NADPH oxidase는 효소 복합체로 적어도 6개의 구성물들로 이루어져 있다. Cytochrome b_(558)이라는 막에 존재하는 gp-91과 p22phox과 세포질에 존재하는 p47phox, p67phox, p40phox와 저분자 결합족 단백질인 Racl, Rac2, Rapl 등으로 구성된다. 게다가 이런 단백질들은 다단계 신호 전달 경로를 통해서 NADPH oxidase의 활성화를 유도한다. NADPH oxidase을 통한 활성 산소의 생성은 염증 반응이나 산화적 스트레스 등을 포함하는 면역 반응에 관계된다. 저분자 GTP결합족 단백질인 Rap1은 NADPH oxidase에 의한 활성 산소의 생성과 밀접한 관련이 있다고 알려져 있다. 다른 Ras족 관련 GTPase들처럼 Rap1은 GTP결합 상태일 때, 활성을 가지고 반대로 GDP결합 일때는 불활성화된 상태를 가진다. Rap1의 GEf인 8-CPT-2Me-cAMP을 처리하면, 대식 세포에 Serum 또는 IgG로 코팅한 입자로 자극한 것에 의한 활성 산소의 생성을 더 촉진한다. 대식 세포에 Rap1GAP을 transfection한 것도 또한 활성 산소 생성을 자극하였다. 그러나, Nl7 Rap1과 Vl2 Rap1을 넣어준 경우에는 활성 산소의 형성을 감소시켰다. 이것은 아마도 지속적인 Rap1의 GDP-결합 형태에서 GTP-결합 상태로의 순환이 대식 세포에서 NADPH oxidase 활성을 통한 활성 산소의 생성에 필요하다고 생각된다. Rap1이 NADPH oxidase 활성화에 관여하는 신호적인 기작은 더 연구중이다. The NADPH oxidase is a complex enzyme consisting of at least 6 components: cytochrome b558 (a heterodimer comprised of gp91-phoz and p22-phox), p47-phox, p67-phox, p40-phox, Rac 1 or Rac 2, and Rap1A. Furthermore, there are multiple signal transduction pathways leading to activation of the NADPH oxidase. Generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) through NADPH Oxidase is relevant to immune response including inflammation reaction or oxidative stress. Rap1 is a member of small molecule weight GTP binding protein, which is known to be implicated in ROS production by NADPH oxidase. Like other Ras-related GTPases, Rap1 is activated depending on GTP- binding state, whereas GDP-bound form is inactive state. When 8-CPT-2Me-cAMP, an activator of Epac (GEF for Rap1), was pretreated to macrophages and the cells were exposed to serum and IgG-opsonized zymosans, production of ROS was stimulafed. Transfection of Rap1GAP into macrophages also stimulated ROS production. However, Nl7 Rap1 dominant-negative proteins and constituvely active Vl2 Rap1 abrogated ROS formation. This suggests that continuous cycling between GDP- and GTP-bound forms of Rap1 may be required for the activation of NADPH oxidase in macrophage. The mechanism of Rap1 engagement for the NADPH oxidase activation is being studied.

DEA기법을 활용한 의약품 물류센터의 효율성 연구

본 연구는 의약품 제조산업의 하나 이상의 물류센터를 운영하는 경우 각 물류센터들의 비교와 판매에 영향을 미치는 요소의 분석을 통하여, 물류센터의 효율성 평가의 측정과 비효율을 갖고 있는 원인을 분석하고 효율적 물류센터가 되기 위한 기준에 접근하는 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 분석방법으로는 다투입, 다산출이며, 투입, 산출요소를 금액화하기 힘든 현재 기업경영 환경에 적합한 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)를 적용하였다. 의약품의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 요소를 투입 및 산출요소로 이용하였고, DEA의 기본모형인 CCR모형과 BCC모형을 이용하여 효율성을 분석하였고, 생산변경에 위치하여 1의 효율성 값을 갖는 물류센터들에 대하여 식별성을 높이기 위한 다시 초효율성 분석을 진행하여 효율성을 재분석하였다.

광폭 Hat형 강널말뚝의 진동관입성 평가

Although the capacity of sheet pile market is increasing annually, the existing sheet pile used mainly as structural support taking up excessive cross-sectional area. Therefore, new wide Hat-type sheet pile cross-section has been developed recently in alignment with the trend of technological development of sheet pile which is continuing to become wider. Wide Hat-type sheet pile with increased width can reduce the cost of construction by reducing the weight of sheet pile by using high-strength material in order to reduce the weight of structural steel. In this study, WEAP interpretation was conducted in order to assess the driveability of vibratory pile driving of wide Hat-type sheet pile, and performed on-site penetration test by attaching linear displacement meter, strain guage and accelerometer. The results illustrate that although the construction velocity for wide Hat-type sheet pile per unit is quicker for the existing cross-section, there are no differences in constructability with the existing U-type and Z-type sheet pile when the construction speed per width is considered. Furthermore, although the compression stress and tensile have increased in comparison to the existing cross-section due to reduction in cross-section, the results of WEAP interpretation and actual construction test illustrated that there are no problems from the perspective of internal ground tolerance with generation of stress which is smaller than the permissible stress. However, when the penetration velocity obtained from on-site test and that by the WEAP program are compared, it was illustrated that the variation in the two values is large for shallow construction depth while the initial penetration velocitys became similar with increase in depth. Therefore, the differences in the outcome of WEAP analysis and on-site test such as initial penetration velocities ought to be gradually reduced through additional research in the future. 강널말뚝 시장의 규모는 매년 증가하고 있지만 기존의 강널말뚝은 구조용으로서 주로 사용되어 과다한 단면적을 갖는다. 따라서 점점 광폭화되는 강널말뚝 기술개발 추세에 맞추어 최근 새로운 광폭 Hat형 강널말뚝 단면이 개발되었다. 폭을 증가시킨 광폭 Hat형 강널말뚝은 강재중량을 줄이기 위해 고강도 소재를 사용하면서 널 말뚝 무게를 줄여 시공비를 절감시킬 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 광폭 Hat형 강널말뚝의 진동관입성을 파악하기 위해 WEAP 해석을 수행하였으며, 강널말뚝에 줄변위계, 변형률계 그리고 가속도계를 부착하여 현장 관입시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 광폭 Hat형 강널말뚝의 개당 시공속도는 기존단면이 빠르지만 단위 폭당 시공속도를 고려하면 기존 U형 및 Z형 널말뚝에 비해 시공성에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 단면 축소로 인해 압축응력 및 인장응력은 기존 단면에 비해 증가하였지만 WEAP 해석 및 실제 시험시공결과 허용응력보다 작은 응력이 발생하여 지내력 관점에서 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 현장시험으로 구한 관입속도와 WEAP 프로그램에 의한 관입속도를 비교하면 얕은 시공 깊이에 대해서는 두 값의 편차가 크지만 깊이가 깊어짐에 따라 유사한 초기 관입속도를 나타내었다. 따라서 초기관입속도와 같은 WEAP 해석결과와 현장시험결과의 차이는 향후 추가적인 연구를 통해 줄여나가야할 것이다.

피타고라스 정리의 지도방안 : 중학교 교과 중심으로

본 논문에서 우리는 피타고라스 정리의 지도 방안을 연구한다. 1. 피타고라스 정리의 역사적 사실이나 배경을 통하여 학습에 대한 관심과 흥미를 같에하여 학습동기를 유발 시킨다. 2. 논증적 증명위주보다 사고활동을 자극하는 구체적 장면을 통하여 학습이 이루어 질수 있도록 여러 가지 증명법을 제시 하였다. 3. 조작활동 및 면적관계를 이용한 기하학적 증명방법을 설명을 통하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였다. 4. 피타고라스의 세수와 활용을 증명과 함께 제시하였다. In this thesis, we investigate teaching methods of Pythagorean theorem. 1. To take an interest and concern in learning induces the motion of learning by knowing the Pythagorean historical fact or background. 2. I present the several ways of proof for learning with not the first primacy in the demonstrative proof but the concrete side which stimulate the ability of thinking. 3. 의사소통의 공식화 수준이 산업재해의 발생빈도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중소기업에서 피할 수 있는 인재성 산업재해 사고를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 찾기위해 , 산업재해 감소에 큰 영향을 주는 안전분위기 구성요인 중 여러 학지들이 공통적으로 지적하고 있는 '의사소통'에 주목하여, 공식적 의사소통의 제도화 수준이 산업재해 발생 빈도 및 안전분위기에 미치는 영향에 관해 실증 연구하였다. 조사는 경기도 및 충청도 지역 중소기업에 근무하는 경영진을 포함한 관리자와 종업원을 대상으로 구조화 된 설문지를 배포하여, 관리자 180부, 종업원 220부를 회수하여 통계분석하였다. 분석결과 공식적 의사소통이 산업재해 발생빈도 감소와 안전분위기에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있고, 안전분위기가 산업재해 발생 빈도 감소에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 우리나라에서 상시 근로자수 50인미만 중소기업에서 산업재해사고 발생률이 높은 이유가 공식적 의사 소통기구가 부재함이라고 본 연구를 통하여 추정할 수 있다. 입법론으로 근로자참여 및 협력증진에 관한 법률 규정중 노사협의회의의 임의적 협의사항을 필수적 협의사항으로 개정할 것을 제안한다.
