계통의 안정적인 운영을 위해 적정 전압을 유지하는 것은 중요하다. 발전기는 계통의 안정도에 즉각적인 영향을 마치며, 발전기의 전압제어를 통하여 수요급증이나 송전선 사고시의 계통 안정성을 유지할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 발전기 출력 특성자료의 최대 유효전력(Pmax)값에 해당하는 발전기출력가능곡선의 P-Q곡선에서 한계값을 찾고, 운전가능한 유효전력량과 무효전력량의 변화를 산정하였다.

This paper proposes a short-term load forecasting algorithm using the sensitivity of temperature in the summer of Jeju. The sensitivity of temperature is used to improve the accuracy of the load forecasting through the relation of daily load and daily high temperature. Case studies were applied to load forecasting for summer of 2011, and the results show the appropriate accuracy.

배터리 충방전특성을 고려한 제주계통의 적정 ESS용량과 탄소배출량 산정에 관한 연구

South Korea’s power consumption is increasing every year. For stable electric power supply, more generation facilities are needed. But it is not easy to build nuclear power generation facilities, so provision of renewable energy is thought of as the solution. For the system’s stable management, practical use of energy storing system is needed. Currently, pumping up electric power station is considered most useful. In this study, we have calculated the least amount of energy storing device by considering the renewable energy, HVDC, and change in power for the appliance of ESS in Jeju system, according to The 6<SUP>th</SUP> Basic Plan for Long-term Electricity Supply and Demand. Also we have calculated the amount of the battery and about the load equalizing effect to use battery as power storing device. Finally, we have calculated the reduction of electricity generation and the reduction of CO₂ emission with this study.
