        대기업-중소기업의 상생협력 정책이 기업가치에 미치는 영향: 이벤트연구방법론을 기반으로

        Win-win growth between large companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) become a critical encomic and social issue in Korea. Korea government has been attempted to establish strong policy to build right win-win relationship between large companies and SMEs. Along with this strong drive from Korea government, a variety of strategies that enhance win-win relationships between large companies and SMEs have been adopted. Win-win growth policy is expected to provide positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage of firms. Therefore, many studies have focused on the win-win growth policy success factors, type of the policy, and the results of the policy. Although there is much literature on the win-win growth policy, the effects of win-win policy on firm value is not well understood. We addressed this issue by exploring how win-win growth policy influences a firm`s market value using event study methodology. We evaluated the cumulative abnormal returns for win-win growth policy announced by Korean large firms from 2004 to 2012. The results of this study insisted that the announcements of win-win growth policy show negative impact on firm`s market value, which is not consistent with previous studies. The findings of this study offer insights that may help government policy makers and managers to revise their policy for better outcomes of their win-win growth policy.

        Empirical Study on Inter-Firm Diffusion and Firms’ Performancefor Win-Win Growth Culture in Supply Chain

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among factors that expand the win-win growth between domestic finished goods-making manufacturers and subcontractors. One-hundred twenty six firms participated for this study and were used for the data analysis. As a result of analysis, first, it was found that the win-win growth between first-tier suppliers and second-tier suppliers has positive effects on the win-win growth made by second-tier suppliers helping the third-tier suppliers. Second, it was found that the win-win growth policies supported by the government for the positive relationship between first-tier suppliers and second-tier suppliers for the finished goods- making manufacturers have positive effects on the win-win growth between second-tier suppliers and third-tier suppliers. Third, the results also showed that the win-win growth between second-tier suppliers and third-tier suppliers has a positive influence both on the financial and on the non-financial performances of the second-tier suppliers. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to (1) construct infrastructure by sector through partnership between finished goods-making manufacturers and subcontractors, (2) draw in active support through the governmental win-win growth policies, (3) induce increasing productivities through information sharing, manpower support, technical support and educational support, and (4) strengthen and cultivate the culture of the small- and medium-sized companies.

        대․중소기업 동반성장을 위한 상생결제시스템 활용의 영향요인과 경영성과에 관한 연구

        The usage level of SMEs’ win-win payment system is still lower than originally expected. In order to find the answer, we studied SMEs’ usage performance of win-win payment system and analyzed the influencing factors of SMEs’ usage level of win-win payment system. This study found that the more SMEs utilize win-win payment system, the higher they achieve the desired performance in finance, customer, process, learning and growth perspective. And this study found that usage level of win-win payment system is high in order of large corporations’ pressure, government policy, and SMEs’ readiness. This study is expected to improve win-win growth by increasing usage level of win–win payment system between large corporations and SMEs, while establishing desirable ecosystems.

        원불교사회복지법인의 형성과 변천에 관한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore the process of formation and transformation of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the background and process of the establishment of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation were reviewed, and the response of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation to the institutional and legal changes of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation was analyzed, and the issues and issues that followed were analyzed. Lastly, the characteristics of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation in relation to the formation and change of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation were examined. As a result of this study, the description of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation can be summarized as follows. First, Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation was the result of an active response to the enactment of the social welfare service law in 1970. Second, the Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation and its facilities, which soared in the 2000s, account for the overwhelming portion of the social welfare foundation Samdonghoi, and the type of social welfare facilities was the most common among the elderly, and was the most concentrated in Jeonbuk by region. Third, Won-Buddhism founded a social welfare corporation in each diocese across the country while advocating ‘nationalization of welfare foundations’but failed to grow to its original purpose. This can be seen as a result of insufficient diocese capability and poor response at religious body. Fourth, the Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation is highlighted as the issue of reintegration of social welfare foundations, the problem of improvement of delivery system, and the issue of religious body responsibility for diocese foundations. Finally, the history of Won-Buddhism social welfare foundation has been formed and changed in line with the institutional and legal changes in Korea’s social welfare system. 본 연구의 목적은 원불교사회복지법인의 형성과 변천과정을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 원불교사회복지법인의 설립 배경과 과정을 살펴보았으며, 원불교사회복지법인의 변화 추이와 사회복지의 제도적⋅법적 변화에 따른 원불교사회복지법인의 대응을 분석한 후, 그에 따른 현안과 쟁점을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 원불교사회복지법인의 형성과 변천에 따른 원불교사회복지법인의 특징을 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과, 원불교사회복지법인에 대한 설명은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 원불교사회복지법인은 1970년 사회복지사업법 제정에 따른 적극적인 대응의 결과였다. 둘째, 2000년대에 들어서 급증한 원불교사회복지법인 및 시설은 사회복지법인 삼동회가 압도적으로 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 사회복지시설의 유형은 노인복지시설이가장 많고, 지역별로는 전북지역에 편중되어 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 원불교계는 ‘복지법인의 전국화’를 표방하면서 전국 각 교구에 사회복지법인을 설립하였으나본래의 취지에 맞게 성장하지 못하였다. 이것은 교구역량부족은 물론 교단적 차원에서의 대응이 미비한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 원불교사회복지법인은 사회복지법인의재통합 문제, 전달체계 개선에 관한 문제, 교구법인에 대한 교단적 책임 문제 등이쟁점으로 부각되고 있다. 마지막으로 원불교사회복지법인의 역사는 우리나라 사회복지의 제도적⋅법적 변화와 그 맥을 같이하면서 형성되고 변천해왔다고 볼 수 있다.

        동반성장정책이 원가행태에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzed the effectiveness of win-win growth policy that is debating actively in Korea through cost behavior. The policy is focusing in growing together between a large firm and its related small firms. The win-win growth committee publishes win-win growth index to realize the win-win growth policy. Thus, if firms with high index scores had more intense cost asymmetry(cost stickiness), then it could be said that the effects of win-win growth policy has been attained through managers' operating decisions. But the analyzed results showed that the win-win growth policy lessens cost asymmetry, which is contrary to the prediction. The causes of this results could be interpreted in two ways. Firstly win-win growth policy index is problematic, i.e. the index is computed without specific investigation of fair transaction performance, and the evaluation of small-firms is performed by questionnaires usually qualitatively, and the index evaluation is not free of political process. Secondly, It is interpreted that the firms participating in the evaluation of win-win policy index have business structure(satellite suppliers) which occurs less resource adjustment costs. 본 연구는 최근에 급속히 발전된 원가관리연구의 관점에 따라 우리나라 상황에서 계속 이슈가 되고 있는 동반성장정책의 실효성을 원가행태를 통해 분석하였다. 동반성장정책은 대기업뿐만 아니라 관련된 중소기업이 같이 발전적 공생을 하기 위한 정책이다. 동반성장위원회는 동반성장정책을 실현하기 위해 동반성장지수 평가대상 기업들 각각에 대해 평가 결과를 발표하고 있는 데, 동반성장지수 평가가 우수한 기업들의 원가 비대칭성(하방경직성)이 상대적으로 강화된다면, 동반성장 정책의 효과가 경영자의 의사결정으로 나타난 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 그러나 분석된 결과는 가설과 다른 방향, 즉 원가비대칭성(하방경직성)이 완화되는 방향으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 대한 원인으로는 두 가지로 해석할 수 있는데, 첫째는 동반성장지수 평가의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 즉, 동반성장 이행평가가 실적위주로 되지 않고, 중소기업 체감평가도 설문지를 통한 정성적 평가에 의존하고 또한 평가과정에 정치적 측면이 개입되고 있다. 두 번째는 동반성장지수 평가대상 기업들이 원가비대칭성을 증가시키는 자원조정원가가 상대적으로 적게 발생하는 기업환경(협력업체제)을 가지고 있기 때문인 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

        국내 유통산업의 글로벌 동반성장 모델과 성과 연구: 이마트 사례를 중심으로

        This study analyzed the strategy and case of E-mart’s win-win growth through overseas markets. Past several years E-mart operated a program in which E-mart and cooperative company can grow together through win-win growth program. They selected win-win growth strategy as an effective strategy to adapt to changing distribution market and to solve the problem, and conducted extensive win-win growth programs such as business promotions, financial support, academic assistance, management counseling. Then recently, going one step further, E-mart is introducing a joint program to develop products with smaller maker and crack the overseas market. Because E-mart has an abundant experience and knowledge for distribution markets, through collaboration between smaller maker and E-mart, They acquired a channel of local cooperative company-E-mart-Korean smaller maker. For example, the first E-mart store which is recently open in Vietnam gobap, launched for being successful through thorough localization of the operating products, deployment of circulation a store right in Vietnam consumption patterns and manpower to optimize the operation in Vietnam business. Through these, 54 Korean small and medium companies are exporting totaled 296 items. The first E-mart store following the second one planning to open until the end of the year, according to the success or failure of Vietnam market, E-mart plans to increase overseas expansion to Mongolia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia. E-mart’s win-win growth program suggests following implications to distribution industry. First, it transformed the relationship between large distribution company and smaller supplier company from Gab and Eul to partnership. Second, through dual system, E-mart and small and medium company can conduct a flexible and effective overseas expansion. Third, in the perspective of win-win cooperation and creating shared value, this is a meaningful case. Substitution of this study is as follows. First, strategic guidance provided to companies seeking to advance into overseas markets. Second, it provided guidance that can improve the government support system to small businesses.

        상생협력 공급사슬 관리의 유형과 성과

        An increasing number of firms have adopted a win-win collaboration approach since an amount of sources for a corporate competitive advantage can be found in their supply chain. Win-win collaboration has been paid more attention both in the industry circle and academia for the decades. However, previous studies have little examined various different types of win-win collaboration strategies. This study explores typology of win-win collaboration strategies which have been adopted by Korean firms in their buyer-supplier relationship, identifies unique characteristics of each type, and examines the difference in performance of win-win collaboration strategies. The cluster analysis of 541 Korean companies indicates four different types of win-win collaboration:‘collaboration leader’,‘collaboration sideliner’,‘relationship builder’, and‘collaboration practitioner’. This study empirically examines whether there are differences between these four win-win collaboration strategies in terms of operational performance, customer satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and marketing-R&D-operations integration. Overall, the research results indicate that‘collaboration leader’shows the highest levels of performance, followed by ‘relationship builder’and‘collaboration practitioner’, and‘collaboration sideliner’shows the lowest levels of performance with some exceptions. This study provides a better understanding of win-win collaboration strategies and important guidelines for managers of buyers as well as suppliers who wish to enhance supply chain performance.

        조선후기 慶州 玉山書院의 院屬 파악과 운영

        Seo-won was the place where a self-governing body of the yangban gathered together and also a local organization to support a ruling ideology of the state. So besides managing the finances independently, it was under financial support and policy control of the government. ‘Won-sok’ means people called out as human resources(compulsory labor) of Seo-Won, in accordance with military service system of the state. The central government, in the late 18th century, fixed a quorum of Won-sok in order to make every human resource into one military service system, and controlled Seo-won's independent holding of more human labor. But Seo-won had an informal list of names apart as well as a formal list of names, and independently investigated labor persons more than a quorum even until the 19th century. As for finance affairs of Seo-won, demand of human resources was specially important. Even though compulsory service was changing into payment of goods, Seo-won couldn't give up supernumerary Won-sok, because it could call people around itself into service at any time and receive goods from them. On the contrary managing Won-sok independently, it had held human resources by increasing the formal number of Won-sok, making use of government authority. Won-sok was investigated by the state as one of military service, but at the same time it was managed by Seo-won independently. Because Seo-won was a self-governing body as well as a subordinate organization of the local government, Won-sok was also managed in this way. This was a special feature of financial system of Choson conducting finance of centralization and one of decentralization side by side.

        선·화주 상생협력에 관한 인식조사와 발전 방향 연구

        Korean economy is highly dependent on trade, and most Korean trade is through the sea. However, the Korean shipping industry faced a major setback due to the 2008 financial crisis and the Hanjin Shipping Company's bankruptcy in 2017. In particular, this setback worsened due to the worldwide COVID-19 spread in 2020. Meanwhile, win-win cooperation between companies involves their helping each other at work. The Win-Win Cooperation Act defines it as a common activity to promote these cooperating companies' profits in areas such as technology, manpower, funds, purchase, and market. Notably, this research studied the existing concepts of win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers. Subsequently, it found that factors considered when selecting cooperators, need/areas of need for win-win cooperation, and evaluation of the certification system for excellent ship and shipper companies introduced in 2020 were the important factors of this win-win cooperation's realization. Hence, this research surveyed 205 people, including shipowners and shippers, based on the above important factors. Subsequently, it identified significantly important factors of the win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers through respective t-tests on these people's survey responses. In addition, the directions for developing this win-win cooperation were empirically presented. In essence, this study presented realistic and practical alternatives to achieving win-win cooperation between shipowners and shippers. Notably, these alternatives were presented by empirically analyzing the relationships between this win-win cooperation's important factors extracted from recent institutions and studies involving experts who were shipowners for a long time. 우리나라 경제는 무역에 의존도가 매우 높고, 이런 무역의 대부분은 바다를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 해운산업은 2008년 외환위기와 2017년 한진해운 파산사태를 겪으면서 큰 위기에 봉착하게 되었다. 특히 2020년 코로나 19가 전 세계적으로 확산되면서 이런 어려움이 더욱 가중되었다. 상생협력이란 서로 공존하면서 살아가기 위해 서로 힘을 합하여 돕는 일로, 상생협력법에는 기업들간의 기술, 인력, 자금, 구매, 판로 등의 부분에서 서로 이익을 증진하기 위한 공동의 활동으로 정의되어 있다. 개념과 이전 연구들을 통해 파트너 선정 시 고려요인, 상생협력의 필요분야, 2020년에 도입된 우수 선·화주기업 인증제도 평가, 선·화주 협력 제고 방안 필요성이 미래 상생협력을 위해 중요한 요소임을 확인하고, 이에 대한 변수들을 제시했다. 제시한 변수들을 선·화주 205명을 대상으로 인식조사를 했고, 집단별 검정을 통해 유의미한 변수들을 확인하여 향후 선·화주 상생협력의 발전을 위한 방향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 본 연구는 선·화주로 오랫동안 근무해 온 전문가들을 대상으로 최근 제도와 연구들에서 추출한 새로운 선·화주 상생협력에 관한 변수들간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하여 현실적이고 실질적인 대안을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.
