        원발성 대장림프종의 대장내시경 경험 3예

        Primary colonic lymphoma is a rare disease and open surgical biopsy is usually necessary for hietological confirmation. Despite the submucosal location of the tumors, histological confirmation is frequently made by endoscopic multiple punch biopsies. Recently, three patients were admitted to the hospital with right lower guadrant abdominal pain, mass and abnormalities in the right colon and cecum on the barium enema. We performed colonoscopy and found smooth surfaced polypoid mass with occasional shallow ulcerations without lobulation, so suspected lymphoma endoscopically but failed to confirm histologieal diagnosis by usual punch biopsy. Thereafter, all three cases were undergone to laparntomies, and two were confirmed to be non-Hodgkins lymphoma and the other was Hodgkins disease. Here, we present those three cases of endoscopically found colonic lymphoma with review of literatures.

        과학기술과 결합된 패션디자인의 기능성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to observe the significance and symbolic meaning of fashion design which is combined with machines, and to develop excellent designs in aesthetic aspects. The method of this study analyzed the related documents and journal, fashion magazines. The results is as follows. The cyborg discourse and virtual human body in virtual world predict the existence of new human. In present times, up-to-date equipments such as wearable computer have begun to be built-in clothing based on technology, and these dress and ornaments influence on human′s life gradually in practicality and ability. These equipments are divided as military affairs, medical treatment equipment, leisure, information access and communication, guard, and business assistance. And according to the kind of item, they are divided by headwear, clothing and accessory. The significance of clothing combined with machine is practical viewpoint, economical viewpoint and aesthetic viewpoint. And the symbolic meaning of these fashion combined machine with technology is dis-identity in digital society, dis-bordemess between human and machine and the uncertainty of human being. Like this, the clothing which is combined with high-technology shapes its own unique and individual system. But, this must escape from the limit of medium system itself that is technology to become a future clothing for human, suggest new agenda about human and society, and confirm the human being′s existence and identity continually.

        서울시 강북구 솔밭근린공원 소나무림 답압 피해 개선사업 효과 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 서울시 솔밭근린공원 소나무림을 대상으로 울타리 설치, 관목 및 초본식물 식재 등의 답압 피해 개선사업의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 2005년과 2010년 현장조사를 통해 소나무 식재유형, 식재구조, 토양경도, 토양단면구조, 토양 이화학적 특성 등의 변화 상태를 분석하였다. 또한 소나무의 가지생장량과 직경생장량을 측정하여 개선사업전과 후 상태를 비교 분석하여 답압 피해지역 개선사업에 따른 효과를 고찰하였다. 식재유형 변화에서는 하층 식생이 없는 소나무림이 2005년 48.5%에서 2010년에는 6.8%로 감소하였으며, 관목 및 초본이 식재된 소나무림이 7.4%에서 46.8%로 크게 증가하였다. 식재구조 변화에서는 대부분 조사구가 하층식생이 거의 없는 소나무림에서 진달래, 철쭉꽃, 원추리, 돌단풍, 옥잠화 등 관목 및 초본식생이 넓게 피복된 소나무림으로 변화되었다. 2005년 솔밭근린공원의 토양경도는 평균 $54.8kg/cm^2$로 딱딱한 토양층이었다. 2010년 솔밭근린공원 개선사업 후 토양경도는 대부분 $4kg/cm^2$ 미만으로 식물생육에 영향이 없는 양호한 상태였다. 2005년에 토양단면구조는 답압 영향으로 인해 낙엽층이 소실되어 있었으며, 유기물층이 1.0cm로 식물이 생육하는데 적합하지 않았다. 개선사업 후 2010년에는 답압에 대한 피해가 줄어서 낙엽층이 3.0cm까지 새롭게 형성되었고, 지속적인 시비에 따라 유기물층의 깊이도 1.5~8.0cm로 증가하였다. 2005년 토양 이화학적 특성에서는 pH 5.76~6.70, 유기물 함량 7.15~10.55%, 유효인산 9.38~26.47mg/kg으로 소나무 생육 토양환경조건으로 큰 문제가 없었다. 또한 소나무 15주를 선정하여 가지생장량을 분석한 결과, 개선사업 이후 가지생장량이 점차 증가하는 경향이었다. 토양경도 등급에 따라 소나무 70주를 선정하여 직경생장량을 측정한 결과, 대부분 조사구에서 소나무가 개선사업 이후 생육이 양호해지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 울타리 설치, 관목 및 초본식물 식재 등의 답압 피해 개선사업이 소나무 생장을 향상시키는 효과를 검증할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to validate the effect of improvement such measures as fence installation or planting of bush and herbaceous plants taken from Pinus densiflora forest in Solbat Neighborhood Park in Seoul, which was damaged by stamping. The study was conducted in 2005 and 2010 in order to analyze changes in planting types, planting structure of Pinus densiflora forest, soil hardness, cross-sectional structure of soil, and physicochemical characteristics of soil. It was also measured by the growth of the branches and the diameter of Pinus densiflora, comparing before and after the improvement to study the effect of restoring Pinus densiflora forest damaged by stamping. When it comes to a change in planting type, Pinus densiflora forest without underlay was reduced from 48.5% in 2005 to 6.8% in 2010. Pinus densiflora forest with bush and herbaceous plants was increased dramatically from 7.4% to 46.8%. Regarding planting structure, in most area of the subject site, Pinus densiflora forest without under layer was transformed into the one with bush and herbaceous plants including Rhododendron mucronulatum, Rhododendron schippenbachii, Hemerocallis fulva, Aceriphyllum rossii, Hosta plantaginea growing in a wide area. The soil in the Solbat Neighborhood Park was very stiff with soil hardness of $54.8kg/cm^2$ in average. After the improvement efforts made in the Park in 2010, the soil hardness was mostly less than $4kg/cm^2$, being in a good condition with little influence on the growth of plants. When it comes to the cross-sectional structure of soil, litter layer didn't exist in 2005 because of stamping and the organic matter layer was only 1.0cm thick, which provided an unfavorable condition for plant growth. However, after improvement, litter layer was formed up to 3.0cm and thickness of the organic matter layer also went up to 1.5~8.0cm in 2010 because the damage from stamping was reduced. Concerning the physicochemical characteristic of soil, in 2005 soil showed pH 5.76~6.70, organic matter content 7.15~10.55%, and available phosphorus 9.38~26.47mg/kg, having no big problems as a soil environment for growth of Pinus densiflora. 15 trees of Pinus densiflora were selected to see branch growth and it was found that the branches tended to grow better after improvement. 70 trees of Pinus densiflora from various grades of soil hardness also were selected to identify changes of diameter growth. In most cases, it was analyzed that Pinus densiflora grew better after improvement. After conducting this study, it was validated that such measures as fence installation or planting of bush and herbaceous plants to restore Pinus densiflora Forest damaged by stamping were effective in improving growth of Pinus densiflora.

        중국 ‘일대일로’ 문화정책 5년의 성과와 과제

        Over the past five years, China’s ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’ strategy has brought about diverse interpretations and controversy since the 2013 Xi Jinping brought up the ‘Silk Road Economic Belt’ and ‘21st-Century Maritime Silk Road’ construction. There is positive public opinion and negative public opinion. Of course, the Chinese government also clearly recognizes that overcoming this negative public opinion is a key task in determining the success or failure of ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’. The Chinese government is extremely vigilant in recognizing ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’ along with Chinese expansionism or supremacy. For this reason, the Chinese government emphasizes the role of ‘People-to-people bond(民心相通)’ more than anything else. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cultural policies and the progress of the Chinese government in relation to ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’ in the past five years, and to analyze its achievements and problems. The Chinese government’s foreign cultural policy aimed at countries along the Belt and Road is still focused on the direction of Chinese culture ‘Go global strategy(走出去)’. I think that if China continues this policy, it will be more difficult for the ‘People-to-people bond’. China’s foreign cultural policy in the 21st century was centered on two axes: cultural security and soft power. It is mainly in advanced countries, with strong regulatory policies on foreign cultural products and overseas expansion of Chinese culture. However, countries along the Belt and Road are mostly developing countries. Therefore, ‘one on one’ countries are also likely to look at China with the same perspective that China has for the advanced Western capitalist countries. From this point of view, China’s “The Belt and Road Initiative” cultural policy should be transformed dramatically in the future. If you want to borrow Chinese expression, the Chinese government should abandon its policy of ‘Go global strategy(走出去)’ Chinese culture abroad from a strategic point of view, and to focus on ‘Bring in (引進來)’ foreign culture into China. The Chinese government is not trying to force China to spread its values and to empathize with countries along the Belt and Road. Instead, it is trying to create a new era spirit in the process of actively experiencing and consuming the culture of countries along the Belt and Road.

        The authors report a case of thoracic outlet syndrome in left side. Thoracic outlet syndrome is a collective term in which symptoms and signs are due to bony and soft tissue compression of the neurovascular bundle at the thoracic outlet. It is a rare case in neurosurgical field. So we had experienced one case of thoracic outlet syndrome which was improved by transaxillary approach for resection of first rib. The clinical features, diagnostic test, radiological findings, and operative technique are presented with review of literatures.

        섬진강 하구역에서 영양염의 하구내 거동과 플럭스

        In order to estimate the nutrient flux of the Seomjin River into the coastal waters of South Sea, and to understand the estuarine reactions during mixing between river water and seawater, we collected surface water along the salinity gradient in the Seomjin River estuary from Mar. 1999 to Apr. 2001. We found that nitrate and silicate were delivered by fluvial input, while phosphate was, supplied from disposed wastes in the Gwangyang Bay. Mean annual flux of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), phosphate and silicate into the Gwangyang Bay was estimated 10.9 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(4,820 tonnesㆍyr$^{-1}$), 0.07 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(68 tonnesㆍyr$^{-1}$), 13.3 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(11,747 tonnesㆍy$^{-1}$), respectively. An evident removal of phosphate, silicate and ammonium at the mid-salinity zone during the dry season was attributed to the active uptake of phytoplankton, and consequently nutrient flux into the Gwangyang Bay was low. Whereas, during the flood season in summer, conservative or additional distribution of the nutrients was observed in the estuary. As a rsult nutrient flux into the Gwangyang Bay was maintained high. High concentrations of chlorophyll a and the active removal of nutrient during the dry season at the mid-salinity zone suggest that nutrient distribution in the Seomjin River estuary was mainly controlled by biological processes and nutrient fluxes into the Gwangyang Bay might be significantly modified of by the primary production.

        Simulation for DFB Lasers with Grating Phase of π on One Mirror Face

        In this paper, a simulation tool has been developed and the threshold gain and lasing frequency of a lasing mode in longitudinal direction of a 1.55um DFB(Distributed Feedback) laser with two mirrors and without anti-reflection coatings, that have both gain and index gratings, have been analyzed. The main purpose of this paper is to find an optimum value of grating phase of a mirror face and coupling strength in order to obtain excellent stable frequency operation of a single-mode during high-speed modulation. The grating phase of a left mirror face is fixed to be π and the grating phase of a right mirror face is varied. In order to obtain the largest gap in the oscillation threshold-gain between the first and second modes, DFB lasers should have coupling strength  =10 in case of Bragg deviation   . In case of   , the oscillation frequency selectivity of the single-mode is excellent in the range from  =2 to  =6, except of  phase= . If the goal is to minimize the oscillation gain, DFB lasers should have  =10, in order to enhance the backward scattering of the propagating light.
