인용문헌에 나타난 웹 자원의 접근성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the accessibility of web resources contained in the references section of journal articles. I was identified a total of 1,377 web citations for a major journal in information science over a ten year period. The results show that the accessible ratio of domestic web resources was at 40% and the ratio of foreign web resources about 50%. The accessible ratio of domain type web resources was shown 58% while the same ratio for file type web resources was 45%. This low accessibility of we resources in references poses threat to the overall value of journal articles. 본 연구의 목적은 인용문헌에 나타난 웹 자원의 접근성과 그 변화추이를 분석하여 인용문헌에 수록된 웹 정보원의 가치와 유용성을 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 정보관리학회지에 수록된 웹 자원 1,377건을 추출하여 국내, 국외별 웹 자원의 접근성과 도메인과 파일유형의 웹 자원 접근성 및 접근성 변화추이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 웹 자원은 접근성비율이 40%, 국외 웹 자원은 50%, 도메인 유형은 58%, 파일 유형은 44%로 각각 조사되었다. 또한 인용시간 경과에 따른 웹 자원의 접근성은 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 인용된지 1년 정도가 되면 웹 자원의 23%정도가 접근할 수 없는 것으로 밝혀져 웹 자원의 유용성은 매우 낮은 것으로 평가되었다.

In this study, we compared of control characteristics at two-stroke marine diesel engine by MAN B&W. It was found that MC and ME type of engine largely divide fuel injection & exhaust valve actuator by cam-shaft controlled and electro-hydraulic controlled. Computer based type of engine ME-B type is only operated exhaust valve by driving camshaft, the fuel injection system is fuel oil booster and ELFI valve by Electro-hydraulic. ME-C type is composed of a multi-way valve or FIVA valve. Therefore fuel injection system and exhaust valve system is operated by Electro-hydraulic. ME type engine was shown that the optimization of the combustion process can be achieved for any load on the engine by Electro-hydraulic control system according to the computer based.

생명과학 학술지의 인용 분석 연구

The purpose of this study is to analysis the type of cited mate rials, dependence ratio of foreign information of domestic researchers, and to predicts half-life of life science for the collection development of libraries and user friendly information services extracted from five subjects-medical science, pharmacy, food sc ience, agricultural science, microbiology. In result, it was found that it citing the schola rly journal most plentifully, and dependence ratio of foreign infor mation of domestic researchers was high most the microbiology. And then, half-life of life science was found 8.98 in agricultu and 6.96 in pharmacy, and so on. 본 연구의 목적은 생명과학분야 연구자들의 인용문헌 형태와 국외정보의 의존도를 밝히고, 주제별, 개발과 장서평가 및 폐기와 관련된 도서관 정책을 수립하는데 필요한 근거자료를 확보하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 생명과학분야에 해당하는 의학, 약학, 식품, 농학, 미생물분야의 학술지 기사의 인용문헌의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 연구자는 학술지를 가장 많이 인용하고 있었으며, 해외의존도는 미생물분야가 반감기가 8.98년으로 가장 긴 것으로 나타났으며, 미생물분야가 7.38년, 식품분야가 7.1년, 약학분야가 6.96년의 순으로 높았으며, 의학분야는 6.73년으로 가장 짧은 반감기를 보였다.

The Calorifier is a device that supplies hot water to the crew for showering and cooking. In particular, problems such as hot water not coming out when a trainee and a crew member take a shower at the same time may occur due to a malfunction of the temperature control valve that controls the temperature. In particular, when the hot water usage time is almost constant, such as a training ship, a high calorific value is required. When there is no dissatisfaction with the use of hot water, satisfaction with the educational environment is improved. Therefore, in this study, a solenoid temperature control valve is applied to increase satisfaction with hot water use, and a mechanical time switch is applied to the hot water circulating water pump to save energy.

지역주민들의 도서관불안에 관한 연구

공공도서관이 지역주민들의 정부 교육, 문화센터로서의 기능을 충실히 수행하기 위해서 지역주민들이 자유롭게 방문하여 아무런 불편함이 없이 정보문화활동을 전개해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 현재 지역주민들이 가지고 있는 도서관불안을 해소할 수 있는 체계적인 프로그램이나 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 공동도서관을 이용하는 다양한 계층의 지역주민들을 대상으로 LAS(Library Anxiety Scale)를 사용하여 도서관불안의 정도를 측정하고, 이를 해소할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 대체로 지역주민들의 도서관 불안은 높게 나타났으며, 계층별, 연령별, 학력별, 도서관방문휫수별, 도서관교육프로그램 참여 여부에 따라 도서관불안의 정도 차이가 매우 높았다. This study was investigated and analyze the library anxiety of public library users utilize LAS. The main contents of this study contained the differences of library anxiety in sex, educational background, age categories, the frequency of library visit, the completion of information literacy program and library use instruction. Library anxiety is very differed according to the various factors, especially, the library anxiety of knowledge of library, barriers with staff was high, the average LAS score is 2.61, 2.60. Regard to results of this study, conclusion are suggested the recommendations for a decrease in library anxiety of public library users.

전북지역 작은도서관의 현 단계와 기능 확대에 관한 연구

최근에 정부, 지방자치단체, 민간기업의 지원과 관심이 전국적으로 확대되면서 작은도서관이 수적으로 크게 증가하였다. 전라북도에서도 2004년 이래로 47개의 작은도서관이 새로이 조성되어 운영되고 있으며, 그중에서도 모범적인 운영사례를 보이는 도서관이 생겨나기도 한다. 그러나 그동안 국내의 작은도서관 운동은 수적인 증가에만 치우친 나머지, 대부분의 작은도서관은 아직도 열악한 환경 속에서 운영상에 많은 문제점을 안고있다. 이것은 주민에 대한 서비스의 질적 수준의 저하를 가져오며, 나아가 정보격차해소와 문화복지 향상이라는 작은도서관 본연의 역할을 달성하는데 상당한 장애가 되고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구는 중앙정부, 지방자치단체의 지원이나 민간기업의 후원으로 조성된 전라북도 지역의 작은도서관의 현 단계를 점검하고, 문제점을 제시하여 작은도서관이 본연의 임무를 충실히 달성하기 위한 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, small libraries have greatly increased by the support and interest of the central, or local government. Since 2004, 47 small libraries were established in Jeon-buk province. These libraries are equipping a new facility and collection with their support. Nevertheless, they still have many problems in operating process. This is causing degradation of the quality level of information service for local residents, further, this becomes the obstacle which solves a information divide and improves the cultural welfare. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of small libraries in Jeon-buk province, and then, to propose solutions to problems.

작은도서관 설치와 지원을 위한 조례의 내용분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 작은도서관의 설치와 운영을 지원하는 조례의 내용을 분석하여 문제점을 제시한 후, 바람직한 개선 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지방자치단체가 제정한 조례 25건을 대상으로 조례를 구성하는 항목을 분석하였다. 분석의 대상은 조례의 명칭, 구성 항목, 작은도서관 기능, 설치 기준, 지방자치단체의 책무, 운영인력, 도서관 운영 규정, 운영위원회 등이다. 그 결과 조례의 구성항목들은 크게 다르지 않았으며, 지역의 특색을 반영한 조례도 거의 찾아보기 어려웠다. 또한 항목에 있어서도 강제조항보다는 임의조항이 많았기 때문에 지방자치단체장의 의지에 따라 설치와 지원의 규모가 달라질 수 있다는 것이 한계로 지적되었다. 따라서 작은도서관 조례는 지역의 도서관 인프라를 반드시 고려해야 하며, 공공성을 담보하기 위한 노력과 함께 지원기준을 명확하게 밝혀야 한다. This study suggests problems with analyzing the contents of ordinances which support establishment and management of small libraries. This study analyzed the provisions which comprise the ordinances, targeting 25 ordinances that a local government enacted. The analysis targets the name of the ordinances, functions of the small libraries, guidelines of establishment, the duties of the local government, manpower in management, management rules of libraries, a steering committee etc. As a result, the provisions of the ordinances were not very different, and it was difficult to find ordinances which reflect regional characteristics. Also, in the provisions, it was pointed out as a restriction that the scale of establishment and management can be altered because there are free provisions more than compulsory ones. Thus, the ordinances of small libraries have to be regarded in local libraries' infrastructure, and supporting guidelines with efforts to assure publicity.
