Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a standard tool for pattern identification of radiation pneumonitis. Methods: Textbooks, published studies, and references with comments about patterns were reviewed. Through the Delphi method, we determined pattern identifications based on advice from a committee of experts composed of 13 Korean respiratory internal medicine professors. Results: Using the Delphi method, four pattern identifications were chosen: Qi Deficiency (氣虛), Yin Deficiency (陰虛), Heat Toxin (熱毒), and Phlegm Dampness (痰濕). The tool was developed in a question-and-answer format with 35 questions. Conclusions: A pattern identification tool that can discriminate the patterns of radiation pneumonitis for standardized diagnosis was developed through expert consultation. Further study of its validity and reliability is necessary.
環跳(GB30) 電鍼刺戟이 一過性 前腦虛血로 유발된 c-Fos 단백질 발현에 미치는 影響

(Objective) Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used to prevent and treat the cerebrovascular accident, such as a stroke, and many studies of acupuncture and moxibustion concerning to the stroke have been undertaken in the human and various animals. However, it was not published the protective effect of the electroacupuncture (EA) of Huan-do (GB30) on the transient forebrain ischemia injury.(Methods) The neuroprotective effects of EA (2 ms, 10 Hz, and 1 - 2 mA) of GB30 on the transient forebrain ischemia injury were investigated by immunohistochemistry of c-Fos like protein in Sprague-Dawley rats. (Results) The transient forebrain ischemia injury resulted in increased expression of c-Fos like protein (cFL) in the dentate gyrus (DG) and CA1 for 6 hrs after ischemia, and EA increased significantly expression of cFL in the CA1 and DG. For 48 hrs after, there was delayed expression of cFL at the CA1 and DG, representing the sign of neuronal cell death, but EA decreased the delayed expression of cFL, significantly. (Conclusion) These results suggest that the neuroprotective effects of EA on transient forebrain ischemia injury may be related to excitatory regulation of cFL at the early stage and inhibitory regulation at the long term.
배고픈 영성, 무릎 꿇는 영성 - 기도원운동의 변천을 통해 본 한국교회 기도영성의 연원적 특성 -

본 연구는 한국교회가 형성한 고유한 기도영성의 특성과 그 특성의 연원을, 기도원 운동의 형성과 변천 과정을 통해 규명하고자 한다. 한국교회 개신교 기도원들은 본디 한국교인들 특유의 산(山)기도를 돕기 위한 거점 공간의 용도로 시작되었지만, 점차 한국교회 고유의 기도영성의 형성과 응집 및 표출의 중심의 역할을 하게 되었다. 한 국교회의 기도영성은 이미 기도원운동이 일기 전부터 형성되기 시작되었고 그 뿌리도 다양하다. 그 시원에는 서구에서 유입된 기독교 고유의 전통도 있고 한국의 토착적 전통들도 작용하고 있었다. 그리고 이 두 흐름이 상호작용하면서 한국교회 특유의 기 도영성이 만들어졌다. 그러나 이 다양한 원류들을 한곳에 모아 응축적으로 표출하고 형식을 입혀 정규교회들의 예배와 일상으로 확산시키는 역할을 한 것이 기도원이었 다. 한국개신교 기도원은 그 자체로 서구의 수도원들과 다른 한국교회 특유한 산물이다. 기도원운동을 일으킨 것이 한국교회의 기도영성이고, 한국교회의 기도영성을 만든 것이 기도원운동이었다. 본 연구는 한국 기도원 운동을 주도해왔다고 판단되는 5개 대표적 기도원들의 형 성과 변천 과정을 다각도 적으로 조사함으로 한국교회의 기도영성이 어디서 어떻게 시작되고 어떤 형태로 변천하여 현재에 이르게 되었는지를 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구는 각 기도원을 역사적 사회적 문화적 배경과 연관하여 연구하였으며, 현장답사 및 각 기도원 대표자들의 증언을 청취하여 기도원 고유의 전통과 정신을 각 기도원 자체의 관점으로부터 기술하고 이해하려 하였다. 본 연구자는 한국교회 대표 기도원들을 통 해 본 기도영성의 특징들을 정리하고, 이 특징들이 생성된 시대적 사회적 배경에 주 목하여 설명하려 하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구자는 이 특징들을 관통하는 한국교회 기 도영성의 정신을 ‘배고픈 영성’과 ‘무릎 꿇는 영성’으로 정의하고 그 의미와 보편적 가 치를 규명코자 하였다. 시대가 변하면 영성의 표현과 실현 형식은 바뀔 수 있지만, 그 정신 자체는 변할 수 없음을 강조하고자 하였다. The study aims to identify the characteristics of the unique prayer spirituality of the Korean Church, and the origins of its characteristics, discovered through tracing the formation and transitions process of the Korean prayer house movement. The prayer houses in the Korean Protestant church began as a base space to help mountain prayers, which as such are peculiar to Korean church, but gradually became to play a central role in the formation, cohesion, and expression of the prayer spirituality unique to the Korean church. The prayer spirituality of the Korean church has already begun to be formed even before the prayer house movement broke out, and its roots are diverse. At first, there were Christian traditions introduced from the West, and native Korean traditions were also at work. And as these two flows interacted, the prayer spirituality unique to the Korean church was created. However, it was the prayer houses that gathered these various origins in one place, expressed them intensively, formed their shapes to spread them to the worship and daily life of regular churches. The Korean Protestant prayer house itself is a unique product of the Korean church, which is different from the Western monasteries. It was the prayer spirituality of the Korean church that caused the prayer spirituality, and the prayer spirituality of the Korean church that created it. The study explicates where and how the prayer spirituality of the Korean church began and changed to the present state by examining the formation and transitions of the five representative prayer houses, assumed to have led the Korean prayer house movement. The study researched each prayer house in connection with its historical, social, and cultural backgrounds, and tried to describe and understand the tradition and spirit of each prayer house from the perspective of each prayer house itself, by visiting the site and listening to the testimonies from each prayer house representative. The researcher tried to summarize the characteristics of the prayer spirituality, seen through representative prayer houses of the Korean church, and to explain them by paying attention to the social backgrounds of the times in which these characteristics were created. In conclusion, the researcher is to define the spirit of the Korean church prayer spirituality, which penetrates these characteristics, as ‘Hungry Spirit’ and ‘Kneeling Spirit,’ and to identify their meanings and universal values. It was intended to emphasize that the forms of the expression and realization of a spirituality can change as the times change, but the spirit of it cannot change.

This paper describes the development of a PC-based force display system (haptic interface system). The system allows a human to explore and interact with a virtual environment using sense of touch. Specially, the system interfaces the position and force information bidirectionally between the human and virtual environment. The haptic interface system is composed of a haptic device, a model of virtual environment generated by computer graphics, and haptic rendering algorithm displaying the desired force. The haptic device is a ground-based 3DOF manipulator of parallel link mechanism offering sense of touch to the user when the device contacts virtual environment. The ground-based interfaces have much higher resolution and bandwidth of force display than haptic devices of body-based type. The virtual environment model is designed by Open GL graphic library. It is composed of some primitives such as wall, balls, etc. The haptic rendering algorithm is implemented by God-object algorithm. The proposed haptic system is capable of modeling and touching environments with some richness, complexity, and interactivity that can be found in existing graphic systems. It is so efficient that the algorithm can be implemented in a 1-PC-based system with 1〔㎑〕 interrupt cycle.
