        소비자의 전통시장에 대한 인식수준이 재 방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구 : 목포지역 소비자를 중심으로

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the variables that lead consumers to visit traditional markets and buy market goods. Thus, the current research examined the relationship between satisfaction and return intention as among the factors influencing loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology – This study was conducted to examine the effects of the perceived level of factors on loyalty and how it influenced consumers’ visits to traditional markets in 125 adult adolescents and women living in Mok-po area. The results of the questionnaire were obtained. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by SPSS. Results – In this study, consumers' perception level of eight loyalty factors can be perceived by the traditional Korean market. The empirical analysis is summarized as follows. First, by selecting five representative variables influencing intention to return to traditional markets, Mok-po area consumers were affected by the intention to revisit according to the intensity of recognition level among these variables. Second, the higher the perceived level of product price, quality of access (accessibility) among the factors that consumers perceive as important factors in visiting traditional markets were heightened. Third, Mokpo residents are aware of the main important factors of visiting the market such as receiving a friendly atmosphere (image) about traditional market, market environment (hygiene and cleanliness), connection with the local economy, and customer service such as kindness, refund and return. These loyalty factors did not affect consumers' intention to revisit. In other words, image, environment, regional economic linkage, and these factors did not have a positive effect on revisit intention. Conclusions – The empirical analysis of this study suggests that factors that directly affect loyalty among the key factors that play a major role in visiting traditional markets should be identified and developed as loyalty factors. It is necessary to identify the key factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of traditional market users, and operate a system that systematically and comprehensively manages and evaluates them. In order to do this, the government, the local governments, and related organizations should regularly conduct loyalty and satisfaction surveys on visa recognition levels and establish strategies for dramatic improvement measures.

      • A Study on Distribution System of Pharmaceuticals in the Korea

        This study examined state of local pharmaceuticals industry and investigated distribution system. The study found out associated problems as well as improvements of distribution system of local pharmaceuticals. Finally, to improve distribution system of local pharmaceuticals, the study investigated distribution system of 10 kinds of pharmaceuticals of ‘J' Company being a leading local manufacturer of local pharmaceuticals, and found out improvements of the distribution system. The study collected and compiled ‘J' Company's internal slips and reporting material from April 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008, and interviewed persons in charge continuously to find out state and problems of the distribution system.

      • 재래시장 시설현대화에 따른 소비자 인식도에 관한 연구 - 목포지역 소비자들을 대상으로 -

        There is under restructuring of whole distribution market in Mokpo recently. Large-Scale Discount Stores such as E-mart, Lotte Mart, Homeplus and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart entered successfully in the distribution environment in Mokpo. However, the small and medium distributors are falling rapidly, and traditional market is depressed. This status gives some positive effects to make one-stop, good price, good quality and great variety of shopping for saving the time and effort through changing the customers' life-style. This change, however, made the traditional market worse that played as the core channel for trading the local special products and an important role for local economic in retailing market. It is a threatening factor for that traditional market to recover the recession. The decline of traditional market and the bankruptcy of small retailing dealers accelerate the stagnation of local economic and commercial power. Therefore, it need a systematic and synthetical study to solve the negative factors for improving life of the local resident. This paper looked into the concept, issues and development strategy of traditional market that affect local economic development directly. It studied the customers' awareness for traditional market that was recently modernized the facilities in Mokpo. Particularly, based on the research material that was published last academic symposium, it looked about the issues and development strategy that could happen in traditional market not the market of a specific region but all over the country. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is that the central and local government and retailers get a help to make the efficient and useful development strategy through analyzing the effects of customers for modernizing the facilities of traditional market.

        대형마트에 대한 소비자들이 지각하는 충성요인이 재방문 결정에 미치는 영향 : 목포권 소비자를 중심으로

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that cause consumers to frequently visit large – Super Store and goods for large – scale retailers using Super Store. Research design, data, and methodology – The purpose of this study is to present the empirical analysis of 53 adult males and females living in the Mokpo area on the relationship between perceived level of satisfaction and loyalty of the large – scale marts. The results were analyzed. The statistical data of the questionnaire were verified by the SPSS. Results – In the empirical analysis of this study, four variables were found to be the main loyalty factors, which were found to affect the satisfaction of Super Store and the decision to return again. Therefore, in this study, the quality of goods, price, diversity, and image were analyzed as loyalty factors, and it was analyzed as factors influencing satisfaction. It was confirmed that loyalty factors were important. In particular, consumers’ perception of behaviors such as local specialties and community service that can be distinctly differentiated from other distribution agencies was very low. Conclusions – It is necessary to construct a comprehensive systematic system to analyze the detailed factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of users of Mokpo ticket consumers and to systematically manage and evaluate them. In order to raise awareness of consumer loyalty factors, consumer satisfaction and loyalty survey should be regularly conducted. Consumers should look for ways to improve them and develop improvement plans. The various direct and indirect services provided by Super Store to consumers include price, quality, assortment, customer service, accessibility, and feelings for large marts. However, since the services provided by the Super Store are different from those of the consumers, the loyalty factors for the different factors can be different. Therefore, in order to differentiate them from traditional markets or other distribution centers, it It should be used as a weapon of competition. In this study, it is generally recognized that the services provided by Super Store are very simple and inexpensive, so that consumers are not aware of the difference of particular stores.

        Analysis on the Characterstics of Consumers on Social commerce

        Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of awareness on the characteristics of a consumers' social commerce. This study examines whether the characteristics of social commerce influence the purchase intentions in accommodating these types of social commerce. Research design, data, methodology - The data for the study were collected and analyzed from a sample of 126 adult customers, comprising both males and females, using social commerce. The survey was conducted and the results aggregated through distributing a copy to each participant. For statistical analysis of the data collected, SPSS 18.0 statistical package was used. Results - The results can be summarized as follows. First, the perceptions about the characteristics of Social Commerce demonstrated a significant effect for attitudes. Second, the attitudes demonstrated positive effects on purchase intention. Third, the subjective norm affected the purchase intention. Fourth, perceived behavioral control influenced the purchase intentions. Conclusions - As a result, perceptions about the characteristics of Social Commerce may be seen in the positive effects on purchase intention. Using social commerce in the future, retailers would need to increase the scope of the study, through applying more diverse characteristics of Social Commerce.

      • A Study on the Risk Management of Korean Firms in Chinese Market

        As a result of this study only a few Korean firms have a certain management methods designed to predict the possibility of risk occurrence and establishment of systematic countermeasure. Besides, the Korean firms do not have enough data on the risk of Chinese Market. The risk management department inside the firm does not function efficiently, and when it comes to investigation of risk, it heavily depends on that of local branches. Accordingly, in order to accurately recognize and manage, the firms need to not only specialize risk management department but also outsource by using a consulting firm.

        A Study on the Effects of Perceived Quality on Whitening Cosmetics’ Satisfaction and Repurchase : Focused on University Students

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to measure the characteristics of the perceived quality of college students of 20s which is the main customers of whitening, and to investigate the customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions according to the perceived quality of whitening. Research design, data and methodology – The interviewers in the research are 300 college students in Seoul and the metropolitan area. They were collected from October 1 to October 24, 2013. 283 of collected questionnaires were used for the analysis. The analysis in the general characteristics of the subjects was analyzed by frequency analysis. With five-dimensional factor analysis, the perceived quality through reliability analysis was investigated and verified. Results – The results from analysis of the standardized coefficient Beta value were performance(0.382), brand (0.339), and price (0.318) as a high level. On the other hand, services(0.172) and design factors (0.162) were relatively low. Conclusion – Looking for these results, this study could reach the notion that a lot of consumers with whitening cosmetics highly recognized brand, performance, and price factors, but the service and design factors were relatively recognized low in customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions.
