중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도와의 관계: 디지털 기술활용도와 온라인 건강정보 추구행위의 다중 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도 간 관계에 대해 디지털 기술활용과 온라인 건강정보 추구행위의 다중 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 경희대학교에서 조사한 「2019년 한국 중・고령자 기술수용도 조사」자료를 활용하였으며, 만 55세 이상 중고령자 500명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석 및 기술 분석을 실시하였고, SPSS 응용프로그램인 SPSS Macro Process v.2.16.3을 활용하여 다중매개효과를 검증하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 매개효과 확인은 붓스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 활용하여 매개효과 유의성 검증을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 중고령자의 디지털기기 접근성은 디지털 기술 활용에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 디지털기술 활용과 온라인 건강정보 추구행위는 디지털기기 접근성과 노화 태도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중고령자의 긍정적 노화 태도를 위해 디지털기기와 관련된 물리적 환경 구축, 적절한 건강정보 추구행위를 위한 건강정보이해능력(Health Literacy)프로그램 등을 고려할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다. In this study, the multi-mediated regression was conducted with digital technology utilization and online health information seeking on the relationship between digital device accessibility and aging attitudes of middle-aged and older adults. We analyzed the ‘2019 Korean Middle and Elderly Technology Acceptance Survey’ by Kyunghee University. We analyzed data of 500 people over 55 years old with frequency analysis, and descriptive analysis using SPSS 25.0, and multi-mediated regression using SPSS Macro Process v.2.16.3. Also, the confirmation of the mediating effect in this study conducted the significance of the mediating effect using bootstrapping. As a result of multi-mediated regression, it was found that the digital device accessibility of middle-aged and older adults had a significant relationship with digital technology utilization. Also, digital technology utilization and online health information seeking mediate the relationship between digital device accessibility and aging attitudes. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the establishment of a physical environment related to digital devices and the Health Literacy program for positive aging attitudes of middle-aged and older adults.

중・고령자의 디지털 정보 활용 유형과 삶의 만족에 관한 연구

본 연구는 중・고령자의 디지털 정보활용 유형과 그 집단의 특성을 파악하고, 하위 집단별 유형이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원의 ‘2017 디지털 정보격차 실태조사’자료를 활용하였다. 총 1,494명의 자료를 남성과 여성 집단으로 구분 후 정보활용 유형 분석을 위한 잠재 프로파일분석(Latent Profile Analysis)과, 각 하위 집단 유형이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 검증을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 남성 응답자와 여성 응답자의 정보활용 이용유형은 각각 3가지 유형으로 유형화되었다. 각 하위 유형이 중고령자의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 남녀 중・고령자 모두 적극적 정보활용 유형이 삶에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 중・고령자의 삶의 안녕과 만족 향상을 위한 디지털 및 인터넷 활용의 실천적 개입방안 및 정책적 함의를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of digital information utilization of middle-aged and the elderly and the characteristics of the group, and to examine the effects of subgroup types on life satisfaction. To achieve this, the Korea Digital Information Agency"s "2017 The Report on the Digital Divide" was used. A total of 1,494 data were divided into male and female groups, and performed Latent Profile Analysis for investigating the type of information utilization, and multiple regression analysis to verify the effect of each subgroup type on life satisfaction. The main results are following; the information literacy types of male and female respondents were turned out three sub-groups. As a result of analyzing the effect of each subtype on the life satisfaction of middle-aged and older people, active information literacy type positively influenced to the life satisfaction of both middle-aged and older people. Based on the results of this study, practical intervention and policy implications of the use of digital and the Internet to improve the well-being and satisfaction of the elderly are discussed.

한-중 경제협력 강화를 위한 지방정부 간 협력방안

Korea-China bilateral trade and economic cooperation has grown by leaps and bounds over 20 years since August 1992 Korea-China diplomatic relations and with the actual conclusion of the FTA between the two countries the economic cooperation is expected to accelerate in accordance. Under this background, as a way to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries, it can be said to have implications to reflect on the necessity and way for economic cooperation between local governments of both nations. In addition, the best ways to maximize the effectiveness of the Korea-China FTA should be devised, of which the cooperation between local governments and the establishment of the Economic Cooperation demonstration area will be an effective means. If South Korea and China are to promote economic cooperation in such a way that they select Special Economic Zone(SEZ) as pilot areas, it may be appropriate to consider both the geographical proximity and the size of the economy of concerned areas, as well as the two governments strong policy commitment to the economic development on the areas. Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone where the chinese government tries to make it a base for trilateral economic integration(Korea-China-Japan) on the basis of hegemony of the marine economy will be a stepping stone for Korea- China-Japan economic cooperation, leading to the establishment of so-called ‘Hwang- Hae Rim’ by making District Development Plan of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in 2011. Saemangeum area of economic cooperation is the first case of cross-border economic cooperation SEZ being promoted in the Korea. Thus, many Korean companies can take advantage of expanding into the Chinese market by investing Saemangeum area of economic cooperation, and in the case of the Chinese enterprises, they can also take advantage of Saemangeum area of economic cooperation, making this area a base to expand into global market, because Saemangeum area of economic cooperation will be fostered by the central governments between the two countries. To take advantage of these pilot areas as a global economic free zone, a trilateral network(Korea-China-Japan) must be configured for each region’s purpose, and an accurate understanding of the policies and legislation of those concerned nations needs to be prioritized. 1992년 8월 한·중 수교 이후 20년 동안 한·중 양국의 경제협력과 교역은 비약적으로 성장해 왔으며 FTA의 실질적 타결에 따라 양국 간의 경제협력은 더욱 가속화 될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 배경 하에서, 한·중 양국 간의 경제 협력을 강화하기 위한 방안으로서 양국 지방 정부 간 협력의 필요성과 시범지역의 운용을 바탕으로 한 협력 방안을 모색해 보는 것은 그 의미가 있을 것이다. 한·중 FTA의 효과를 가장 극대화 할 수 있는 방안이 수립되어야 하며, 그중에서 경제협력 시범지역 조성 및 지방 정부 간의 협력은 효과적인 수단이 될것이다. 한국과 중국이 경제특구성 시범지역을 선정하는 방식으로 경제협력을추진하는 경우, 지리적 인접성과 경제 규모 등을 감안하여 시범지역을 정하여야 할 것이며, 양국정부의 해당지역에 대한 경제발전 정책의지가 강한 곳이 대상지로 적절할 것이다. 산동반도 남색경제구는 중국정부에서도 해양경제권을 바탕으로 한중일 경제통합의 거점으로 삼고 있으며, 2011년 중국의 산동반도 남색경제구 발전계획수립을 통하여 한·중·일 지역경제협력 시범 함께 마련하고 있으며, 이는 향후환황해경제권 조성으로 이어져 한·중·일 경제협력의 발판이 될 것이다. 새만금지역의 경협단지는 우리나라에서 추진되는 국가 간 경제협력특구의 첫 사례이며, 양국 중앙정부의 협력에 의하여 한·중 경협단지를 조성하기 때문에 우리측기업들도 새만금 한·중 경협단지에 투자함으로써 중국으로의 진출을 위한 거점으로 활용할 수 았으며, 중국측 기업들의 경우에도 한국 진출과 나아가 한·중 FTA를 활용하여 세계시장으로 진출할 수 있는 거점이 될 수 있다. 이러한 한·중 경제협력 시범지역을 글로벌 경제자유지역으로 활용하기 위하여서는 각 지역별 조성 목적에 따라 한·중·일 네트워크를 구성해야 하며, 상대국 지방정부의 정책이나 법제에 대한 정확한 이해가 우선되는 것이 필요하다

삽교호의 세균 다양성과 계통분류학적 분석

본 연구에서는 삽교호의 요인 분석과 주변 지류의 영향과 계절에 따른 세균 군집구조의 변화를 분자생태학적 접근 방법을 통해 조사하였다. 시료 채취는 5월과 8월 삽교호 방조제 앞 표층수에서 실시하였으며, 분자생태학적 접근을 위해 시료로부터 DNA를 직접 추출하고, 16S rDNA를 증폭한 후 pGEM-T easy vector에 삽입하여 클로닝을 수행하였다. 획득한 클론 라이브러리를 이용하여 RFLP (restriction fragment length polymorphism)를 분석하였으며, OTUs (operating taxonomy units)로 그룹화하였다. 측정된 종다양성 지수가 8월에 더 높게 나타났으며, 5월의 153개중 34개의 클론과 8월의 131개중 38개의 클론들을 염기서열 분석하였다. 그 결과 Proteobacteria, Cytophaga, Gram positive bacteria와 Verrucomicrobia가 5월과 8월에 공통적으로 분포하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 Planctomyces, 시안세균과 엽록체가 조류 대발생이 일어난 8월에 분포하는 것으로 조사되었다. 전반적인 조사결과 삽교호는 전형적인 하구지역의 특성을 나타내었으며 주변 하천으로부터 유입되는 종속영양물질의 영향을 받는 것으로 생각된다. Sapgyo Lake is an artificial freshwater reservoir which is located to the midwest of Korea and is the main water reservoir for industry and agriculture of the region. In this study we investigated environmental factors and the change of bacterial community with the influence of surrounding inflow water and the seasonal variation using the molecular ecological approach. Water samples were collected at front of the dike in May and August, 2001. Bacterial genomic DNAs were extracted directly and purified for the amplification of bacterial 16S rDNA. Clone libraries of the 16S rDNA were constructed using pGEM-T easy vector and RFLP analysis was performed to make a group as OTUs with 4 base recognizing enzymes (MspI and HaeIII). The estimated values of richness in August sample was higher than in May. Thirty-three of 153 clones in May and thirty-eight of 131 clones in August were sequenced from forward region of bacterial 16S rDNA for about 600~800 bp. Proteobacteria, Cytophaga, gram positive bacteria and Verrucomicrobia were observed both months. Especially, Planctomyces, cyanobacteria and chloroplast appeared in August when algal bloom occurred. On the whole investigation, Sapgyo lake showed a typical community structure of estuarine and was influenced by heterochthonous organic matters from the surrounding stream.
