Objective : This study aims to study core herbs and formulas in Internal medicine on Spleen system, to enhance efficiency in teaching Internal medicine on Spleen system, Herbalogy, Formula science, and to increase integration of the courses. Methods : Frequency notion, which was generally used in previous studies, was used in this study along with network analysis. Results : Frequently used herbs, herbs with high centrality, frequently combined herbs and core formula were found in this study. The herb with the highest frequency and centrality was ‘Citri Unshius Pericarpium’, and ‘Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba - Citri Unshius Pericarpium’ was the most frequent herb combination. The results of network analysis showed a total of 5 herbal communities of combination. Conclusion : Core herbs were found based on the frequency notion, which is a traditional analysis method. Also, core herbs, herbal combinations, formulas that can that may be overlooked when using frequency notions were found by using network analysis. The results may lead to enhancing efficiency in the education of Internal medicine on Spleen system, Herbalogy, Formula science courses and the integration of courses.

전통의료 ‘경험지’의 의료문화사적 가치와 집성 및 활용방안

이 글의 목적은 원로 전통의료 전문인들이 평생 동안 의약업을 해오는 과정에서 축적한 전통의료 ‘경험지’의 문화적 가치를 살펴본 후 연구와 집성 및 활용방안을 모색해보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 필자는 원로 한의약업인들을 만나 의약업 생애사와 전통의료 경험지를 구술로 채록하고 소장 문서나 물증 등 관련 자료를 수집하였다. 전통의료 경험지는 환자 집증과 처방,한약 조제, 약물과 침구시술 등 의료 실천과정에서 오랜 시간 동안 체득하여 축적한 경험지식과 기술을 의미한다. 경험지는 과학적 검증과 공론화 과정을 거치지 못함으로써 사회적으로 공인되어 있지는 않지만, 무형의 문화유산으로서 전통의료 지식과 기술의 집적과 보존에 나아가 이를 전승시키는 역할을 수행한다. 한편으로는 특정 부문에 탁월한 치료효과를 나타냄으로써 국민보건에 기여하고 새로운 치료 기술과 한방제제 개발의 원천이기도 하다. 전통의료 경험지 연구를 위해서는 장기간 한 분야에 종사해온 한약업사나 한의사, 침구 사, 채약인, 민간치료사 등을 발굴할 필요가 있다. 이들을 통해 의약업의 구술 생애사와 전통의료 경험지를 채록하고, 관련 문서나 물증 등의 소장 자료를 수집한 후 모든 자료에는 분류번호와 더블린코어를 부착하여 디지털 형식으로 집성한다. 이들 집성자료들은 학술적 분석 및 과학적 검증을 통해 회술자료의 생산과 한의학 이론 구축에 나아가 새로운 치료기술 및 한방제제 개발의 원천으로 활용 가능하다. 교양방송 및 교육용콘텐츠로 제작하여 일반인에게 건강정보를 제공하고 학생들에게는 교육자료로 활용 될 수 있다. 전통의료 경험지는 의료문화사적 가치가 크고, 집성을 통한 활용가치도 상당하다. 무형의 민족문화자산으로서의 전통 보존과 계승 차원에서도 이의 연구는 시급하다. The aim of this study is to find the cultural value of the experience knowledge in traditional medicine and the plan for data archiving and practical use. For this, I recorded oral data and collected a series of real materials and documents, concerning of the every day"s lives of traditional medicine business. ‘Experience knowledge’ in traditional medicine is a knowledge and skill that senior of a herb and an Oriental medicine have accumulated in various medicine practices for a long time, diagnosis and recipe, making drag, acupuncture & moxibustion etc. Though it is not approve of explicit knowledge by a scientific test or an official debate, it have been preserved and handed down next to next as an untangible cultural heritage. And it have been used of a creative source of a new therapy technique and a herb drag, because of excellent healing effects in special part. We must research and archive the experience knowledge in traditional medicine in form of a digital method, erecting senior one as key informants and collecting oral data, document and real material. For taxonomy and distinction, index of data, we must label a taxonomy number and dublin core of each data. The experience knowledge in traditional medicine has a large value in the succession of medicinal culture and it"s practical use. Therefore we can produce research reports and Oriental medicine theory and use as a source of a new therapy technique and a herb drag. Furthermore, we can use it as contents for broadcasting and education so as to provide the information of health and culture. Especially, it is necessary for us to research the experience knowledge’ in traditional medicine in behalf of preservation and succession of the tradition of national culture.
