The purpose of this study was to analysis of fire through the international game, with shooting people with disabilities in South Korea's status, and to explore ways of shooting people with disabilities for disabled through a group of exerts meeting. To achieve the purpose of this study, first of all, the data was collected that a number of sports people with disabilities are to arrange historical documents and reference materials. And the fire in the history of the disabled was classified Introduction process, Transition, and Generators. In addition, in-depth discussion of a group of people with disabilities through professional fire problems of the disabled and the development of Korea and was seeking direction. South Korea for more specific criteria for the analysis of history transition process and analysis of fine-grained approach is need and more realistic and professional group of experts for proposal will be strengthened, and analysis of the interview, thought shooting people with disabilities. 이 연구는 한국장애인사격의 국제경기와 국내경기를 통하여 장애인사격현황을 분석하고 전문가 집단의 면담을 통하여 장애인사격의 발전방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 장애인체육의 여러 역사적 문헌 및 참고자료를 수집하여 정리하였다. 국제장애인사격대회의 변천과정을 도입기(1967~1980), 과도기(1981~1988), 발전기(1988~2004)로 구분하였으며, 한국장애인사격의 변천과정은 시대적 구분으로 도입기(1967~1980), 전개기(1981~1988), 발전기(1988~2004)으로 구분하였다. 또한 장애인사격 전문가 집단의 심층면담을 통하여 한국장애인사격의 문제점과 발전적인 방향을 모색하였다. 위의 연구방법을 토대로 장애인사격의 주요 변천과정과 한국장애인사격의 실태 및 현황, 문제점을 통해 얻은 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국장애인사격의 가장 큰 문제점은 선수층이 얇다는 데 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 학교체육 활성화를 통한 우수 신인선수 발굴과 특수학교별 특성 있는 운동부를 창단하여 전국적인 학생 체육대회를 개최하여야할 것이다. 또한 국가대표 상비군 양성사업의 지원과 전국장애인체육대회를 통한 상비군 발굴 및 육성을 통하여 선수 수요에 문제점이 없도록 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 장애인 사격전용 훈련장의 신설과, 장애인사격의 저변확대를 위한 장애인 편의 시설의 재투자와 공공체육시설의 개방 및 사설체육시설의 개방 확대 및 그에 따른 국가적지원등도 병행되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 국제대회의 지속적인 참가는 경기력 향상에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 몇몇 주요대회 참가뿐만 아니라 지속적인 세계 대회의 참가를 통해 급변하는 세계 장애인사격의 현황 및 경기력 습득을 하는 것도 경기력 향상에 크게 기여할 것이다. 넷째, 장애인사격 전문 인력을 양성을 위해 보다 체계적인 국가차원의 자격교육기간이 하루 빨리 신설되어야 하며 국제대회의 경험과 지도방법을 갖출 수 있는 해외연수 프로그램의 개발과 지원이 필요할 것이다. 이 연구의 장애인 사격에 대한 역사적 자료와 문헌연구는 매우 미비한 실정이다. 한국 장애인사격에 대한 역사별 변천과정의 분석기준을 좀 더 현실적이고 전문적인 제안을 위한 전문가 집단의 인터뷰 및 분석을 강화해야 할 것으로 생각된다.
