소록도 이주민의 독발[石箭] 운영과 생태 적응

Sorokdo is a place where migrants who have moved regardless of their will live. Immigrants were forced to lead a new life that was different from the one they used to live. For this reason, the inhabitants had to adapt to the new ecological environment. The rations were scarce, and the strong drugs made people hard. ‘Dokball[Stone-weir, 石箭]’, made on Sorok Island, was also the choice of the residents to adapt to this situation. Residents of Sorok Island operated Dokbal for fishing. Sorokdo has tidal flats with abundant resources. Nutritional management was needed to withstand insufficient rations and strong drugs. A strong isolation policy was implemented to prevent access from outsiders. For this reason, if you had the ability, you could create and operate Dokbal. Fish caught in the tidal flats of Sorokdo were an important resource for the residents as a source of nutrition. As time passed, rations became abundant and fish stocks decreased, so Dokbal gradually lost its value. Dokbal was left unattended as the people who operated it left or died one by one. Stones that fall in the wind are not picked up. Dokbal collapses and cannot hold fish. Instead, it provides a variety of seafood to migrants. Just as migrants came to Sorok Island and operated Dokbal, Dokbal also seems to have tidal flat fish and shellfish. 소록도는 자신의 의지와 상관없이 삶의 터전을 옮겨왔던 이주민들이 정착한 곳이다. 이곳에서 이주민들은 자신이 살아왔던 삶과는 다른 새로운 삶의 방식을 강요받았다. 이러한 까닭에 주민들은 새로운 생태 환경에 적응해야만 했다. 이주민에게 지급되었던 배급품은 부족했고, 이주민을 치료하던 약은 사람을 힘들게 만들었다. 소록도에 만들어진 독발도 이러한 상황에 적응하기 위한 주민들의 선택이었다. 소록도의 주민들은 물고기를 잡기 위해 독발을 운영했다. 소록도에는 풍부한 자원을 지닌 갯벌이 있다. 부족한 배급품과 독한 약을 견뎌낼 수 있는 영양 관리가 필요했고, 외부인의 접근을 막는 강력한 고립정책 덕분에 능력만 있으면 독발을 만들어 운영할 수 있었다. 소록도 갯벌에서 잡히는 물고기는 영양 공급원으로서 주민들에게는 중요한 자원이었다. 시간이 지나 배급품도 넉넉해지고, 어족자원도 줄어들면서 독발은 점점 그 가치를 잃어갔다. 독발은 운영하던 사람들이 하나둘 떠나거나 세상을 뜨면서 독발은 그대로 방치되었다. 바람에 떨어진 독발의 독은 주워 올려지지 않았고, 독발에 물고기가 들어도 잡으려 하지 않았다. 독발은 무너져서 물때에 따라 들어온 물고기를 품지는 못한다. 대신에 게나 낙지, 갯지렁이 등을 품어 여전히 이주민들에게 어패류를 공급해주고 있다. 이주민들이 소록도에 들어와 시나브로 독발을 운영했듯이, 독발도 시나브로 갯벌 어패류를 품고 있는 모양새이다.

해양 재난에 대처하는 바닷사람들의 자세-‘수사체(水死體)’ 처리 과정을 중심으로-

Disaster refers to disasters and hardships that human beings can not think of. The greatest of many human suffering is death. Sea-based people living in the sea live with the possibility of sudden death. This is because the workspace itself, called ship or water, is adjacent to death. The bodies in the sea are more likely to have experienced abnormal death than normal death. Such anomalous death leaves a grudge and ultimately causes disaster. So, in the Joseon Dynasty, sudden death was comforted by performing a ritual called ‘yeo-je’. Even now, comforting death remains in the process of dealing with the drowned body. Recovering a drowned body is an attempt to heal an unfortunate death. There must be a body to be able to take a burial. and Performing a funeral is an effort to turn an abnormal death into a normal death through ritual. When the first attempt of collecting the bodies is finished, a second attempt is made to do comfort through rituals. The second attempt plays a role in establishing normal death through consolation. In these attempts, there is a “sincere heart” called “cheug-eunjisim (compassion)”. The word “cheug-eunjisim” contains a worried of people. And this is another expression for oneself who will someday die. This is also expressed in the form of ‘collecting’, ‘consolation’, and ‘memory’. Therefore, the people of the sea are overcoming and preventing marine disasters by way of heartbreaking, comforting, and memorizing death. 인간이 생각하지 못한 ‘뜻밖에 일어난 재앙과 고난’을 재난이라고 한다. 인간이 겪는 많은 재난 중 가장 큰 것은 ‘죽음’일 것이다. 육지를 기반으로 살아가는 사람들에 비해 바다를 기반으로 살아가는 사람들은 급작스러운 죽음을 맞을 가능성이 더 많다. 배 혹은 물속이라는 작업 공간 자체가 죽음과 맞닿아 있기 때문이다. 바다에 있는 시신들은 정상적인 죽음보다는 비정상적인 죽음을 당했을 가능성이 높다. 사람들은 비정상적인 죽음은 원한을 남기고 결국 재난을 일으킨다고 여긴다. 그래서 조선시대에는 급작스런 죽음을 ‘여제’를 통해 해원하여 주었다. 지금도 해원에 대한 관념은 수사자 신체 처리 과정에 남아 있다. 수사체를 인양하는 것은 불행한 죽음을 수습하고자 하는 시도이다. 시신이 있어야 장례를 치룰 수 있기 때문이다. 장례를 치른다는 것은 비정상적인 죽음을 의례를 통해 정상적인 죽음으로 바꾸는 노력이다. 비정상적인 죽음을 정상적인 죽음으로 바꾸는 시도는 의례를 통한 해원 과정에서도 이루어지기도 한다. 장례와 해원은 비정상적인 죽음을 정상적인 죽음으로 바꾸어주고자 하는 노력이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 시도에는 ‘측은지심’이라고 하는 ‘진실한 마음’이 자리하고 있다. 사람에 대한 애틋한 마음을 담은 측은지심은 언젠가는 죽음을 맞이할 자기 자신을 위한 또 다른 표현이다. 이는 수습, 위로, 기억이라는 방식으로도 표현된다. 따라서 바닷사람들은 죽음을 진심으로 안타까워해주고, 위로해 주며, 기억하는 방식을 통해 해양 재난을 극복하고 예방하고 있는 것이다.

충주호 주변의 중력 측정에 의한 옥천계의 중력이상 연구

The gravity measurement was conducted at 256 stations around Chungju Lake to study subsurface geological distributions and subterranean mass discontinuities by the results of gravity anomaly in Metamorphic Complex, Okcheon Group, Great Limestone Group of Choson Supergroup, and Cretaceous biotite granites. Okcheon Group showed a high Bouguer gravity anomaly while Great Limestone Group of Choson Supergroup relatively a low anomaly. The mean depth of subterranean mass discontinuities is about 2.0 km and downward along the Suchangri Formation from the Hwanggangri and Moonjuri formations. In general, Okcheon Group appeared shallower than the depth of Great Limestone Group of Choson Supergroup when imaging the subterranean mass discontinuities from the Bouguer gravity anomaly. 변성암복합체, 옥천층군, 조선누층군 및 화성암류에서 지하 지질분포 및 밀도 불연속면을 파악하기 위해 충주호주변에 있는 256개 지점에서 중력측정을 실시하였다. 부게 중력이상은 옥천층군에서 높은 값을 가지며 조선누층군으로갈수록 상대적으로 낮은 값의 분포를 보였다. 지하 밀도 불연속면의 평균심도는 약 2.0 km이며, 전반적으로 문주리층과황강리층이 서창리층보다 중력기반 심도가 상대적으로 얇으며, 옥천계 동측에 위치한 조선누층군이 옥천층군보다 비교적 두꺼운 기반 심도로 분포된 것으로 파악되었다.

학습 활동 추적을 위한 HTTP 기반 확장 프로토콜 개발

웹의 구조적인 특성으로 인해서 실제 원격 교육 시스템으로 교육 활동을 수행할 때 많은 제한점이 발생된다. 비연결성 프로토콜인 HTTP는 클라이언트의 요청 각각을 별도로 수행하며 연결 상태를 유지라지 않는다. 이것은 학습자의 접속상황을 유지 관리하고 학습자의 요청 정보를 추적하기 어렵게 만든다. 그리고 이는 한 학습자의 연결유지뿐만 아니라 다른 학습자들간의 상호작용 자체를 불가능하게 만든다. 본 연구는 학습자의 학습 활동을 추적할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 HTTP를 기반으로 하여 확장된 연결성 프로토콜인 CHTP를 개발하고, 새로운 원격교육 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 프로토콜 차원에서 표준화된 방식을 제안하기 때문에 개발된 웹 확장 플랫폼은 원격교육을 위한 시스템 구축을 효과적이고 용이하게 만들어 줄 것이다. In the distance education systems, there are limited things while performing educational activities because there are to be problems in structural features of the Web. HTTP, a connection-less protocol, performs requests of client, however, does not hold on the status. Thus by features of the Web, it is difficult to hold on the connection of learners and trace information asked by learners. Moreover, these problems make impossible not only a learner's connection continuity but also on-line interaction among the learners in the distance education. This thesis developed CHTP, an connection-based hypertext transfer protocol, based on HTTP and a new platform of distance education in order to track activities of learners. The developed web extension platform will make it easy to build up system for being helpful in a distance education because this thesis proposes a standardized way in the protocol.

As the Internet environment develops, Internet has already been being established as important tool of business marketing and branding. In particular, a brand community where customers interact with other customers who have the same interest in brand provides a variety of benefits to customers as well as companies. The brand community makes it possible for company to build, and retain relationships with customers, and capture new market opportunities. Therefore, this study examines the relationship among service quality of brand community, customer value, customer satisfaction, customer trust, and brand community loyalty in online brand communities. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer value. Second, service quality of brand community had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. It had also a positive, significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through customer value and customer trust. Third, service quality of brand community had a significant indirect effect on brand community loyalty through customer satisfaction, customer value, and customer trust. Therefore, These finding will spawn both academic and practitioner interest in brand community and serve as a foundation for further research in this important area.

금형연마 로봇시스템

금형연마 자동화기술 논의에서 KIST에서 개발된 금형연마 로봇시스템에 대한 분석과 세계적으로 대표적인 금형연마 자동화시스템의 가급적 정량적인 비교를 하여 독자들의 이해를 돕고자 했다. 금형연마 공정의 자동화를 통한 생산성의 향상 없이는 금형생산성 향상에 한계가 있으며 자동 화를 통한 생산성 향상은 금형 종류, 크기, 복잡성 등 여러 가지 고려인자들이 있지만 간략화하여 5-8배 정도의 결과를 낼 수 있다. 금형연마 자동화기술의 핵심은 자동화에 적합한 연마패턴의 개발과 실현화에 있으며 금형연마 자동화에의 로봇의 적합성과 그 유연성을 통해 효과를 향상 시킬 수 있다. 현재 국내 산업계에서도 금형연마 자동화에 상당한 관심과 투자를 하고 있는 상 황이다.
