        제천시 고령인구의 민간보안산업분야 취업분석과 방향 - 일반경비원 신임교육 이수자 중심으로 -

        This study was intended to analyze the employment status of those who completed the new education for general security guards among the senior citizens aged 60 or older in Jecheon City and to suggest future employment expansion and employment directions for senior citizens. According to the study, the overall satisfaction level (average) of education was 4.45, which was higher than other prior studies. In addition, while overall, the current education schedule and method of progress were preferred in relation to the improvement of education, it was found that they felt burdened by the fact that the education was conducted for three consecutive days. In addition, the analysis of correlation between major variables showed significant results in education hours and education satisfaction, indicating that the longer the education hours, the higher the average satisfaction level. In other words, it is understood that the necessary training hours for security services must be secured in order to deliver the necessary education contents and apply them to the field. However, for the elderly, such education hours seem to need to be divided rather than concentrated at once. Based on these results, it is necessary to create high-quality jobs through employment links between the Jecheon City Job Support Center and education recipients, Jecheon and nearby businesses in order to promote employment of new education recipients in Jecheon City. Second, it is necessary to strengthen on-site practical education contents, operate differentiated new education programs for the elderly, and operate flexible new education courses for the elderly in order to actualize the contents of new education for the elderly. Finally, based on the demand survey, there is a need for customized job policies for the elderly that can meet the diverse needs of the elderly.

        제천시 고령인구의 민간보안산업분야 취업분석과 방향 - 일반경비원 신임교육 이수자 중심으로

        이 연구는 제천시 60세 이상의 노인인력 중 일반경비원 신임교육을 이수한 이수자에 대한 취업현황을 분석하고 향후 이들에 대한 취업확대 및 노인일자리 방향에 대하여 제언하고자 하였다. 연구결과 일반경비원 신임교육 내용분석결과 전체 교육만족도(평균)는 4.45로 나타나 다른 선행연구조사들에 비해 높게 나타났다. 교육개선과 관련해서는 전반적으로 현재의 교육일정 및 진행방식을 선호하였으나 교육이 3일 연속으로 이뤄진다는 것에 부담을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주요 변인들간의 상관관계 분석결과 교육시간과 교육만족이 유의미한 결과를 보여 교육시간이 길수록 평균만족이 올라가는 면이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 경비업무에 필요한 교육시간이 어느 정도 확보되어야 필요한 교육내용전달과 현장에서의 실무적용이 가능한 것으로 이해된다. 다만 고령자에게 있어서는 이러한 교육시간이 한번에 집중되는 것보다는 분할적으로 이뤄질 필요성은 있는 것 같다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 제천시 노인인력 일반경비원 신임교육이수자의 취업 활성화를 위하여 첫째, 지역 민간보안산업체(기업)와의 연계화를 위하여 제천시 일자리종합지원센터와 교육이수자 취업연계, 제천 및 인근지역 기업연계를 통한 양질의 일자리 창출이 필요하다. 둘째, 고령자 신임교육내용의 실질화를 위하여 현장실무적 교육내용 강화, 고령자를 위한 차별화된 신임교육 프로그램 운영, 탄력적 신임교육과정 운용이 필요하다. 마지막으로 요구조사에 기초하여 노인들의 다양한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 노인 맞춤형 일자리 정책이 필요하다.
