곤충병원선충(Steinernema carpocapsae)의 최적보관을 위한 환경요인

Effects of temperature, pH, and salt concentration on the preservation of the infective juvenile entolopathogenic nematodes, Steinernema carpocapsae, were analyzed. The effects of acclimation to sublethal low temperature and glycerol concentrations on rapid cold hardening of the nematodes were also evaluated to set up the conditions for their cryopreservation. All tested environmental factors could change the storage effectiveness of the nematodes. These analyses indicated that the optinal storage condition for the nematodes consisted of $15^{\circ}C$, pH 8.5, and 0.5-1.0% salt concentration. The nematodes showed a rapid could hardening in response to $5^{\circ}C$ for 2h. Glycerol induced the nematodes to increase the cold hardiness. Its high concentration over 10%, however, gave a harmful effect on the nematode survival.

The syndicated investment strategy of venture capital has merits such as reductionof investment risk, efficient management of investment resources, and information asymmetry mitigation. This study analyzes the investment strategy and network of venture capital by collecting and analyzing investment information of Korean venture capital on Korean start-ups for three years from 2014 to 2016. We could not find statistically significant association with the choice of syndicated investment of the stage of start-ups, the venture capital expertise (investment concentration), internal competence (number of workforce and professional manpower), and the breadth of investment network. As a result of this study, the factors that determine venture capital 's syndicated investment in Korea are only the financial factors such as the size of the investment amount and the size of the fund besides the business field of the invested company. The results suggest that the majority of venture capital firms in Korea may not customize their investment strategies in terms of their expertise or inherent business risks of invested companies. 벤처캐피탈의 공동투자전략은 투자 위험의 분산과 투자 자원의 효율적 관리, 투자사에 관련된 정보비대칭 완화 관점에서 단독투자전략보다 장점이 있다. 공동투자는 다른 한편으로는 투자정보 공유 네트워크와 투자기회 확보를 위한 경쟁을 드러내 보이기도 한다. 본 연구는 2014년부터 2016년까지 3년간 공개된 한국 벤처캐피탈의 한국 스타트업에 대한 투자 정보를 수집 및 분석하여 벤처캐피탈의 투자 전략 및 네트워크에 대한 실증 분석을 수행한다. 네트워크 분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석 등을 포함한 통계적 검정을 수행한 결과 벤처캐피탈의 분야별 전문성(투자집중도), 내적역량(업력 및 전문인력의 수), 투자 네트워크, 피투자 스타트업의 업력 모두 공동투자여부에 영향을 끼친다는 증거를 발견할 수 없었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 한국의 벤처캐피탈이 공동투자를 결정짓는 요인은 피투자기업의 사업 분야를 제외하면 투자금액의 크기와 보유 펀드의 규모 등 자금요인이 유일했다. 이 결과가 시사 하는 바는, 한국의 벤처캐피탈 대다수가 투자형태의 결정에 있어 자사의 전문성이나 피투자기업의 본연적 사업 리스크를 고려한다거나 투자기회정보의 공유를 통해 투자형태를 전략적으로 결정하기 보다는 단순 자금운용 측면에 경도되어 있지 않은가 하는 점이다.

3레벨 인버터의 실시간 제어를 위한 근사화 SHE PWM

본 연구에선는 고조파 저감효과가 크고 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 근사화된 3레벨 SHE PWM 방식을 제안하였다. SHE PWM 방식으로 특정 고조파를 제거할 수 있는 스위칭 각을 얻으면 기본파 전압의 크기에 따라 불연속적이고 비선형적인 분포를 이루게 되어 실시간제어에의 적용이 어려우므로 이들 비선형적인 분포를 부분적으로 근사화시킨 직선방식을 얻고 직선방정식의 계수들의 집합을 하나의 조견표로 작성하여 새로운 SHE PWM 스위칭 각 분포를 얻었다. 이때 인버터 dc 링크 전압의 변동을 보상할 수 있도록 인버터 출력 기본파전압과 직류전원 전압의 비를 일정하게 유지시켜며, 이렇게 새로이 얻어진 SHE PWM에 의한 스위칭 패턴을 3레벨 인버터에 적용하여 유도전동기를 운전할 때 인버터 출력전압의 고조파분포를 해석하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통한 전동기 전류의 고조파 왜곡 및 토크리플 특성도 해석하여 제안한 3레벨 근사화 SHE PWM 방식의 고조파 저감효과가 3레벨 SPWM 방식의 결과와 비교하여 우수하며, 직류링크전압 변동에 대한 보상이 이루어짐을 확인하였다. The SHE(Selected Harmonic Elimination) PWM scheme which eliminates specific lower order harmonics can generate h high quality output waveforms in 3-level PWM inverters. However. its application has limited since SHE switching a angles cannot be calculated on-line by a microprocessor-implemented control system. Based on off-line optimization. in which multiple SHE solutions were found and analysed for 2 to 5 switching angles per quarter in the 3-level SHE PWM pattern. this paper presents an algebraic algorithm for an ordinary microprocessor to calculate approximate SHE S switching angles on-line with such high resolution that it makes no practical difference between the accurate and the a approximate SHE switching angles. By employing the variable of the dc-link voltage Vdc' the proposed SHE PWM p pattern can ideally compensate the dc input fluctuation together with selected harmonics eliminated.

본 연구는 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(내부관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.534, p<.05), 직무특성(t=6.425, p<.001) 요인이 내부관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인영향력은 조직문화 B=.226, 직무특성 B=.576으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 업체의 조직특성과 경영성과(학습성장관점)의 관계에서는 조직특성의 조직문화(t=2.070, p<.05), 직무특성(t=10.507, p<.001) 요인이 학습성장관점에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 베타계수로 본 독립변수들의 상대적인 영향력은 조직문화 B=.145, 직무특성 B=.741로 나타났다. 이와 같은 시큐리티 조직의 특성은 조직문화에 상대적으로 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있으며, 조직의 궁극적인 목적 달성을 위해서는 체계적인 교육훈련 시스템 및 조직학습이 수반되어야 할 것으로 시사된다. 또한 조직특성은 시큐리티 직무의 특수성과인과관계가 있으므로 직무특성을 고려한 현장 적용적 지원이 필요할 것으로 시사된다.

직류서보 위치제어 시스템을 위한 편차적분 상태궤환 가변구조제어기

A scheme of IESFVSC(Integral Error State Feedback Variable Structure Controller) is proposed for a DC servo position control system with the disturbances which do not satisfy the matching condition. The proposed control system is composed of servo compensator and state feedback VSC. The servo compensator enhances the robustness of the control system against various types of disturbance, and makes effective tracking possible without using error dynamics. The IESFVSC is applied to the practical design of a robust DC servo control system and the control performances are verified through theoretical analyses and simulations. 직류서보 위치제어 계통에서 정합조건을 만족하지 않는 외란의 영향을 제거하기 위하여 편차적분 상태궤환 가변구조제어기(IESFVSC)를 제안한다. 제안되는 제어계는 2차의 서보보상기와 상태궤환 가변구조제어기로 구성되었으며 서보보상기를 포함함으로 인하여 다양한 형태의 외란에 대한 제어계의 강인성을 증가시키는 동시에 편차방정식을 사용하지 않고도 효과적인 목표치 추적능력을 가진다. 제안된 IESFVSC를 직류전동기 위치제어계에 적용하고, 다양한 조건에서 이론적인 해석과 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로서 이 제어계가 정합조건이 만족되지 않는 계단형 및 ramp형 외란이 발생할 경우에도 매우 우수한 정상상태특성과 외란제거성능을 가짐을 입중하였다.
