The close-range photogrammetry is a surveying technique the acquiring the 3D object from 2D geometric appearance shown in the image. Camera treatment is relatively so simple. Camera position refer to the object can be freely adjusted by locating the exposure station at any site. So it is used effectively on a small area or object for survey. In this study, using the digital camera which has capacity of keeping numerical value by itself and easy carrying, we analyze the positioning error according to various change of photographing condition. Also we try to find a effective method of acquiring basis data for 3D monitoring of high-accuracy in sub-pixel degree through digital close-range photogrammetry with bundle adjustment for local terrain model generation.

This study deals with the product of digital orthophoto using DEM(Digital Elevation Model) from the Digitizer and from the Digital Phtogrammetric Workstation using GCP(ground control points), TP(tie points), and elevation match points each. Interpretation accuracy of the configuration of the earth of the orthophoto from Digital Photogrammetric Workstation is comparatible to that of the orthophoto obtained from the conventional Stereoplotter. So it will be expected that this method are very effective to the fast upgrade of GIS database, and road design, etc.
W-CDMA 시스템에서 고해상 채널 추정을 이용한 IPDL 기법의 무선 측위 성능분석

본 논문은 기지국들로부터 단말기로의 TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival) 성분을 기반으로 한 무선측위 기법의 성능향상에 영향을 미치는 다중경로의 최초 도착 시간 지연 성분을 정밀하게 취득하기 위한 고해상 채널 추정 기법을 소개한다. 제안된 고해상 채널 추정 기법은 3GPP에서 공용 파일럿 신호의 수신 자기 상관 함수 특성을 주파수 영역상에서 샘플링하고 Hermitian Toeplitz 성질을 만족하는 행렬을 구성하여 이에 대한 벡터 영역상의 분석을 거쳐 시간 지연 성분들을 정밀 추정하게 된다. 본 논문에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 고해상 채널 추정 기법을 수정 CODIT 모델을 바탕으로 3GPP에서 고려되는 PR-IPDL(Pseudo Random-Idle Period Downlink)과 TA-lPDL(Time Aligned-Idle Period Down-link) 무선 측위 기법에 적용하여 무선 측위 성능을 체계적으로 분석한다. This paper introduces the high-resolution channel estimation technique which are used to estimate the first arrival multipath delay component. The proposed technique yields the precise estimate of the first time arrival which is directly related to the performance of TDOA-based position location. The proposed technique utilizes the transformed auto-correlation function of received common pilot signal in frequency domain, its samples compose the hermitian Toeplitz matrix at sequel. Then the time delay components could be estimated with precision by the analysis of eigen-structure of corresponding matrix. In this paper, obeying the modified CODIT model, the performance of the PR-IPDL(Pseudo Random-Idle Period Downlink) and TA-IPDL(Time Aligned-Idle Period Downlink considered as 3GPP position location technique will be exploited systematically through the computer simulations with applying the proposed technique.

On this study, using the new technique with GPS which is more effective than conventional method and has the capability to detect the range in the order of ppm, the measurement for monitoring the deformation of a dam structure which provides agricultural water as well as living water. With the selection of the test field, an embankment which had been damaged and therefore was restored by mortar, GPS measurement was carried out to investigate the stability of the structure when pondage has maintained specific quantity. Therefore, the measurements of baseline vectors in reference network was done total three times. As results of the experiments, the standard deviation showed maximum ±4.5mm. In addition, not only did the deformation elements analyzed through dividing as triangular networks and then observing by GPS static methods present. Δ=1E-04-9E~05, γ=2E-04-9E~05 but also the deformation direction was estimated with the method which analyzes the differences among the deformation elements, such as north, east and height (Δn, Δe, Δu) transformed into local coordinate system. Consequentially, it is concluded that the dam should be need to closely safe examination.
