        The purpose of this study was to design a group art therapy program considering properties of mentally retarded students who fail to adapt themselves to school or society due to a lack of sociality and determine how this program affects their development of sociality in order to allow them to make social development. For this purpose, the following questions were set: First, how does a group art therapy program affect mentally retarded children's social maturity? Selected for this study were eight fifth-graders (5 boys and 3 girls) from a class in the researcher's charge at a special school for the mentally retarded in Chungnam. A total of 16 sessions of the group art therapy program were provided for about four months between April 19 and September 25, 2004, exclusive of vacation, for about 80 minutes of third- and fourth instructional times for extracurricular activities and homeroom teachers' optional activities once a week on Fridays. This is a design of pretest and post-test for a single group, with an independent variable as the group art therapy program and a dependent variable as estimation of social development of mentally retarded children; children in the experimental group are provided with the group art therapy program and then a comparison is made between the results of pretest and post-test. As for social development, a comparative analysis was made between pretest and post-test of social maturity with 117 questions in six areas: self-reliance, movement, operation, communication, self-control, and socialization. SPSS/PC Win 11.0, the statistical program for social science, was used for the reliability test to estimate Cronbach α; t-test (paired-samples t-test) was carried out to determine a difference in the average between pretest and post-test for the experimental group. The behavioral changes during the process of the program activities were personally recorded by sessions and stages in an accumulative way; the results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: The group art therapy program was partially verified in terms of effectiveness. There was significant improvement after participation in the program in such areas as putting on and taking off clothes, washing, operation, and socialization. However, there was no significant effect on the general area, eating, movement, communication, or self-control. The group art therapy program designed and applied in this study failed to be generalized to students with other retardation; however, this study is worth providing a model of social development for mentally retarded children and implies important educational significance and suggestions for generalization in practicing special education.       • 한국인에서 관상동맥질환과 골다공증의 상관관계

        Background:We investigated the association of osteoporosis or osteoporotic vertebral fracture with coronary artery disease (CAD) in Korean men and women. Methods: We enrolled 400 consecutive postmenopausal women and men undergoing coronary angiography for the evaluation of established or suspected coronary artery disease. Morphometric vertebral fracture was assessed using lateral thoracic and lumbar spine radiographs. Bone mineral density was performed by dual X-ray absorptiometry. Results: Of the 400 subjects in the study, 256 patients (64%, mean age of 66.6?b10.5 years) had clinically significant CAD. Vertebral fracture was observed in 61 (24%) patients. In logistic regression analysis, vertebral fracture was not significantly associated with CAD after adjustment for multiple risk factors. Age and dyslipidemia significantly associated with CAD. Though women had lower BMD at any site than men, BMD was not associated with presence or absence of CAD among 191 patients. Conclusion: Osteoporosis or osteoporotic vertebral fractures is not associated with CAD in Korean men and women.

      • 플라이애쉬 인공경량골재 콘크리트의 강도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 산업 폐기물인 플라이애쉬로 생산된 인공경량골재의 실용화를 위해 인공경량골재의 함유량에 따른 콘크리트 강도발현 특성을 천연골재를 사용한 보통 콘크리트의 경우와 비교하여 그 실용성을 확인하고, 적절한 배합비를 결정하는데 목적이 있다. 보통 콘크리트 배합설계의 굵은 골재 중 일부 또는 전부를 같은 용적의 인공경량골재로 치환하여 경량 콘크리트를 생산하고 28일 강도발현 특성을 고찰하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 인공경량골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도는 보통 콘크리트에 비하여 굵은 골재를 인공경량골재로 치환한 용적 기준의 치환율이 50%일 경우 약 102%, 100%치환하였을 경우 약 84%의 강도를 나타냈다. 2. 인공경량골재를 사용한 콘크리트에 감수제를 첨가하여 압축강도를 시험한 결과, 치환율이 100%인 경우 보통 콘크리트 강도와 거의 같은 강도를 보이므로 적절한 혼화제를 사용할 경우 활용성이 충분하다고 판단된다. 3. 인장강도는 치환율 50%에서 80%, 치환율 100%에서 77%로 인공경량골재 사용에 따라 인장강도는 보통 콘크리트보다 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 3. 플라이애쉬 인공경량골재 콘크리트에 감수제를 첨가하여 압축강도를 시험한 결과, 치환율이 100%인 경우 보통 콘크리트에 약 99%정도의 강도를 보이므로 적절한 혼화제를 사용할 경우 활용성이 충분하다고 판단된다. In this study, the strength of lightweight concrete with artificial aggregates was compared to that of the normal. The lightweight aggregates were made from fly ash. The main purpose of this study is to define the applicability of the lightweight concrete and to optimize the mixing ratio. The test results presented that the compressive strength of lightweight concrete with artificial aggregates was higher than the normal concrete according to the replacing ratio of the artificial aggregates. The tensile strength of lightweight concrete with artificial lightweight aggregate was the maximum value at the replacing ratio of 50 percentage. According to the compressive test result with the artificial lightweight aggregate, the compressive strength of the lightweight was similar to the conventional. As a result, the lightweight concrete has enough applicability if the dispersing agent is property applied in the mixture.

      • 남자의 인상에 미치는 의복유형, 얼굴형 및 체형의 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 남자의복유형과 얼굴형 및 체형이 인상에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 이들 요인의 효과가 성과 연령에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 규명하는 것이다. 피험자는 20대 남녀 대학생과 30대, 40대의 남녀 총 681명으로 구성되었다. 자극물은 정장, 세미캐주얼, 캐주얼을 착용한 남자모습의 칼라사진으로서 사진 찰영시 착용자의 자세, 표정, 배경 등을 일정하게 통제 하였다. 27가지의 자극물은 남성의복유형(정장, 세미캐주얼, 캐주얼), 얼굴(매력적인 형, 중간매력 형, 비매력적인 형) 그리고 체형(비만형, 표준체형, 세신체형)의 세 변인을 각각 3수준으로 조작한 3^(3) 의 요인설계 (要因設計: factorial design) 에 의하여 제작하였다. 자극물 별로 9개의 실험 소집단을 구성하여 각 실험집단은 20대, 30대 40대 남녀 피험자를 각 14명씩 무작위로 배치시켰다. 각 피험자는 27개의 자극물 중 임의배정된 3개의 자극물을 차례로 판단하였다. 판단은 7점척도로 된 의미분척을 통해서 하였으며 의미분척은 모두 18개가 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남성의복 착용자가 주는 인상을 요인분석한 결과 1)멋스러움, 2)친근성, 3)활동성 그리고 4)강인성 등 4개의 인상요인이 추출되었다. 둘째, 남자의 인상에서는 의복유형, 얼굴형 그리고 체형의 3가지 변인 중 남자의복유형은 활동성과 강인성의 지각에, 특히 전자에 영향을 미쳤고, 얼굴 형은 멋스러움, 친근성, 활동성 및 강인성의 지각에 영향을 미쳤으며 체형은 별로 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말하면 의복유형은 남자의 인상에 관한 한 주로 활동성의 지각에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 얼굴형은 친근성의 지각에 주로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 체형은 멋스러움이나 강인성의 지각보다는 활동성의 지각에 즘 더 영향을 미쳤다. 세째, 지각자의 성별은 멋스러움, 친근성 그리고 강인성의 지각에 영향을 미치는 데, 멋스러움과 강인성에는 남자가 여자보다 더 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 친근성에서의 성별의 차이는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 지각자의 연령은 친근성을 제외한 다른 지각 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 40대가 20대나 30대보다 다소 영향을 더 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 그 영향은 의복유형이나 얼굴형에 비해 미미했다. 넷째, 지각자의 성은 멋스러움 지각에서 의복유형과 상호작용을 보였는데 즉, 남자 지각자는 정장과 세미캐주얼을 여자 관찰자보다 더 멋있게 지각하는 경향이 있었으나 캐주얼에서는 남녀 차가 없었다. 한편 지각자의 연령과 강인성 지각에서도 의복유형과 상호작용을 보였는 데 이것은 40대가 정장과 캐주얼을 다 같이 강인하게 지각하는 데서 나온 것이다. 그리고 40대와 20대는 세미캐주얼을 강인하지 못한 것으로 지각하는 경향을 보였는 데 특히 20대가 그러했다. This study was intended to identify the effect of the types of men's clothing, facial types and body types on impression and how the effect of these factors varied according to gender and age. The subjects for this study totalled 681 composed of male and female college students aged the 20s and make and female adults in their 30s and 40s. The stimulant was the color picture of the male figures wearing full dress, simi-casual and casual clothing, and wearers' posture, facial expression, background and the like were uniformly controlled when their pictures were taken. 27 stimulants were manufactured by the factorial design of 3^(3) manipulated three factors such as the types of men's clothing (full dress, semi-casual and casual), facial types (attractive type, moderately attractive type and non-attractive type), and body types (endomorphic, mesomorphic and ectomorphic) at three levels, respectively. Nine experimental small groups were constituted by stimulant, and 14 male and female subjects aged the 20s, the 30s and the 40s were randomly arranged to each experimental group, respectively. Each subject judged three randomly arranged stimulants of 27 ones in sequence. The semantic scale comprising the 7-point rating scale was used in making the judgement, and all of 18 semantic scale were used. The study results were obtained as follows ; First, factor analysis was conducted on the impression the wearer of men's clothing gave on people. As a result, 4 impression factors were extracted, such as 1) handsomeness, 2) intimacy, 3) activity and 4) stoutness. Second, the analysis was made as to what effect three factors such as the types of clothing, facial types and body types had on men's impression. As a result, the type of men's clothing had an effect on the perception of activity and stoutness, and especially on activity. Facial types had an effect on the perception of all the factors such as handsomeness, intimacy, activity and stoutness while body type seldom had a great effect on impressions. That is, it was found that the type of men's clothing had an effect largely on the perception of activity when it came to men's impression. It was revealed that facial types had an effect largely on the perception of intimacy and that body types had a little greater effect on the perception of activity than that of handsomeness or stoutness. Third, the perceiver's gender had an effect on the perception of handsomeness, intimacy and stoutness. It was found that male subjects were influenced more than female counterparts in terms of handsomeness and stoutness and that there was a slight difference an intimacy according to gender. The perceiver's age had an. effect on all the other factors except intimacy, and adults in their 40s were somewhat more influenced than those in their 20s and 30s. But this effect was slight compared to the types of clothing or facial types. Fourth, the perceiver's gender showed an interaction with the types of clothing when handsomeness was perceived. That is, male perceivers had a tendency to perceive full dress and semi-casual wear to be more handsome than female observers, but there was not a difference in casual wear between and female subjects. On the one hand, the perceiver's age and the perception of stoutness showed an interaction with the types of clothing, which was attributed to the fact that adults in their 40s perceived both full dress and casual wear to be stout. And subjects in their 40s and 20s had a tendency to perceive that semi-casual wear did not have stout impressions, and especially it was true of subjects in their 20s.

      • 분기기 망간크로싱의 피로거동 평가 및 분석

        국내 망간 크로싱 유지관리 지침에는 크로싱부의 마모한계에 따른 교체 및 보수가 주를 이루고 있으며 반복되는 열차의 피로하중에 대한 균열, 처짐 등의 검토가 간과되어온 실정이다. 망간 크로싱은 주단조 부재로써 일반적인 레일 단면보다도 그 형상이 매우 복잡하고 구조해석이 난해하여 정량적인 상태평가가 어려운 분기기 구조 부재이다. 또한 망간 크로싱에 존재하는 결선부로 인해 반복적인 충격 피로하중이 작용하는 구조적 특성상 단순한 마모량에 따른 유지보수 및 상태평가로는 이에 대한 주행안전성 확보에 어려움이 따른다. 이와 같이 공용기간 중 계속되는 반복하중을 받는 구조는 사용조건에 따라 균열 및 마모와 같은 손상을 입게 되고 이는 크로싱 구조의 강성을 감소시키는 결과를 가져오게 된다. 이러한 크로싱부의 피로강도 저하는 사용성, 내구성 및 안전성에 심각한 문제가 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공용중인 망간 크로싱에 대한 현장측정을 통하여 피로거동 평가를 수행하고 피로강도 개념을 도입한 망간 크로싱의 상태 평가기법에 대한 기초 데이터를 확보하고자 한다. The major objective of this study is to investigate the fatigue behavior evaluation of rigid manganese crossing for railway turnout by the field test. Turnout is required very complex railway technologies such as rolling stock and track system. Due to the plan under the application of high speed train, turnout are needed more stable for fatigue behaviors. It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of rigid manganese crossing with propose its advanced technical type on the field test and fatigue evaluation for the dynamic fatigue characteristics. As a result, the advanced crossing are obviously effective for the cumulative fatigue damage factor and dynamic response(stress and displacement) which is non-modified type. From the field test results of crossing in servicing turnout, it is evaluated that the modification of nose rail contact angle, crossing weight, material and sectional properties is very effective for ensure against fatigue risks of rigid manganese crossing.

      • 위키 기반 토론수업모형의 설계기반연구 : Brookfield와 Preskill의 토론수업모형을 중심으로

        이 연구는 브룩필드와 프레스킬의 토론수업모형에서 웹 기반 토론학습의 단점을 보완하기 위해 위키피디아의 개념을 도입하여 학습자들이 다른 학습자들과 지속적인 상호작용을 통한 집단지성으로 지식을 창출 하는 위키 기반 교수전략을 개발하여 초등학생들에게 적합한 위키 기반 토론수업모형의 설계를 위한 기반을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 그 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선정된 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위키 기반 토론수업모형을 위한 구체적인 교수전략은 무엇인가? 둘째, 위키 기반 토론수업모형을 위한 교수전략이 초등교육 현장에서 어떤 효과성과 효율성, 매력성이 있는가? 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 질적 연구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 다양한 자료를 활용하여 결론을 내는 삼각검증법을 이용하였는데, 이 연구에서는 자료 삼각검증으로 연구주제와 관련된 서적 및 논문을 탐독하는 문헌연구를, 연구자 삼각검증으로 교육전문가를 대상으로 델파이 면담을, 방법론적 삼각검증으로 개발된 전략이 적용된 수업 과정안을 바탕으로 한 연구수업 및 관찰의 세 가지를 이용하였다. 문헌연구에서는 웹 기반 교육, 위키 기반 학습, 브룩필드와 프레스킬의 토론수업과 관련된 도서 및 논문 등을 참고하여 위키 기반 교수전략과 위키 기반 토론수업모형 및 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하여 이를 바탕으로 델파이 질문지를 만들어 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사는 웹 기반 교육, 토론학습 등을 공부하고 현장에서 적용을 해 본 교육전문가 5인을 대상으로 면담을 통해 이루어졌으며, 구안된 각 전략의 효과성, 효율성, 매력성을 조사하였다. 작성된 수업 과정안을 가지고 현장에서 연구자가 연구수업을 실시하여 수업 관찰 및 성찰일지 분석을 통해 2차 개선점을 도출하였다. 델파이와 연구수업 2차례의 수정․보완의 단계를 거쳤으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 위키 기반 토론수업모형을 개발하기 위한 과정을 순서대로 정리해보면 문헌연구를 통해 개발된 1차 위키 기반 교수전략은 델파이를 통해서 사전안내 전략 3가지, 주인의식 전략 4가지, 공유 활동 전략 3가지, 피드백 전략 3가지, 상호작용 촉진 전략 4가지로 수정․통합 되었다. 델파이결과 효과성, 효율성, 매력성 측면에서 대부분 4.0척도를 기준으로 3.0이상의 긍정적인 반응이었으나, 개선할 점에 대한 의견도 많이 있었다. 또한 연구수업을 실시하여 효과성, 효율성, 매력성 측면에서 관찰해 보고 수정되어 2차 위키 기반 교수전략이 완성 되었다. 연구수업에서는 위키 기반 교수전략이 효과적이고 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 아이디어를 많이 발견할 수 있었다. 델파이와 연구수업을 통해 얻어진 1, 2차 자료를 바탕으로 수정·보완된 최종 위키 기반 교수전략을 완성하였다. 2차례 수정․보완 후 최종 개발된 위키 기반 교수전략이 위키 기반 토론 수업모형의 설계기반을 마련하였다. 위키 기반 교수전략이 반영된 위키 기반 토론수업모형의 활용에 있어서 모든 교수전략을 모두 사용해야 하는 것도 아니고, 교사의 재량이나 토론 주제에 따라 생략하거나 활동을 추가할 수도 있다. 후속연구를 통하여 위키 기반 교수전략을 학생발달수준에 맞게 체계적으로 구체화 시키고, 위키 기반 토론수업모형을 위한 물리적 환경에 관한 연구가 필요하다. The objectives of this study are to develop a teaching strategy based on Wiki that is conducive to creating collective intelligence through persistent interactions between learners as a means to make up for drawbacks of web-based discussion learning on the basis of Brookfield & Preskill's discussion-based teaching model and further to establish a foundation for designing a model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki fit for elementary students. To attain the objectives, the following study issues were chosen. First, what are specific strategies for the Wiki-based discussion teaching model? Second, what are the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the teaching strategies for a model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki in the elementary teaching field? To find the answers to the questions abovementioned, and to improve the reliability and validity of the qualitative study, diverse data were triangulated to reach a conclusion. Here, literature review was conducted with relevant books and articles associated with the study subject for data triangulation. Also, a Delphi interview was performed with teaching experts for investigator triangulation. In addition, for methodological triangulation, based on the lesson plans applied with the strategies developed here, a demonstration instruction and its observation were performed. For the literature review, books and articles on web-based education, Wiki-based learning and Brookfield & Preskill's discussion-based teaching and learning were referred to so that a lesson plan reflecting the Wiki-based teaching strategy and a model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki were developed. Then, based on the developed model, a Delphi questionnaire was built and used. The Delphi survey was conducted by interviewing 5 teaching experts, who majored in and practised web-based teaching and discussion in the field, in light of the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the devised strategy. The developed lesson plan was used in a demonstration instruction by the investigator followed by analyses of observation reports and reflection logs for the 2nd improvements. The Delphi, demo instruction and double modifications and refinements earned the following findings. The model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki was developed in the following sequence: the literature review led to the 1st strategy, which then went through the Delphi, resulting in 2 pre-guidance strategies, 4 ownership strategies, 3 activity sharing strategies, 3 feedback strategies, and 4 interaction-promotion strategies. The Delphi returned positive responses above 3.0 in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness with many comments on refinements. Also, the demonstration instruction performed to observe the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness came down to double refinements for the complete Wiki-based teaching strategy. The demo instruction found many ideas applicable to implement effective and efficient Wiki-based teaching strategy. Based on data gained from the Delphi and demo instruction, the refined final Wiki-based teaching strategy was completed. The completed Wiki-based teaching strategy became the basis for designing the model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki. In using the model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki reflecting the Wiki-based teaching strategy, every strategic aspect need not be used, but teachers can apply their discretion to discussion topics by adding necessary aspects or skipping unnecessary ones. Further studies should specify systematically the Wiki-based teaching strategies according to students' developmental phases, and delve into physical environment suitable for the model of discussion-based instruction with Wiki..       • 『세일즈맨의 죽음』에 나타난 공동체 해체위기

        Arthur Miller was one of the most prominent American Social dramatists and was influenced by the economic depression in the 1930's. This Depression and the hardships he had experienced early in his life, helped him to discover the reality of being a common man. It was on this reality that he based his tragedy. This tragedy dealt mostly with the relationship between man and society. Miller compared the relationship between man and society to that of water and a fish. This meant that like a fish in water, man lives within society. Men have hopes and dreams in this society, which surrounds them. When their surrounding does not materialize these hopes and dreams, man, or 'fish', gets disappointed and frustrated. Miller was very conscious of his strong criticism of society, and of his interest in man's agony and alienation within that society. Miller discovered this systematic relationship between man and society. In 'Death of a Salesman', man endured tragedy because his absolute value was neglected by industrial society. Miller demonstrated in this play that the economic depression not only evolved an entire society into an accelerated industrialization, and forced it to change rapidly and immensely, but also drove the individual into mental depression, forced the traditional society to be disintegrated. According to Miller, there is a big difference concept of 󰡐family󰡑 pursued by industrial society when compared to the individual or family member. This difference made all parties concerned misunderstand the social agreement, and this destroyed traditional society. It also affected family values, finally bringing tragedy to the individual and their family. In conclusion, Miller's work teaches us the lesson that man should exist in society, and society should be a part of man. They can not be separate entities. Man shares sincerity and responsibility within society, thus our society respects the value of human beings instead of industrialization.
