While the Internet is very useful, it can cause serious problems such as leak of personal information. However, we should also pay attention to the negative sides such as an outflow of private information and the invasion of privacy. Anyone can be a victim of personal information leacks, so always be on the lookout. There is little doubt that the Internet-site operators have failed to establish an effective information security system. Besides, they have done little to prevent any further attempt to steal personal data. The Internet-site operators should also be held accountable for not properly supervising the pension service. The illegal release of confidential information could not only infringe on privacy of individuals but also cause irrecoverable damage to them. But the court of justice has been passive in response to collective lawsuits. With positive position the court of justice has to accept a compensation claim related with personal information leacks. Besides legal compensation for damages is adopted in protection law of personal information etc. The attempt for remedy of victims is very affirmative. Further adoption of double compensation in USA has to take into consideration.
