정책을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 관련 정책체계 중 부모-자녀간 원할한 의사소통을 유도하기 위한 정책은 부족하였다. 둘째, 청소년 관련 법규는 특별지원이 필요한 청소년이 우선 대상이고 가정과 부모의 역할에 대해 강제성이 없는 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 셋째, 부모교육을 전담하는 부서가 없고 프로그램이 다양하지 못하며 실제 교육에 참여하는 부모가 적은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 결론적으로 부모-자녀간 원할한 의사소통은 청소년 문제행동에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인이므로 청소년 문제행동 예방을 위하여 모든 청소년이 정책의 대상이 되어야 하며 부모 교육 프로그램을 다양하게 개발하여 모든 부모들이 참가할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정책적인 지원이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between parents-child communication and adoles cents'deviantbehaviors,and to present policy implication the reof. Topics of this research workare as follows: First,are there any differences between parents-child communication and adolescents'deviant behaviors according to demographic-soci of actors faced by them?Second,what type of relationship has been revealed between parents-child communication and adolescents'deviant behaviors? Third,has the national policy aiming to promote smooth parents-child communications and to prevent adolescents'deviant behaviors been properly driven by the organizations concerned? To test this,415 students were selected from the middle and high schools located in Jinjuand Geoje City,Gyeongsangnam-do and wereaskedt of ill up a questionnaire.And the results from analysis ofthis survey by means of Cross tabs, Independent Samples T Test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple Regression Analys isusing SPSS Windows program revealed the followings: First, results from analys isshowed that the reare significant differences in parents-child communications according to children’s school type,degree of satisfaction with their family life, anddegreeofsatisfactionwiththeirparents, and that the reareal so significant differencesinadolescents'deviantbehaviors according to children’s gender,schooltype,and household income,and the degreeofsatisfactionwiththeirfathers. Second, results from the analysis revealed that there are significant correlations in the relationships between parents-child communication and adolescents'deviantbehaviorsaccordingtothelengthoftimewiththeirfather for talking, father’s reaction during the conversation, father’s open communication level and closed communication level,and mother’s closed communicationlevel. The results from investigation the government policy related to above surveyareasfollows: First,there is a lack of policy in order for inducing smooth communications between parents and children among adolescent related policy system. Second,there are such problems in the adolescentrelated regulations and lawsasthatpriority isgiven tothoseadolescentswhoaremostin needfor specialsupports,and thatno forceoflaw concerned with theroleoffamily andparents,andsoon. Third,thereisnodepartmentorelsethatexclusivelytakechargeinparents education,and theprogramsdonotvaryaccordingtothecases.Alsothereis suchaproblem asthataverysmallnumberofparentsparticipatedactuallyin therelevanteducation. In conclusion,since smooth parents-child communication is the factorthat directly or indirectly affect adolescents' deviant behaviors,all adolescents shouldbeincludedasthetargetthepoliciesin ordertopreventtheirdeviant behaviors,andalsoitisrequiredtoprovideforsupportsin thepolicy aspect so as to make allparents enable to participate in the education havingdevelopedvariedparentseducationprograms.
