      • 구글 이미지 검색 및 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 물체 식별 연구

        본 논문의 목적은 GrabCut 알고리듬과 텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining)을 통해 구글 이미지 검색의 성능을 개선하 고 관련 검색어의 정확도를 높이는 것이고, 제안하는 물체 식별 시스템은 영상처리와 텍스트 마이닝 두 부분으 로 나누어 구현한다. 영상처리 파트는 Grabcut 알고리듬을 사용하여 관심영역 내에서 배경을 제거한 후 물체를 추출하고, 추출된 물체는 텍스트 마이닝 파트를 사용하여 분석 한다. 텍스트 마이닝 파트 구현에는 내부적으로 는 크롤링 및 필터링, 자연어처리 두 부분으로 구분하였다. 크롤링 및 필터링은 구글 이미지 검색을 수행 한 결 과 페이지의 HTML DOM을 가져와 필요한 데이터를 추출하여 필터링하고, 자연어 처리는 필터링한 데이터를 분석하여 원하는 키워드를 추출한다. 최종적으로 식별된 물체 및 그 물체와 관련된 키워드들을 디스플레이 하여 사용자가 관련된 키워드들을 통해 해당 물체를 판별할 수 있도록 한다. The goal of this paper is to improve the performance of Google image search and the accuracy of the related keywords by using GrabCut algorithm and text mining. The proposed object identification system is divided into two parts: image processing and text mining. The image processing part uses the Grabcut algorithm to extract the object from background in the area of interest. The extracted objects are analyzed through a text mining part. The implementation of the text mining part is divided internally into two parts: crawling and filtering, and natural language processing. Crawling and filtering takes the HTML DOM of the page as a result of performing a Google image search and extracts and filters the necessary data. Natural language processing extracts the desired keywords by analyzing the filtered data. Finally, keywords that are related to the identified object and the object are displayed to induce the user to recognize the corresponding object through related keywords.

        미생물 유전체의 in silico분석에 의한 보존적 유전자 탐색

        Conserved genes are importantly used to understand the major function in survival and replication of living organism. This study was focused on identification of conserved genes in microbial species and measuring the degree of conservation. For this purpose, in silico analysis was performed to search conserved genes based on the conservation level within microbial species. The ortholog list of COGs (Clusters of Orthologous Groups of proteins) in NCBI was used and whole genomes of 43 microbial species were included in that list. The distance value, derived from CLUSTALW multiple alignment program, was used as a descriptor of the conservation level of orthologs. It was revealed that 43 microbial genomes hold 72 conserved orthologs in common. The majority(72.2%) of the conserved genes was related to "translation, ribosomal structure and biogenesis" functional category. A GTPase-translation elogation factor(COG0050) was the best conserved gene from the distance value analysis. The 72 conserved genes, found in this research, would be useful not only to study minimal function genes but also new drug target among pathogens and to make a model of the virtual cell.tual cell.

        약독화 Salmonella typhimurium 생백신 균주에서 Bordetella pertussis 의 filamentous hemagglutinin(F HA)

        Filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA) is considered as an essential immunogenic component for incorporation into acellular vaccines against Bordetella pertussis, the causative agent of whooping cough. Classically, antipertussis vaccination has employed an intramuscular route. An alternative approach to stimulate mucosal and systemic immune responses is oral immunization with recombinant live vaccine carrier strains of Salmonella typhimurium. An attenuated live Salmonella vaccine sgrain($\Delta$cya $\Delta$crp) expressing recombinant FHA(rFHA) was developed. Stable expressionof rFHA was achieved by the use of balanced-lethal vector-host system. which employs an asd deletion in the host chromosome to impose in obligate requirement for diaminopimelic acid. The chromosomal $\Delta$asd mutation was complemented by a plasmid vector possessing the asd$^{+}$ gene. A 3 kb DNA fragment encoding immuno dominant regionof FHA was subcloned in-frame downstream to the ATG translation initiation codon in the multicopy Asd$^{+}$ pYA3341 vector to create pYA3457. Salmonella vaccine harboring pYA3457 expressed approximately 105kDa rFHA protein. The 100% maintenance of [YA3457 in vaccine strain was confirmed by stability examinations. Additionally, a recombinant plasmid pYA3458 was constructed to overpress His(8X)-tagged rFHA in Essherichia coli. His-tagged rFHA was purified from the E. coli strain harboring pYA3458 using Ni$^{2+}$-NTA affinity purification system.>$^{2+}$-NTA affinity purification system.

        나선식 CT에 의한 폐용적 측정 : 폐기능검사와 비교

        Purpose : To evaluate the usefulness of spiral CT in the measurement of lung volumes. Materials and Methods :Fifteen healthy volunteers were studied by both spirometer and spiral CT at full inspiration and expiration inorder to correlate their results, including total lung capacity (TLC), vital capacity (VC) and residual volume(RV). 3-D images were reconstructed from spiral CT, and we measured lung volumes at a corresponding CT windowrange ; their volumes were compared with the pulmonary function test (paired t-test). Results : The window rangecorresponding to TLC was from -1000HU to -150HU (p=0.279, r=0.986), and for VC from -910HU to -800HU (p=0.366, r=0.954) in full-inspiratory CT. The optimal window range for RV in full-expiratory CT was from -1000HU to -450HU(p=0.757, r=0.777), and TLC-VC in full-inspiratory CT was also calculated (p=0.843, r=0.847). Conclusion : SpiralCT at full inspiration can used to lung volumes such as TLC, VC and RV.

        North Korean Cyber Terrorism: Past and Future

        With the success of hydrogen bomb and intercontinental ballistic missile tests by North Korea, international peace and security are continuously being threatened. Not only conventional battlefield, but also cyber domain has been exploited by North Korea as the weapon to hold asymmetric superiority over the adversaries. Cyber terrorism, which is expected to cause severe damage to property and injury or death to human, is one of the primary security threats in the international community. Therefore, this article highlights North Korean cyber terrorism by defining cyber terrorism and classifying it by characteristic. Based on the analysis of cyber terrorism in the past, it explores the possibilities of cyber terrorism in the future.

        In recent, many manufacturing companies take interest in a new management technigues about increasing productivity, improving quality, reducing costs, in order that they may cope with environment changes as like consumer need's variety, wage increase, acute competition in foreign market, etc., and ensure continuous growth and competitive superiority over others. In new management technigues, most visible technigue is adopting Factory Automation (FA) to their objectives. This FA affects many parts of companies in tangible and intangible aside, especially it has a direct influence on cost accounting system. Therefore, this study considered the importance of investment in adopting FA, changes in cost accounting system-reduction of direct cost, the relative increase of manufacturing overhead cost, and so no-by automation. Also, this study investigated that the changes would affect the utility of cost accounting system for accurate costing, efficient cost management.

      • 時價主義論의 動向과 問題點 : 美國會計學會의 諸報告書를 中心으로 Based on the Reports of AAA

        The purpose of this study is (1) to examine reports of AAA which is acknowledged as the representative opinions in U.S.A., (2) to present the trends and problems of the current value concept. The important contents of this study is divided into five chapters as follows; (1) The asset valuation and current value concept. (2) The income calculation and current value concept. (3) The nature of current value concept. (4) The characteristics of current value concept. (5) The problems of current value concept. In the 1st chapter, the author attempted to examine current value concept of AAA in connection with asset valuation. AAA insists that replacement cost in the present time could be regarded as valuation amount of service potentials, but it implies theoretical paradox. Accordingly, it is desirable that replacement cost is accepted as the original meaning per se. The 2nd chapter attempted to study the replacement cost of AAA relating to income calculation. AAA argues that the separate calculation of operating income and holding gains is possible when the replacement cost concept is applied, but it also implies theoretical paradox. Accordingly, it is desirable that the replacement cost concept is to be interpreted as the original meaning itself. The 3rd chapter examined the nature of income calculation of AAA. AAA insists that operation income, which is calculated according to the replacement cost of the time of expense recognition, is divisible amount which doesn't reduce operating or production capacity. But it also contains theoretical paradox. In the 4th chapter, the author pointed out the characteristics of current value concept o of AAA as follows; (1) Current value concept has to be understood as its original meaning in order to maintain the theoretical rationalization. (2) Current value concept is fundmentally related to asset valuation, and the characteristics as income calculation is originally similar to the traditional characteristics. (3) The importance of income calculation based upon physical capital maintenance is emphasized. In the 5th chapter, the author attempted to examine the problems of current value concept of AAA as follows; (1) Current value concept of AAA emphasizes the importance of income calculation for physical capital maintenance, but it doesn't consider the special situations of individual enterprises. (2) Among several problems in the technology of income calculation for physical capital maintenance, the problems of loss measurement caused by the time lag resulting from replacement and the problem of decision of the objective fair market price in current value calculation remains unsolved. As a result of this study, current value concept implies potentiality which can solve some problems of current historical cost accounting, but it suffers from many problems. Therefore, it is required that more study must be done not only for theoretical aspect, but also for practical aspect to solve problems mentioned above.
