        Li<sub>2</sub>O-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-SiO<sub>2</sub>(LAS)계 결정화유리에서 결정크기와 표면조도 관계

        The glass-ceramic based on LAS($Li_{2}O-Al_{2}O_3-SiO_{2}$) system was observed using SEM(Scanning Electric Microscopy) and AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy) and it was expected to get a correlation between the crystal size and the surface roughness through the result. At heat treatment conditions (the nucleation: $740\~800^{\circ}C$, the crystal growth: $900\~1150^{\circ}C$), the crystal size was increased from 72 to 450 nm so that the mean of surface roughness was also risen from 0.8 to 6.3 nm. Based on the results, the surface roughness of glass-ceramic is controlled by the factors, crystal size, crystallines, and the condition of heat treatment.

        가족성 IgA 신병증 1례

        IgA 신병증은 전 세계적으로 가장 흔한 원발성 사구체 질환으로 성인의 경우 30% 정도가 만성신부전으로 진행하며 소아의 경우 10% 정도가 만성신부전으로 진행한다. IgA 신병증은 전신증상이 없이 현미경적 혈뇨와 간헐적인 육안적 혈뇨를 특징으로 하며 심한 경우 단백뇨를 동반한다. IgA 신병증의 원인이나 발병기전은 정확히 알려져 있지 않으며. 국외에서는 IgA 신병증이 유전되는 가계에 대한 보고와 함께 관련 유전자 연구가 활발하지만 국내에서는 이에 대한 증례가 매우 드물다. 저자들은 국내에서 가족 내유전된 IgA 신병증에 대한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. IgA nephropathy is the most common form of primary glomerulonephritis and chronic glomerular disease worldwide including Korea. Familial gathering of IgA nephropathy suggests that genetic factors contribute to the development of this disease. Although there have been many reports on familial IgA nephropathy with genetic analysis and their pedigrees, there has been few reports in Korea. We reported a partial familial IgA nephropathy pedigree with a brief review of the literatures.

        제1형 당뇨 환아를 위한 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠 제안

        최근 의료 기술의 발달로 제1형 당뇨에 대한 진단율이 높아지면서 당뇨 환아가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 환아들에게 당뇨 교육이 필요하지만, 효율적이고 적절한 교육 콘텐츠는 부재한 상황이다. 특히 이러한 교육은 혈당 변화 대처요령과 행동치료에 대한 꾸준하고 반복적인 학습이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 10-11세 환아들의 눈높이에 맞춰 주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 한다. 효과적인 학습을 위해 주사 실습콘텐츠를 구성하였고 반복적인 학습을 위해 하이브리드방식을 사용하였다. 사용성 테스트를 통해서 이러한 구성이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 상대적으로 당뇨 교육을 받기 어려운 지역의 환아들이 쉽게 접근 가능함과 동시에 앞으로 개발될 아동의 눈높이에 맞춘 당뇨 교육 콘텐츠 연구의 기반 연구로써 공헌할 것으로 기대된다. With the recent development of medical technology, the diagnosis rate of type 1 diabetes is increasing and patients are increasing. However, diabetes education content is not aligned with the interest level of children. As a result of the interviews with experts, It was found that the measures of coping with the change of blood sugar and the behavior therapy require steady and repetitive learning. Therefore, this study proposes Edutainment content which can be repeatedly Learned by 10~11year old children. For effective learning, the contents of the laboratory practice were constructed and the hybrid method was used for the repetitive learning. Usability test showed that this configuration is effective. This study is expected to contribute to the study of diabetic education content that is suitable for the children's level of understanding which will be developed easily in the future.

        마이크로에멀젼법을 이용한 나노 CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 분말의 실리카 코팅

        We report the preparation of nanocrystalline cobalt ferrite, $CoFe_2O_4$ particles and their surface coating with silica layers using micro emulsion method. The cobalt ferrite nanoparticles with the size 7nm are firstly prepared by thermal decomposition method. Hydrophobic nanoparticles were coated with silica using micro-emulsion method with surfactant, $NH_4OH$, and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS). Monodispersed and spherical silica coated cobalt ferrite nanoparticles have average particle diameter of 38 nm and narrow sized distribution.

        In this paper, we present a single framework based on GMM for speaker recognition. The proposed framework can simultaneously minimize environmental variations on mismatched conditions and adapt the bias free and speaker-dependent characteristics of claimant utterances to the background GMM to create a speaker model. We compare the closed-set speaker identification for conventional method and the proposed method both on TIMIT and NTIMIT. In the several sets of experiments we show the improved recognition rates on a simulated channel and a telephone channel condition by 7.2% and 27.4% respectively.

        3D 프린터 용 PLA/LDPE 고분자 블렌드 모노필라멘트

        In this study, the effects of a compatibilizer and the blend ratio of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) on the 3D printability of polylactic acid (PLA)/LDPE monofilaments were investigated. Two kinds of PLA and LDPE with different melt indices (MI) were selected for the PLA/LDPE blend monofilaments. An ethylene/butyl acrylate/glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer, having affinities for both PLA and LDPE, was used as a compatibilizer. The tensile strength of the PLA/LDPE monofilaments decreased with increasing amounts of LDPE. PLA with a lower MI of 6 showed better printability than PLA with higher MIs of 15-30, due to its higher viscosity. When the compatibilizer was added, the compatibility and 3D printability increased. The printability increased when the compatibilizer was added up to 20 wt.%, but decreased when LDPE was added at over 30 wt.%.

        대학 기숙사의 만족도 향상을 위한 시설관리(FM) 서비스 제안

        University dorm basically provides basic housing functions to students, however, it is very important in a sense that it provides students with various functions such as information exchange, cultural experience and learning environments as well. Additionally, continuous effort to improve users' satisfaction and living environments are needed due to the fact that physical environments of dorm facilities have higher impact on students. However, Many students are not satisfied with the physical environment of university dorms and also there is lack of systematic information whereas various functions are required by students. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to suggest the direction of FM services in order for improving students' satisfaction on the university dorm facilities in Korea. Precedent studies regarding the satisfaction or performance evaluation of dorm facilities have been extensively analyzed to extract the dissatisfaction factors that scored below the middle 50%. Secondly, for satisfaction improvement, Korean Standard for Facility Management(KS_FM) have been matched with those extracted dissatisfaction factors to suggest the direction of FM services by rules and regulations review and best practice studies. This research will be useful for university dorm facility managers in planning strategic FM and providing effective FM services to students.

        Recently, the demand of high-productivity injection mold increases since the consumption of packaging grows in the world. Stack mold is composed of more than two molds and it has very high productivity and economic efficiency. In advanced country, stack mold which has was developed already but, in occasion of domestic mold industry, there is no study of stack mold. In this study, die and mold of in-mold labeling was developed for securing the technique of manufacturing high-productivity mold.

        부처손 잎 추출물의 항산화, 항염 및 피부재생 효능

        부처손 잎은 전통한방에서 탈항, 혈뇨, 부정출혈, 월경불순, 자궁출혈 및 만성간염을 치료 목적으로 사용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 부처손을 이용하여 얻은 열수추출물(STW)과 80%에탄올추출물(STE)의 항산화, 항염 및 세포 재생활성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 열수추출물과 에탄올추출물의 폴리페놀 화합물 함량은 각각 38.108±0.766 mg/g, 17.927±1.064 mg/g이었다. DPPH와 ABTS radical 소거능 IC50은 열수추출물이 에탄올추출물에 비해 2배 이상 낮았다. MTT 결과, RAW264.7 세포 생존율은 두 추출물 모두 1 mg/mL에서 6% 감소한 반면, HaCaT 세포의 생존율은 50 ㎍/mL에서 18%로 증가하였다. 열수추출물과 에탄올추출물은 LPS로 자극한 RAW264.7 세포의 NO, TNF-�� 그리고 COX-2, PGE2 등의 염증 매개물질의 생성을 억제하였다. 또한 TNF-a에 의한 각질형성 세포의 손상을 저해시켰다. 이상의 결과로 부처손 열수추출물과 에탄올추출물은 피부건강과 미용 식품을 위한 기능성 원료로 가능성이 높다고 사료된다. The leaves of Selaginella tamariscina were used for the treatment of many diseases in traditional medicine. In the study, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and wound healing activities of the hot-water extract(STW) and 80%ethanol extract(STE) obtained from S. tamariscina were evaluated. As a result, the polyphenol content of STW and STE were 38.108±0.766 mg/g and 17.927±1.064 mg/g, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities with the IC50 values of the STW were over 2 times lower than that of the STE. In the MTT assay, RAW264.7 cell viability of two extracts was decreased by about 6% at 1 mg/mL, whereas for HaCaT cell viability increased by 18% at 50 ㎍/mL. In addition, STW and STE suppressed the production of nitric oxide(NO), Tumor-necrosis(TNF)-��. COX-2 and PGE2 in lipopolysaccharide(LPS) induced RAW264.7 cells. Furthermore, the STE showed wound healing effect through the promotion of skin cell migration in TNF-�� stimulated human keratinocytes. These results indicated that the STW and STE have the potential to be used as a new cosmetic active ingredients in skin care.
