This article aims at introducing the need to the most impressive hair-style and offering research dataof preparing the basis of customer satisfaction and a business strategy, as finding the way to decideher hair-style depending on her body type and the effect on it for adult female. The subject of studywere 400 adult-females who are in Daegu-gyeongbuk, it was examined from the 1st of May to 30thof June, 2010 through the self-administered questionnaire. The results of study are as follows: Therewere the effect of the hair form on the decision of hair-style in the 5factors such as how much sheconcern herself about a trendy hair-style, how much frequency she follows a trendy hair-style generally,how much effect of a trendy hair-style there are in the decision of her own hair-style, how much shetalks to others about a trendy hair-style and how much she will imitate a trendy hair-style in the future. When put together the results above, this article found that women select their own hair-style depending ontheir hair form, and there were a wide range in the decision level of a hair-style, considering their various hairform and they were into it as well. So it needs to offer the information for deciding a hair-style to learn a basicknowledge that needs to decide the most idealistic hair-style, and to offer a service including the cheap pricesand the systematic hair management system considering women’s attributes.

This study is to contribute to the hair trend analysis presented in the future by understanding how post-modernism is expressed in modern hair style and how modern hair style is expressed in post-modernism. There are many trend presentations and hair shows that present hair style expressed in post-modernism. Even though there are few information about the hair, there are some pervious works on the trend of art that show post-modernism in hair style. This study is to find how the hair style is expressed by the characteristics of deconstruction (instability, deconstruction from inside, anti-meaningful shape, anti-centered, ambiguity and geometry etc) which is the important factor of post-modernism. As a result of the analysis of deconstruction characteristics of post-modernism expressed in hair style, it is as below. First, womanlike hair style of man is expressed in artificially extended by using fake hair and there are many ambiguous hair styles of sexless figures that show deconstruction style and some men has a little bit ambiguous and natural hair style in a pony-tail that the long hair is tightened by hair lace or elastic braid. Second, manlike hair style of woman is short-cut hair style and this hair style is ambiguous for sex distinction and shows deconstruction characteristics which are factors of post-modernism. Third, as a result of this study, there are many natural hair styles that show deconstruction characteristics, geometrical shapes and repeated disconnection. In conclusion, post-modernism will be another trend replacing with modernism and be expressed in aesthetics and practicality of modern hair. 로코코 시대 헤어스타일의 조형적 특징을 응용한 창작 전통머리연구

Our people, as a homogeneous nation, have lived valuing the traditional culture, hyo (filial piety), che (brotherly love) and advanced independent culture making cultural exchanges. Culture is different from the nations and hair style is representative instinct tool expressing the beauty. In Jo-seon dynasty, hair style is considered as a status symbol, power and wealth as well as beauty. And this typological feature corresponds with hair style and sculpture in 18th Rococo. So this study propose the new motive and development of traditional hair style, based on Rococo's hair style and Korean traditional hair style. Therefore using motive of Rococo's four hair styles, the result of use of traditional hair style method and materials is that Jo―seon’s traditional hair style and Rococo's hair style correspond aspect of culture and sculpture. And this four hair style propose new traditional hair style trend.

포인트 위치에 따른 포니테일 셀프 롱헤어스타일링 연출제안

Change in aesthetic appearance of modern society itself increased, taking care that the public interest is growing. Hairstyle occupies a large proportion of the change in appearance , but is a lot of information about the direction of the hair style lacking. 증강현실 기반 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 시스템에 대한 연구

21세기에 들어 미의 기준은 개성 있게 변화하고 있다. 여성과 젊은 남성은 아름답고 멋있는 외모에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 그들은 자신만의 독특하고 다양한 헤어스타일을 원하며 이것은 뷰티산업과 헤어 스타일 시뮬레이션 시스템을 성장시켰다. 고객은 다양한 헤어스타일에 대한 관심이 높아졌고 전통적인 헤어스타일 선택방법은 고객의 다양한 니즈에 부합하지 못했다. 그래서 다양한 헤어스타일을 미리 시뮬레이션하기 위해 다음과 같은 프로그램과 시스템이 개발되었다. 첫 번째로 초기형태인 ‘위치 이동 가능한 인물 이미지와 위치 고정된 헤어스타일 이미지의 2D중첩’에 의한 방법은 사용함에 있어 조작성이 떨어지고 효용성이 낮았다. 두 번째로 ‘위치 고정된 인물 이미지와 위치 조정 가능한 헤어스타일 이미지의 2D중첩’에 의한 방법은 다양한 헤어스타일을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있었으나 형태 변형과 조정에 있어서는 조작성이 비교적 낮았다. 세 번째로 ‘인물의 특징점을 이용한 2D정합’에 의한 방법은 조작을 통한 관여도가 상호작용성과 조작성을 높여서 개선된 현존감을 갖으나, 특징점의 정확한 값을 검출하기가 비교적 어렵다는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 네 번째로 ‘3D를 활용한 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션’은 2D이미지를 3D로 구현해 현존감을 높이고 있으나 부정합 문제를 해결하지 못하고 있었다. 마지막으로 ‘증강현실 기반 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 시스템은 사용자가 얼굴을 좌우 또는 상하로 움직여도 자연스럽게 헤어스타일의 이미지가 시뮬레이션 되었다. 이처럼 기술발전에 따라 발전된 형태의 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 시스템은 사용자로 하여금 점차 높은 몰입과 현존감을 가져왔다. 사람들은 자신의 뒷모습을 도구 없이 스스로 볼 수 없다. 헤어스타일에 있어서는 사람의 앞모습뿐만 아니라 뒷모습과 좌우의 모습도 매우 중요하다. 그러나 초기형태부터 발전된 형태의 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 시스템까지 살펴본 결과 360도 시뮬레이션이 불 가능 하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그 이유는 모든 형태의 현존하는 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 하나의 카메라를 통해 사용자의 이미지를 미디어로 전송하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 사용자의 전방뿐만 아니라 후방과 좌우 그리고 위에 카메라를 설치하여 해결 하였다. 사용자는 다섯 개의 카메라와 연결된 스크린을 주시하며 실시간으로 자신의 헤어스타일을 다양한 각도에서 시뮬레이션 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 현존감이 높은 증강현실 기반의 360도 헤어스타일 시뮬레이션 콘셉트를 제안하였다. The standard of beauty has been more diversified and unique along with the development of culture in the 21st century. Women and young men show growing interest in their external image, namely how they can look more gorgeous and cool. They are increasingly interested in their own unique, appropriate hair style due to the growth of the beauty industry and Hair Style Simulation System. Customers were also interested in their hair styles. Selecting a traditional hair style is inconsistent with customer needs anymore. Consequently, The Simulation programs and systems have been developed for ``the variety hair style simulation``. First; The 2D movable user image overlaid with the 2D fixed hair style image was an early form. The manipulability measures and effectiveness of the form are not enough. Second; The 2D fixed user image overlaid with the 2D movable hear style image can simulate various. However, changing shape and operability is not enough. Third; The 2D-registration of the facial feature points cannot get accurate results, but it has the experience of better presence in enhancing the Interface interactivity and operability. Fourth; ``The 3D hair style simulation system`` increase presence because it can change the 2D image to 3D image, but it still has the image misregistration problem. Fifth; ``The hair style simulation system`` based on augmented reality can simulate naturally even though, user moves his head. ``The hair style simulation system`` is getting better presence and flow. Seeing human backs of the head without tools is impossible. The fore, rear, Left, right and top side view of human is very important, especially in hair style. However, the early form of hair style program and AR hair style system can`t simulate the 360 degree view because every hair style program and system have the just fore camera. The problem is solved by installing of the front, rear, Left, right and top side cameras in this paper. User can see the results of ``the 360 degree hair style simulation`` by each camera from various sides at the same time. This paper suggested ``the 360 degree hair style simulation concept`` based on augmented reality.

미국 텔레비전 시트콤 여배우들의 성격과 헤어스타일의 연관성 - Sex & the City를 중심으로 -

< Sex & the City > which tells about the love, career, and life of women in their 20s and 30s has 4 main female characters. These 4 characters have had an influence not only on the hair and fashion styles of Korean women in their 20s and 30s but also the way they think. It seems that the desire of Korean women to accept the Western culture after the Korean War is similar to their wanting to imitate the hair styles and thought of characters in the American TV dramas or sitcoms. In this regard, this paper examines the relations between the images of women and the images that different hair styles give. The correlations between the characters and hair styles of the 4 main figures in < Sex & the City > are turned out to be as follows: First, Carrie Bradshaw, a sex columnist has a liberal and expressive character. She has her own styling so unique as to relieve stress by buying luxury shoes. And her chic fashion styles are added to her image. Accordingly, her hair style is not tied up to a certain one but shows a wide range of styles from straight to curly and diverse updos. Carrie shows the best styling fit to T.P.O(Time, Place, Occasion) and hair styles of extrovert women which are not stereotyped. Second, Samantha Jones is a brand PR director who has much self-respect. With daring fashion styles which reveal her body line and big accessories, she expresses her confidence. She sticks to medium―length hair but shows diverse hairdos from curly to straight depending on styles. Using the straight style of cold look and the curly style of mild look, she shows the extreme looks. Third, Miranda Hobbes is a lawyer of a strong image. She enjoys suits and short hair which go well with an image of a lawyer. Having the least diverse hair styles of the 4 figures, she shows changes in hair style when wearing a makeup and when doing nothing. Although she demonstrates the increased rights of women, by showing unkempt looks quite often she shows the negative side of increased women’s rights. Fourth, Charlotte York is a gallery curator of an introvert image. Having the romantic look blended with elegant elements, she sticks to the medium-length, non-layered brunette. The most glamorous look she has shown is the big curly hair. She expresses her styles using a hair band or having updos. Her non-layered hair reflects her conservative character as she is; comparing to the liberal styles of Carrie or Samantha, the neat pony-tail style Charlotte enjoys shows her character as well.

헤어스타일의 변천에 관한 연구

The relationship between culture and life style of human being and hair is distinctively aware by experiences and events of the history. Further the hair art can be expressed through other sources such as political ideology, religious doctrine, sense of value, and ethics. The hair art is one of most expressive cultures which can show a society and common life style because the concept of beauty in certain period or culture strongly influence the hair. In this regards, this thesis selects a process of change of the hair style as a subject and aims at analyse the hair style, based upon paintings, Pictures, and various references of a target period. Prior to the main subject, the period is necessary to be divided into an ancient, a middle age, a modem age, and a present. The characteristics of each age are as follows: The hair of the Ancient age, according to "Pyeonbal" in the Tangun mythology demonstrates that an interest of hair was common and prevalent. In the era of Three Kingdoms, the hair style was shown by records and old tombs. There were a variety of hair styles such as the Eonzun hair-style, Chogzin hair-style, Pungimyeong hair-style, Mugeun-jungbal hair-style, and Ssangsangtu hair-style in Koguryo dynasty which were found in many wall paintings of old tombs. In accordance with records of the "Buksa" and "Juseo," married women divided their hair into two parts and single women braided hair in the Baekje dynasty. Further, some documents of China witnessed that the art of "Gache" in the Silla dynasty, fairly estimated was exported to China. In the early stage of the Koryo dynasty, the hair style of the Silla was generally inherited, but people followed a pigtail hair-style under the an assimilative policy of the Y?n dynasty after the Koryo, 18th years of the King Gong was surrendered to the Mongolia. In the Chosun dynasty, the Chogzin, Pungimyeong, Braided, Mugeun-jungbal and Ssangsangtu hair had been inherited since the Ancient age. However, Gache with Eonzun hair became popular in the middle of dynasty. Finally, Gache was prohibited because it caused problems of Gogye. In the civilized period in 19C, an Eonzun, Chogzin, Pigtail Ribbon hair-style were continuously general, in the mean time a new trial of Pampdoor, Pompadour was sometimes made. In addition, a Tre hair, a Cheopsi, hair were looming up a popular style during the Japanese imperialism. A shoulder length hair, also boomed in this period made a new word of "Modem Girl." After independence in 1945, a perm hair which had been limited since inception became widely spread and women preferred Uchimaki (inner curling) and Sodomaki (external curling). A short cut hair-style adapted by Audrey Hepburn in the Roman Holiday started attracting young women Rapidly growth of the national economy and distribution of TV encouraged women to have a strong interest of beauty and search for unique characteristics in 1970s. A beggar cut and a shoulder-length mushroom cut were spreading and men started a long or perm hair style or both through the trend of a unisex. In 1980s, a wide variety of cutting style with scissors, razor, and clipper expressed kinds of touch and a straight perm, started in 1984 influenced school girls and young housewives because this hair-style can stress a volumed touch of natural hair and easily take care of making waived hair straight. Recently, a dyed hair-style and colored coating perm has been popular and in order to express characteristics strongly, regardless of age. More importantly, the collective hair care system to take a good care of skin of head and hair has been adapted so widely that new information, and specialized system are updated consistently. In 21st century, hair art will not only free from convention or formal styles, but pursue creative characteristics including enhancement of antinomy which coexists simplicity and variability. Mentioned above, a brief history of the hair art is introduced. Definitely to say, a vogue reflects culture and tradition of each period and the present hair art, one of important portions of culture faces globalization which facilitates simultaneous fashion between the East and the West through development of internet and telecommunication. Therefore the Korean hair art will be globally recognized if our traditional hair art is harmonized to the modem concept with recreativeness and development.

헤어스타일에 대한 여성들의 의식과 관련요인 조사 : 대구·경북 중심으로

This study was conducted to examine aspects of women's awareness of hair styles and related factors. 734 women who lived in Seoul, Daegu, Pohang, Sangju, and Gumi were selected as subjects of this study. Data were collected from May 20, 2001 to August 20, 2001. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. 1. 'The respondents' satisfaction level with their hair styles was 3.34±0.84 points on the basis of 5 points. The highest values in the variables were the upper class (3.78±0.78 points), tall and fat women(3.53±0.96 points), above 50 years old (3.42±0.85 points), and education level of above college (3.45±0.83 points). 2. The respondents' had various hair styles such as short hair (32.3%), short-cut hair(30.1%), long hair having layer(25.5%), long hair having no layer (7.8%), and pull-up hair(4.4%). 3. According to the opinions of hair styles which matched well with Korean women, long hair having layers covered 25.3%, while long hair having no layer covered 21.9%. Pull-up hair was 23.0% and short-cut hair covered 17.0%. 4. In the case of changing hair style, 38.8% of the respondents answered that they change hair style when they needed diversion of feeling. 29.3% of them changed hair style periodically and 17.8% of them changed it to follow fashion. 9.4% changed it by recommendation of family members or friends and 4.1% changed it by hairdresser's recommendation. Among the respondents, 44.1% of unmarried women, 46.1% of the women in their twenties, 50.8% of college students, and 45.2% of professors or teachers changed their hair styles when they needed to diverse their feelings. The change of hair style was significantly different in the variables of marital status, occupation, and economic status, while it was not significantly different in the variavle of religion. 5. 39.9% of the respondents changed hair style once or twice a year, 24.9% of them almost did not change it. 20.7% changed it three times or four times a year and 7.2% changed it above seven times a year. 6. 86.2% of them answered that hair style affected selection of clothes, while only 8.2% of them responded that it did not affect selection of closes. 5.6% of them replied that they had almost no concern about the correlation. 7. When the respondents wanted to change their hair styles, 26.8% replied that they would choose the hair style at the time of changing it. 24.4% of them chose long hair having layers and 19.2% of them chose short-cut hair. 13.1% selected short hair and 8.6% chose long hair having no layer. Only 7.2% of the respondents selected pull-up hair. In the variable of age, 28.4% of the women in their twenties and 25.8% of the women in their thirties chose long hair as their next hair style. 8. 60.5% of the respondents occasionally used hair styling products when they finished hair styling, while 20.3% of them used them without fail. 19.2% of the respondents did not use them at all. 9. The satisfaction level with present hair style was influenced by economic status, satisfaction level with hair style made by the hairdresser, and their education level. The satisfaction level with hair style was low in the groups of low economic status, short and thin women, and low education level. Hair style was greatly determined by shape of face. Hairdressers must have great concern about hair style because hair style is essential in expressing sense of beauty.

한·중 여성 헤어 커트 스타일 비교 연구

This paper aims to provide basic data for hair cut designs in Korea and China by comparing and investigating the features of hair cut styles of women in Korea and China. Women in their 20s to 50s in Gwangju, Korea and Mongolia, China were selected and the questionnaires were distributed to them. A total of 512 questionnaires were distributed and 500 questionnaires were used for final analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS PASW 18.0 program. The real numbers, percentage and frequency analysis and X2-test between both regions were executed. In accordance with the analysis of considerations by women in Korea and China when cutting hair, Korean women focused on cutting damaged hair and Chinese women on hair style convenience. The preferred bang style was the round shape in Korea and the neat style tying all hair up in China. Women in Korea chose various hair lengths but women in China preferred the middle-length bob style. For the side cut in bob style, women in Korea preferred the horizontal cut and diagonal forward cut, but women in China liked both cut styles. While women in Korea preferred the concave shape for the back of the hair in bob style, women in China preferred the convex shape. For long hair styles, women in Korea didn’t like long hair without layers and with stumpy cut lines which were very favored among women in China. The results indicated that the cultural and social factors as well as economic factors between both countries were reflected in the hair cut style. The analysis results in this paper will be used as the valuable basic data for developing hair designs which can help to continue the Korean fever in China by comparing and presenting the cultural and social style differences between Korea and China.

쇼 헤어스타일 조형원리를 응용한 살롱 업스타일 연구

Today, hair beauty is greatly developed from the aspect of art, hair art, getting out of salon style. Current hair art has a strong factor of show, so tends to regard as the part completely different from salon style. So, this researcher changed show hair style to salon style through the concept of contrarian, displayed up style and manufactured work with expectation that show hair style is greatly related to salon style and it will be high-quality work through the mutual structure. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to create hair style that shows hair style can be applied by actual salon and improve the technical quality with various expressions. For the method of studying, with the motif materials of Kwon, Ki Hyung’ s volunteer hair show and OMC hair world hair show, formative theory was replaced and salon up style was displayed with new technology and creative method. As the result of this study, the formative theory shown in show hair style can be applied to salon up style and salon up style added by creative idea can be realized according to the understanding degree of individual work. And, it suggests possibility that the work whose design is splendid and individuality is plentiful can be displayed as a salon style again. The possibility is helpful to improve the quality of beauty techniques and develop new trends as well as is considered to give motivation for technical acquisition and improve the degree of interests.
