한의약건강증진사업의 예산편성여부에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구는 전국 226개의 기초자치단체를 대상으로 2020년 기준 지역사회 통합건강증진사업 내 한의약건강증진사업 예산편성여부의 관련 요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 2020년도 지역별 예산서를 활용하여 지역사회 통합건강증진사업 내 한의약건강증진사업 예산편성여부를 파악한 후 예산편성여부의 관련 요인을 분석하고자 기술통계 및 차이검정과 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 한의약난임치료지원 예산편성여부, 한의사수, 65세이상 인구수, 고령인구비율의 변수 차이는 다르게 나타났고, 한의약난임치료지원 예산편성여부, 고령인구비율, 건강도시가입여부에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 향후 한의학관련 정책 및 사업예산을 편성하는데 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to determine the relating factors of the Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program as of 2020 targeting 226 basic local governments nationwide. Descriptive statistics, Difference tests, and Binary logistic regression analysis were conducted to analyze the factors relating Budgeting for Korean Medicine health promotion in the Integrated Community Health Promotion Program in local communities using regional budgets in 2020. As a result of the analysis, the difference in the Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Number of Korean Medicine Doctor, Number of Population people over 65 years old, and Aging Population Percentage. And there was a influencing factors, Budgeting for Korean Medicine Infertility Treatment Support, Aging Population Percentage, Whether to join a healthy city, so expected to be used as a reference in organizing policies and business budgets related to Korean Medicine in the future.

수도권 건강도시 가입지역의 시기변화에 따른 가입 전후의 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference before and after and the influencing factors health status according to the change in the timing of joined in the healthy city area, centering on the metropolitan area. The subjects of this study were divided into two areas. Using the Seoul Survey on Household Members, difference tests and multiple regression analyses were conducted to analyze differences according to timing changes and influencing factors on health status as of 2020. The difference in variables between regions 4 to 5 years and 1 year after joining the healthy city was different, and the factors affecting their health status were also different between regions 4 to 5 years after joining and regions 1 year after joining, so it is necessary to implement policies in consideration. 본 연구는 수도권 지역을 중심으로 건강도시 가입 지역의 시기변화에 따른 가입 전후 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상지는 2015년과 2016년에 가입한 강북구와 서초구, 2019년에 가입한 노원구, 광진구, 마포구 두 지역으로 구분해 진행하였다. 서울서베이 가구원조사를 활용하여 2020년을 기준으로 시기변화에 따른 차이 및 자신의 건강상태에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하고자 차이검정과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 건강도시 가입 전과 가입 후 4 ~ 5년이 지난 지역과 1년이 지난 지역의 변수 차이는 다르게 나타났고, 가입 후 4 ~ 5년이 지난 지역과 1년이 지난 지역의 자신의 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인도 차이가 나타나 시기변화에 따른 요인을 고려하여 정책을 추진할 필요성이 있다.

경찰의 활동이 컨벤션 성과에 미치는 영향

The scope of police activities in convention is an indispensable factor for success of convention. It was difficult, however, to find researches focused on the “police activities and convention performance” A study model was set up where police activities worked as an independent variable, being the result of convention as a dependent variable, trust in the police activities as a parameter. This study was based on the premise that ensuring participants' security is a key factor in success of convention, and that regardless of whether a convention is hosted by government agencies or business companies, the police are in charge of security. A survey of 278 police officers and employees engaged in the convention industry was conducted to verify the relationships among the variables, and to draw policy implications on the way police activities could promote convention. Firstly, order maintenance and protection were statistically significant in deciding success of convention and visitors' re-participation. Thus, the hypothesis was accepted. Crime prevention, however, did not affect the result of convention directly, which indicated that the role of the police in convention should be focused on order maintenance for safety. Secondly, both of crime prevention and order maintenance had a high influence on building trust in the police, which suggested that community policing should be strengthened, and supports from policy objects should be obtained. Thirdly, trust in the police turned out to be statistically significant for success of convention, but insignificant for re-participation, which confirmed us that police activities in convention should be focused on the support role. Convention planners should passively choose a different police activities depending upon situations. Although it is a regret that comparative studies with previous work were not done enough. But, I am looking forward that this study will mark the beginning of a various follow-up studies.

주민소환제 관련 보도의 시민저널리즘 가치 구현에관한 연구: 하남시의 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 시민저널리즘과 이념적 가치를 공유하고 있는 주민소환제에 관한 보도에 있어서 시민저널리즘의 가치가 구현되고 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 시민저널리즘과 주민소환제의 공통점으로 민주주의적 가치의 고양과 구현, 정보의 공유와 참여의 확대, 현상 진단과 발전적 대안 모색 등 세 가지를 들고 이를 기준으로 분석유목을 설정하였다. 이렇게 도출된 유목들을 통해 2007년 경기도 하남시에서 추진되었던 주민소환에 관한 해당지역 일간지들의 기사를 대상으로 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 분석 기준으로 설정한 민주주의적 가치의 고양과 구현, 정보의 공유와 참여의 확대, 현상 진단과 발전적 대안 모색 등 세 가지 측면 모두에서 시민저널리즘의 가치 구현 정도는 그리 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 시민저널리즘과 밀접한 이념적 공통점을 가진 주민소환제에 대한 보도임에도 불구하고 시민저널리즘이 지향하는 가치가 제대로 구현되지 않는 것으로 보아, 다른 일반적 사안에 대한 보도에서의 시민저널리즘 가치 구현도 쉽지 않을 것으로 예상된다. This study pays attention to reports on recall which shares democratic goal with civic journalism. The aim of present study is to examine whether the goal of civic journalism is achieved in the recall reports on Ha-Nam City, 2007. Recall is the institutional procedure to dismiss the heads of local governments and assembly members who do not comply with citizens` will. It has same goal with civic journalism to realize democratic ideal, therefore it can be presumed that civic journalism would have been performed more in the news on recall than in other normal ones. To explore civic journalism practicing in recall reports, content analysis has conducted in four local online newspapers which covered Ha-Nam City`s recall in 2007. Analysis clauses are drawn from three common factors between recall and civic journalism - spurring and realization of democratic ambition, sharing information and encouraging participation, and seeking problems and groping for solutions. The result of present study provides evidence that, despite the common factors between recall and civic journalism, the degree of civic journalism practicing in recall reports is not high.

This paper is to estimate aerodynamic coefficients needed to determine the missiles`controller design and stability from simulation data of Skid-to-Turn missile. Method of determining aerodynamic coefficients is to apply Neural Network and Recursive Least Square and results were compared and researched. Also analysing actual flight test data was considered and sensor noise was added. Estimate parameter of data with sensor noise added and estimated performance and reliability for both methods that did not need initial values. Both Neural Network and Recursive Least Square methods showed excellent estimate results without adding the noise and with noise added Neural Network method showed better estimate results.

청주공항은 1997년 개항 직후 IMF 외환위기 이후 국제노선이 폐지되는 등 그 위기를 극복하고 현재 지속적인 항공수요의 성장을 거듭해오고 있다. 하지만 국제공항으로써 항공수요 규모의 현실은 아직 미약한 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 청주국제공항을 중심으로 항공수요 재배분 시나리오에 의한 수요분석을 통하여 청주국제공항의 항공수요 증대 방안의 기초논리를 정립하고자 하였다.

가산자료모형을 이용한 고속도로 입체교차구간의 사고모형 개발

본 연구는 목적은 고속도로 입체교차구간의 기하구조와 교통사고와의 관계를 성명하기위해 교통사고모형 개발의 최근 경향을 반영한 사고모형을 개발하는데 있다. 사고모형의 연구경향은 선형회귀분석에서 벗어나 비선형회귀분석이나 다양한 통계적 방법들에 의해서 이루어지고 있다. 최근 자료특성에 따라 음이항 분포에 의한 비선형 모형(성낙문, 2002), GLM 이용한 모형(Greibe, 2003), 교차로 사고빈도의 음이항회귀모형(Poch, Mark and Mannering, Fred, 2004) 등이 개발된 바 있다. 또한 포아송회귀모형, 음이항회귀모형(오주택, 성낙문, 하오근, 2005), 0의 값이 과다한 포아송 회귀분석(ZIP : Zero-inflated poisson regression) 및 0의 값이 과다한 음이항회귀분석(ZINB : Zero-inflated negative binomial regression)을 적용한 모형(Lee and Mannering, 2002; 이인성, 2004) 등이 사고모형 개발에 이용되고 있다.
