      • 軍 교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 장병들의 셀프리더십 수준이 장병 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 군 교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 장병들의 셀프리더십 수준이 교육만 족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구했다. 연구결과, 군 교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력이 장병들의 교육만족도에 미치는 영향은 매우 크며, 동시에 장병들의 셀프리더십 수준도 장병들의 교육만족도에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 갖는 학문 적․실무적 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재까지 군 교육 현장에서 커뮤니케이션 능력과 장병들의 셀프리더십 및 교육만 족도에 대한 실증적 연구는 존재하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 군 교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 장병들의 셀프리더십 수준이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 검증 하고자 최초로 시도했다는 의의를 갖는다. 둘째, 장병들을 대상으로 교육 프로그램을 진행하는 군 교육자에게 주요한 참고자료가될 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 결과는 군 교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 장병들의 교육만족도의 관계를 파악하는데 유익한 자료로 활용될 것이다. 셋째, 장병들의 교육만족도에 대한 셀프리더십 수준을 실증적으로 분석하여 그 결과를 교육현장에서 적용함으로써 장병들에게 셀프리더십의 중요성을 인식시키고, 군 교육의 방향을 설정하는 데에 세부적인 시사점이 될 것이다. The study examined how military education and the level of self-leadership in military personnel affected the level of satisfaction in educational satisfaction. Studies show that the impact of military education is very strong on the satisfaction of soldiers, and that the level of self-leadership in soldiers also plays an important role in the educational satisfaction of soldiers. The academic and practical significance of this study is as follows: First, there has been no empirical study on the level of communication skills and the ability to conduct self-guided learning and training in military education at the military site. Consequently, the study revealed that the first attempt to verify the efficacy of military education and to verify the level of self-leadership in the military has also been the first attempt to verify the impact of educational satisfaction on the educational satisfaction level. Second, this study will be a major reference formilitary education programs for military personnel. The results presented in this study will be a useful resource for identifying the relationship between military education and soldiers educational satisfaction. Third, this study will serve detailed account of the importance of self-disclosure to soldiers by demonstrating the importance of self-mastery. It will also establish the importance of military education by demonstrating the level of self-mastery in the educational satisfaction level of the soldiers.

        군 학습조직화를 위한 평생학습 네트워크 특성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to come up with features of ROK military`s lifelong education and its future development direction through the evaluation of the network strategy of lifelong learning and learning organization of the ROK military`s lifelong education policy. To analyze the learning organization and the lifelong learning associated with the local governments, the analysis standards, taking into account various steps of establishing network and CIPP evaluation model, were applied. The results of this study are as follows. First, military learning organization has been developed as the ways for achieving the goals and improving the overall organizational effectiveness rather than that of personal perspective. Second, It has gradually developed from an institution-led system into a cooperative system with the external and private enterprise. Third, It is possible to know that the essential driving foundation of realizing the ROK military`s lifelong education system has been progressed with the community. Therefore, the internal military support is important at military learning organization for lifelong learning environment, but it suggested that there are more important issues such as the cooperation with the external resource and the aggressive formation of network with all relevant community by considering the circumstance of each army.

        군 장병의 학습 멘토링 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 공군 학습봉사 동아리 ‘다문화 멘토링’ 사례를 중심으로 -

        IIn our society, the young man is considered to be an object to be actively supported, and he is considered to be a member of the military. Young people are also recognized as “objects” that need to be helped. However, despite this perception, some young soldiers are living in the military with their lives in the military, practicing lifelong learning and learning communities, forming a community of learning and learning communities and learning a life of learning and growth. There is a purpose for research that learning aid from the Learning Service participants taught lifelong learning through learning mentoring experience, how educators and learners learn to build a learning community.Studies have shown that in the military, the Learning Service participants have learned lifelong learning in a variety of ways, including learning opportunities and learning outcomes. Through multicultural mentoring, the Learning Service participants increased self-esteem, self grown, multicultural children were actively changing and learning outcomes improved. In the early days of multicultural mentoring, there were practical difficulties such as lack of understanding of multiculturalism, creating mutual sympathy, forming a learning community together, and sharing meaningful experiences, such as enhancing understanding of multicultural cultures. Previous studies have focused on studies of learning clubs effectiveness and activation in schools, businesses and communities in the past, and studies of studies in the special environment have been insignificant in the special environment. In particular, there was no study of volunteer clubs that performed mentoring programs for the community, not just for themselves, but for the community. This research is meaningful as the first study of young adults practicing their lifelong learning, and through multicultural mentoring and multicultural children studying together with multi-cultural families and multicultural families to explore their lifelong learning. Based on the results of this study, I hope to actively educate and expand the learning of the soldiers' lifelong learning and growth skills in various ways.

        The purpose of this study was presenting the way of development by analyzing the operation condition of Cyber Universities in Military. In order that, the analysis of the collected data about military e-Learning system and the survey of servicemembers who are serving in the Army were conducted. According to the results of this study, the problems of Cyber Universities in Military were the lack of recognition for institutions, the deficiency of learning conditions, lack of professional personnel, The lack of participation of the University, distrust in the fairness of the assessment, the lack of the government’s budget support and so on. Therefore, it was suggested that the way to develop military e-Learning system and Cyber Universities in Military was Development, in conjunction with the Military lifelong education, Between military units and local college e-learning system of interlocking, Configuration and operating an organization dedicated, Support system and the employment of military servicemembers connect learning system, The government's financial support and active participation of the University of induction.
