        GIS와 Entropy-TOPSIS를 이용한 공공건축물 입지평가 방안에 관한 연구

        As modern cities become larger and more overcrowded, the demand for service quality of public building increases, and the role of public buildings has expanded from simple administration to cultural and welfare services. The Public buildings play an important role in the development of cities and residents convenience, making their location an important issue. The location of public buildings predominantly hinges on subjective assessment, revealing a scarcity of clearly defined objective criteria for location. Recently, there has been a surge in research concerning site selection through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) utilization and substantial datasets. However, when it comes to public edifices, GIS application is constrained due to the intricate nature of quantifying site-specific factors. Therefore, this research aims to facilitate the placement of public buildings by harnessing quantitative data and employing Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. We propose a site selection method using MCDM , entropy weighting Method, and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). For this purpose, we first selected location factors through previous studies then quantified the data using GIS and public data. We selected Bisan-dong in Seo-gu district of Daegu Metropolitan City as our studys target site with Administrative Welfare Center as our target building for experiments and analyses. Location evaluation was made possible by considering each administrative buildings factor weight in Bisan-dong targeting our building. As per the weighting analysis results accessibility emerged as most important category with site area being most important sub-factor. Comparative analysis was enabled by comparing evaluation values across each location factor. This study presents a useful method for performing location evaluations using quantitative data which can serve as foundation for future research that can be extended to various other types of public buildings.

        Research on the Coupling Coordination Relationship between Regional Information Technology Level and Economic Development

        The impact of the information technology industry on economic development is becoming increasingly important. In this study, we take China's provincial-level regions from 2015 to 2020 as the research object, comprehensively evaluates the level of their information technology systems by the entropy weight method, and then measures the coupling coordination relationship between the information technology system and the economic development system by the coupling coordination degree model. As a result, we found that the income of the information technology industry, the investment of talents and science research have the most important influence on the level of the information technology system. During the research period, with increasing values, the coupling degree of the two systems was at a high level. Affected by development strategies, diffusion effects and industrial relocation, the coupling degree in the central and western regions has shown a rapid growth trend. The coordination degree of the two systems is relatively low, and 83.9% of the provinces are in the medium-low coordination stage. The information technology industry has obviously promoted economic development. Besides, relevant policies should be introduced to effectively support and guide the high-quality development of the information technology industry and promote the high-level coordinated development of the two systems.

        델파이-엔트로피 기법을 이용한 정보시스템획득 시나리오 유형별 영향요인의 우선순위에 관한 연구

        일상적이고 반복적인 업무를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서 개발된 정보시스템은 기업의 부가가치창출의 전 과정을 지원하는 도구로서 점점 더 복잡해지고 다양해지고 있으며 지원범위 또한 기업 내부의 전사적 차원을 넘어서 외부로까지 확대되고 있다. 정보시스템 기능의 다양성과 복잡성, 견고성과 정확성 그리고 지원범위의 확대는 곧 정보시스템 개발의 어려움과 동시에 개발비용 증가를 의미한다. 이에 기업들은 직접개발 이외의 표준패키지를 구입하거나 정해진 기간 동안 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 임대하는 경우도 점차 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은, 정보시스템획득 시나리오별로 영향을 미치는 요인들이 다를 것이라는 전제 하에 획득 시나리오별로 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치며, 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구는 지난 30년 가까이 진행되어온 선행연구들을 통해서 정보시스템 획득에 미치는 일반적인 영향요인들을 추출하여 정리한 결과를 정보시스템획득 프로젝트에 참여한 경험이 있는 전문가들에게 제시하고 델파이기법을 이용하여 브레인스토밍 과정을 반복하면서 영향요인을 범위를 줄여나가면서 최종 확정하고, 엔트로피 기법을 이용하여 확정된 영향요인들이 시나리오별로 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지를 측정하여 획득 시나리오별로 요인들의 우선순위(가중치)를 산정하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 본 연구결과 정보시스템획득 시나리오별로 다른 영향요인들이 작용함을 확인하였으며, 영향요인들의 우선순위를 확인하였다. 이는 정보시스템획득 시나리오에 따라서 어떤 요인들을 고려해야 하며, 어느 정도 그리고 어떤 순서로 고려해야 하는지를 제시하였다는 점에서 학문적 그리고 실제 활용효과가 크다고 할 수 있다. Information systems acquired to effectively and efficiently support the whole value added process in the company are becoming complex and various. The range to support is also expanding to the outside beyond the enterprise inside the company. Diversity and complexity of information systems function, their robustness and accuracy, and expansion of the range to support refer to the difficulty of the acquiring of information systems and also to increase of acquiring costs. Thus, many company don’t insist on the direct development anymore, they has been acquired information systems in purchasing or leasing a standard package. This study was started on the premise that the influencing factors are different on the acquiring information systems by scenarios (make, buy, rent). This study was performed using delphi and entropy approach. Firstly, the influencing factors summarized from previous researches are presented to the experts participating in brainstorming. The range of factors have been reduced and finally confirmed the factors, repeating the brainstorming using Delphi technique. Secondly, the weight of each factor is calculated by each acquiring scenarios. As a results, we find the priority of factors in each scenario. Some factors are very important in a scenario, but it’s no longer critical in other scenario. For example, project scope, project range, and needed resources are always critical, but the factors developer, user training, project team, show a significant difference depending on the acquiring scenario. The research results showed the ranking of each factors depending on different scenario have a value not only in academic as well as in practice.

      • Improvement of the Method to Determine Weight Based on the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Entropy

        The determining method of the weights of multiple attributes decision making needs to be improved. Firstly, three entropy measures are deduced through a similarity measure of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Most of the entropy measures are not able to fully describe the uncertainty of things. So the weight determining results which based on the entropy, becomes somewhat inaccurate. The method of improving the effective information is proposed to determine the attribute weights in order to improve the accuracy of weights determining. Ultimately the ideal multiple attributes decision making analysis results are determined by adjustment weights with the parameter.

        가중치 정보 엔트로피 기반의 적외선 소형 표적 검출 방법

        In this paper, an efficient method of detecting small targets in infrared images under various background environments is proposed, by using Weighted Information Entropy(WIE). In the proposed method, a pre-processing is performed to improve the conventional WIE approach. In the proposed pre-processing step, small target candidates are obtained by using 1-dimensional local/global mean intensity values of input image, which removes background region. Subsequently, an appropriate cut-off frequency is determined according to WIE value of the small target candidates. Finally, an adaptive high-pass filter is utilized using the cut-off frequency. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves better performance than the conventional method in terms of robustness and effectiveness under various background environments.

      • Algorithms of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential Extraction

        To extract the brainstem auditory evoked potentials and remove the spontaneous electroencephalograph and other background noises, the paper proposed a new method of wavelet information entropy theory de-noising based on wavelet de-noising. In the method, the threshold function is improved by introducing the weighting factor and determine the weighting factor according to the wavelet information entropy to obtain a better de-noising effect. The simulation experiment shows, compared to the traditional wavelet de-noising method, the new method can preserve the details of the signal better and make the signal waveform smoother. At the same time, the new method can suppress the pulse signal, which make the system has a better de-noising performance and achieve higher quality extraction brainstem auditory evoked potentials.

        Infrared Target Extraction Using Weighted Information Entropy and Adaptive Opening Filter

        In infrared (IR) images, near targets have a transient distribution at the boundary region, as opposed to a steady one at the inner region. Based on this fact, this paper proposes a novel IR target extraction method that uses both a weighted information entropy (WIE) and an adaptive opening filter to extract near finely shaped targets in IR images. Firstly, the boundary region of a target is detected using a local variance WIE of an original image. Next, a coarse target region is estimated via a labeling process used on the boundary region of the target. From the estimated coarse target region, a fine target shape is extracted by means of an opening filter having an adaptive structure element. The size of the structure element is decided in accordance with the width information of the target boundary and mean WIE values of windows of varying size. Our experimental results show that the proposed method obtains a better extraction performance than existing algorithms.
