        계층적 Fuzzy 감지기에 대한 연구

        본 논문은 화재 감지기의 화재판정을 결정하는 방법으로 화재의 정도를 Fuzzy화 한다음 Fuzzy Logic을 적용하여 화재와 비화재를 판별할 수 있는 새로운 기능의 Fuzzy감지기를 제안한 것이다. Fuzzy 감지기의 입력요소는 화재의 정확한 판단을 위하여 온도센서, 연기센서, 광센서를 이용하였으며 센서출력 신호를 디지털화 하여 적용하였다. 그 결과 기존의 화재 감지기보다 화재감지 능력은 우수하였으나 정확한 화재 판단을 위해서는 보다 많은 Rule을 생성할 수 있는 지식이 필요 하였으며 Fuzzy 감지기를 실제 적용할 경우 그 가능성을 보였다. In this article, the Fuzzy Logic as the principle of the multcriteria fire detector is used to determine whether the fire takes out or not. The main contents of this method as follows ; most of all, the degree of the fire is represented as the type of the Fuzzy, and then it is possible to examine whether the fire takes out or not by the principle of the Fuzzy Logic. The input fators of the fuzzy fire detector are temperature sensor, smoke sensor, light sensor applied to digital type. On the result of this study, the first, the number of the case of the nonfire alarm which is represented in the existing fire detector is reduced, and the second, the applicability of the fuzzy fire detector is demonstrated by the test.

        Fuzzy 이론을 이용한 OFDM 시스템에서 PAPR 감소 기법

        OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 시스템은 주파수 선택적 페이딩 채널에서 무선 고속 데이터 전송에 적합한 통신 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 기계 제어에 많이 사용되는 Fuzzy 이론을 이용하여 OFDM 시스템에서 문제가 되는 PAPR(Peak to Average Power Ratio)을 감소시키는 방법을 제안한다. PAPR을 줄이는데 Fuzzy이론을 사용함으로써 경험적 실험과 반복에 의한 데이터를 사용하기 쉬우며, 하드웨어적인 측면에서 구현이 쉽고, 또한 보다 적은 연산량으로 쉽게 PAPR을 감소시킬 수 있다. 먼저 입력 신호를 부블록으로 나누고, Fuzzy를 이용하여 부블록의 PAPR을 낮추어 전체의 PAPR을 낮추어 전송하여 이를 수신단에서 복원하는 비교적 쉽고 간단한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방식이 기존의 OFDM 시스템에 비하여 시스템의 연산량이 다소 증가하고 Fuzzy에 관한 정보를 따로 보내야 하는 단점이 있지만, PAPR 감소 측면에서 성능이 개선됨을 확인하였다. 제안하는 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하기 위해 CCDF(Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function)을 통하여 비교한다. 이 알고리즘에 따르면 QPSK와 16QAM 변조를 사용하여 시뮬레이션을 한 결과, Fuzzy 이론을 이용한 방법이 FFT 크기(N)=512, Oversampling=4인 경우 PR이 10??을 기준으로 각각 최대 약 2.3 ㏈와 3.1 ㏈의 PAPR 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었다. Orthgonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM) system is effective for the high data rate transmission in the frequency selective fading channel. In this paper we propose PAPR(Peak to Average Power Ratio) reduction method of problem in OFDM system used Fuzzy theory that often control machine. This thesis proposes PAPR reducing method of OFDM system using Fuzzy theory. The advantages for using Fuzzy theory to reduce PAPR are that it is easy to manage the data and embody the hardware, and required smaller amount of operation. Firstly, we proposed simple algorithm that is reconstructed at receiver with transmitted overall PAPR which is reduced PAPR of sub-block using Fuzzy. Although there are some drawbacks that the operation of the system is increased comparing conventional OFDM system and it is needed to send the information about Fuzzy indivisually, it is assured that the performance of the system is enhanced for PAPR reducing. To evaluate the perfomance, the proposed search algorithm is compared with the proposed algorithm in terms of the complementary cumulative distribution function(CCDF) of the PAPR and the computational complexity. As a result of using the QPSK and 16QAM modulation, Fuzzy theory method is more an effective method of reducing 2.3 ㏈ and 3.1 ㏈ PAPR than exiting OFDM system when FFT size(N)=512, and oversampling=4 in the base PR of 10??.

        In this paper, by using the definition of fuzzy equivalence relations introduced by Dib and Youssef, we obtain fuzzy analogues of many results concerning ordinary equivalence relations. Moreover, we investigate fuzzy analogues of many results concerning relationships between ordinary equivalence relations and ordinary functions. In particular, we obtain the fuzzy-canonical decomposition of a fuzzy function.

        On Fuzzy Point Applications of Fuzzy Topological Spaces

        In this study, different kinds of fuzzy point applications in fuzzy topological spaces wereexamined. In addition, the characteristics of fuzzy β-closed sets via the contribution offuzzy points, as well as new separation axioms, were investigated. Besides, some propertiesrelated to the β-closure of such points using the notions of weak and strong fuzzy points wereexamined with illustrated examples. New ideas regarding fuzzy β-upper limit, fuzzy β-lowerlimit, and fuzzy β-limit using the idea of fuzzy points were also discussed. Lastly, the fuzzyβ-continuous convergence on the set of fuzzy β-continuous functions was characterized withthe help of the fuzzy β-upper limit.

        Exact solutions of fuzzy goal programming problems using a-cut representations

        Ramik[7] introduced a fuzzy goal programming (FGP)problem that generalizes a standard goal programming (GP) problem with fuzzy alternatives, fuzzy objective functions and fuzzy deviation functions for measuring the deviation between attained and desired goals being fuzzy. However, it is known that this FGP tends to produce an approximate solution since it uses an approximate fuzzy multiplication operation to solve the resultant fuzzy model. In this paper, we show that this FGP sometimes leads to the wrong decision. We also propose a procedure that gets the exact solution to overcome these problems. The method is based on (min norm)-based fuzzy operations using -cut representations. We consider the same example as used in Ramik and investigate how our procedures are compared to Ramik's.

        It is generally difficult to compute the level cut sets of type-2 fuzzy sets, so type-2 fuzzy sets that are more naturally represented and whose level cut sets can be computed relatively easily are desired. Then, we introduce a new type-2 fuzzy number called Triangular Shaped Type-2 Fuzzy Number in this paper. Moreover, we study calculus for type-2 fuzzy-number-valued functions and solve the problem of a fuzzy differential equation whose initial value is this type-2 fuzzy number.

        퍼지-PID 알고리즘을 이용한 필라멘트 와인딩 장력제어에 관한 연구

        This thesis develops a fuzzy-PID control algorithm for control the filament winding tension. It is developed by applying classical PID control technique to a fuzzy logic controller. It is composed of a fuzzy-PI controller and a fuzzy-D controller. The fuzzy-PI controller uses error and integrated error as inputs, and the fuzzy-D controller uses derivative of error as input. The fuzzy-PI controller uses Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy inference system, and the fuzzy-D controller uses Mamdani fuzzy inference system. The fuzzy rule base for the fuzzy-PI controller is designed using 19 rules, and the fuzzy rule base for the fuzzy-D controller is designed using 5 rules. A test-bed is set-up for verifying the effectiveness of the developing control algorithm in control the filament winding tension. It is composed of a mandrel, a carriage, a force sensor, a driving roller, nip rollers, a creel, and a real-time control system. Nip rollers apply a vertical force to a filament, and the driving roller drives it. The real-time control system is developed by using MATLAB/xPC Target. First, experiments for showing the inherent problems of an open-loop control scheme in a filament winding are performed. Then, experiments for showing the robustness of the developing fuzzy-PID control algorithm are performed under various working conditions occurring in a filament winding such as mandrel rotating speed change, carriage traversing, spool radius change, and reference input change.

        중도(中道)에 근거한 『법화경(法華經)』의 몇 가지 해석(解析)

        佛性은 萬物의 근본이고 삶의 본질이다. 唯識은 만물의 지속적인 흐름이며 生滅은 논리 以前의 것으로 논리를 超越한 것이다. 우리의 삶과 마음이 퍼지(fuzzy)인 것처럼 佛法 또한 퍼지 논리적(fuzzy logic)이고 불법의 가르침 또한 퍼지 논리적이다. 緣起에 바탕을 둔 中道는 兩極端의 一次結合(linear combination)의 형태로 나타나며 因緣에 따라 兩極端을 포함하기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 『法華經』에 나타나는 ``人非人``과 ``學無學`` 및 ``非有想非無想``의 세 用語의 실질적 의미를 中道에 근거하여 퍼지 논리적 입장에서 解釋하고자 한다. A fuzzy set is an infinite set with fuzzy concept and a fuzzy logic is an infinite-valued logic with fuzzy concept. Our mind and our lives are fuzzy which implies that Buddha`s nature, which is the unique truth, is also fuzzy. Since Buddha`s nature is the truth of universe, it precedes the logic, so Birth-Death transcends also the logic. Fuzzy set and fuzzy logic can be used to represent the infinite grades of understanding of Buddha`s nature. Buddha`s Law and it`s teaching are also fuzzy-logic, which coincides with the fact that our lives and minds are based on fuzzy logic. It seems that the real meanings of ren-fei-ren(人非人), xue-wuxue(學無學) and fei-you-xiang-fei-wu-xiang(非有想非無想) in Lotus Sutra have been wrongly or differently translated by Chinese Zhiyi (智意), Jizang(吉藏), Kuiji(窺基), Jiehuan(戒環) and others, with some Koreans for a long time. In this paper, we tried to show the real meanings of vren-fei-ren (人非人), xue-wu-xue(學無學) and fei-you- xiang-fei-wu-xiang(非有想非無想) in Lotus Sutraia via The Middle Path, we concluded that 1) ``ren-fei-ren(人非人)`` is a union of ren(人) and fei-ren(非人) containing ren(人) and fei-ren(非人) as both extremes, 2) ``xue-wu-xue(學無學)`` is a union of xue(學) and wu-xue(無學) containing xue(學) and wu-xue(無學) as both extremes, and 3) ``fei-you-xiang-fei-wu-xiang(非有想非無想)`` is a union of ``fei-you-xiang(非有想)`` and ``fei-wu-xiang(非無想)`` containing ``feiyou- xiang(非有想)`` and ``fei-wu-xiang(非無想)`` as both extremes.

      • A Novel Similarity Measure for Generalized Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers and its Application to Decision-Making

        Similarity measures of fuzzy numbers have been widely applied in various areas. In the last decade, many similarity measures of generalized fuzzy numbers were proposed. However, there are two main limitations in existing similarity measures: 1) they cannot correctly calculate the degree of similarity between two generalized trapezoidal fuzzy numbers in some cases; and 2) the definitions of recently developed similarity measures are complicated and difficult to interpret. In this paper, a novel approach to similarity measurement between generalized trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is proposed. The proposed similarity measure has a simple definition and is easier to understand intuitively. Furthermore, we analyze its properties and compare it with existing similarity measures. The results show that the proposed measure outperforms existing similarity measures. Finally, we apply the proposed similarity measure to develop a fuzzy-logic-based approach for new product go/nogo decision-making at the front end. The proposed fuzzy software quality evaluation method is more flexible and more intelligent than existing methods due to the fact that it considers the degrees of confidence of evaluators’ opinions.

        Fuzzy-Sliding Mode Control of a Polishing Robot Based on Genetic Algorithm

        This paper proposes a fuzzy-sliding mode control which is designed by a self tuning fuzzy inference method based on a genetic algorithm. Using the method, the number of inference rules and the shape of the membership functions of the proposed fuzzy-sliding mode control are optimized without the aid of an expert in robotics. The fuzzy outputs of the consequent part are updated by the gradient descent method. It is further guaranteed that the selected solution becomes the global optimal solution by optimizing Akaikes information criterion expressing the quality of the inference rules. In order to evaluate the learning performance of the proposed fuzzy-sliding mode control based on a genetic algorithm, a trajectory tracking simulation of the polishing robot is carried out. Simulation results show that the optimal fuzzy inference rules are automatically selected by the genetic algorithm and the trajectory control result is similar to the result of the fuzzy-sliding mode control which is selected through trial error by an expert. Therefore, a designer who does not have expert knowledge of robot systems can design the fuzzy-sliding mode controller using the proposed self tuning fuzzy inference method based on the genetic algorithm.
