대구지역 고대정치체의 형성기반과 달성토성의 위상 - 고고자료를 중심으로 -

김세기 ( Kim Seki ) 대구사학회 2018 대구사학 Vol.132 No.-

The first time people started living in Daegu seems to be around late Late Paleolithic. The reason for this is that the stoneworks, including Jomdolnal seoggi, were found in the 777-2 ruins of Wolsung-dong. Since then, villages have been formed around the rivers and hills, passing through the Neolithic, Bronze Age, and the Third World. As a result, population growth and agriculture developed and ancient politics were formed. ‘The Daegu Basin’ covers the alluvial areas around Kumho River, Shincheon, Palgcheon and Jincheon, and the low hills developed around them. In the southern part of the Korean peninsula, the iron culture of Han, which was developed by the migrants of Choson or Nakrang area, spread rapidly in the end of the second century BC. The development of iron and steel making technology, including agriculture, led to the active conquest and integration among the various forces. In addition to iron culture, the earthenware culture changed from Mumuntogi to Wajiltogi. At this time, the mausoleum changes from a stone coffin grave to a wooden coffin. This wood carvings are concentrated in the center of the hill and show the foundation of the formation of ancient politics such as Korean sword and iron weapons, and most important iron farming tools. The signs of the formation of the early state appeared well in the Paldal-dong area of Daegu in the first half of 1st century BC. And the bronze products and iron ware were excavated at Munchong-dong and Pyeongri-dong in the same period. It is known that Daegu was a Dabeol country or a Dalbeol country, which is related to the distribution of tombs in Daegu. In Daegu area, these small areas were Namdang-dong, Vishan-dond, Pyeongry-dong and Hwawon Area, Dasa Area, Paldal-dong, and Bulro-dong. There are the earthen ramparts such as Sungsan, Seongsan, Jiokgok, Bongmudong, Geomdan. After the reunification of the Three Kingdoms, Silla tried to move the capital to the Dalgubel, the center of Daegu Metropolitan City(689). Perhaps Dalseong earthen ramparts, although it could not, was probably the most likely candidate for the new capital city.
