중국 베이징 수도국제공항의 발전방안에 관한 연구

Since Chinas entry into WTO and Beijing successful bidding tp hold the Olympic Games, the economy of China develops rapidly, meanwhile, the aviation industry of China also flourishes greatly, now the Capital Airport faces more brand new opportunities and challenges than ever. As a window of modern economic development, airport can reflect the trend of this industry development, its also an important backbone industry of local economy, even national economy. At the same time, the Capital Airport occupies a very important place in national airport industry with its own feature and advantage, therefore, the study on the development strategy of Capital Airport has its own practical meaning. Standing from strategic angle and based on connection theory with the reality, this study analyzes Beijing capital airport goal, and proposes the concrete strategic planning. In order to establish the hub strategy of Beijing capital airport, first, analyse the feature of the large hub airports around the world and Beijing capital airport hub strategic situation, then induces the strategic plan for becoming a world hub airport. After analysing the successful hub airport instance of the world and referring governments strategy for the capital airport, points out the advance direction. The airport positions its strategic direction as the most important comprehensive hub airport in China, with full function of a national airport, and develops into one of the largest comprehensive hub airports in Northeast Asia in the future. With the base of above investigation and analysis, presented a strategic plan for Beijing capital airport. 1) Must simplify import and export entry process for smooth logistics. 2) From requesters standpoint, must decide the policy for tariff free zone and foreign investment immature. 3) Raise modern logistics professional personnel within Beijing capital airport, Strengthens the marketing strategy, and increases the flight the route. 4) Must Construct globalization networks with strategic alliance. 5) The combined transportation enterprise must expand aviation cargo foundation implementation.

인천국제공항 장기전략 수립 방향성에 관한 연구

인천공항은 2001년 개항 이래 한국의 관문 공항으로 서비스 차원에서 세계 최고 공항으로 평가받고있다. 본 연구에서는 공항 관련 환경변화에 대응하여 인천공항이 장기적인 경쟁우위를 지속하기 위해 어떤 전략적 방향성을 설정할 것인지를 도출해 보았다. 공항전략의 구성요소는 본원적 공항 서비스 프로세스, 상업시설 및 인접 지역개발, 항공화물 서비스, 지상 교통 연결로 구분될 수 있다. 글로벌 경쟁공항의 이들 구성요소에서 어떤 새로운 시도를 하고 있는지 살펴보기 위해 스키폴, 두바이, 쳅락콕 공항을 벤치마킹해 보았다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 인천공항의 장기전략 방향성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 세 가지로 압축된다. 첫째, 기술적 변화요인으로, 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 3D 프린팅, 친환경 기술 등에 의한 변화요인이다. 인천공항은 새로운 기술이 산업에 적용되고, 이를 통해 다른 차원의 부가가치가 창출되는 모습을 상징적으로 보여주는 혁신자가 되어야 한다. 둘째, 산업 구조적 변화요인이다. 한국의 산업구조가 변화함에 따라 공항은 글로벌 인적 교류 및 물류가 가장 빈번히 이루어지는 지리적 이점을 최대한 살릴 수 있는 ‘산업의허브’가 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 공항 인접 지역을 금융, 의료산업 등 교류가 중요한 산업의 중심으로 발전시켜야 한다. 셋째, 거시 환경적 변화요인이다. 중국의 부상, 남북통일 등 동북아의 교통 물류 시스템을 근본적으로 변화시키는 요인이다. 인천공항은 ‘기술과 산업의 허브’를 기반으로 동북아 ‘종합 교통의허브’로 자리매김해야 한다. 나아가 지속적으로 신뢰·존경받는 공항이 되기 위해서는 이 모든 과정에 공유가치창출(CSV)을 기반으로 해야 한다. Incheon International Airport, the main gateway to Korea since 2001, has a reputation as the number one airport in the world, based on service. This research aims to propose strategic direction to better sustain a long-term competitive advantage in the constantly changing environment of the air transportation industry. The main components of airport management strategy can be categorized into four areas: 1) airport service process, 2) development of commercial facilities and neighboring areas, 3) air cargo service, and 4) ground transportation connections. To assess the competitive challenges in the airport industry, this research has benchmarked three airports: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Dubai International Airport, and Hong Kong International Airport. There are three primary aspects of airport operation requiring long-term strategic direction at Incheon International Airport. The first area is technology-driven innovation represented by IoT(internet of things), Big Data analysis, 3D printing, and Eco-Technology. Incheon International Airport needs to be an industry-leading innovator in applying new technology and making value-added staffing and hiring decisions. The second area requiring strategic direction is addressing structural changes in the airport industry. Incheon Airport should be an ‘Industrial hub’ to take full advantage of its geographic location and important role in logistics and personal exchange in accordance with industry transitions in Korea. Incheon Airport needs to develop its neighboring area to become a core of interchange based industry, including finance, healthcare, etc. The third area of airport operations requiring direction is addressing and adapting to changing macroeconomics. The economic rise of China and the potential unification of North and South Korea are important factors affecting fundamental aspects of Korea``s transportation system. Incheon airport should be regarded as a ‘comprehensive transportation hub’ and an ‘integrated hub of technology and industry.’ Finally, the entire aforementioned process should be based on CSV(creating shared value) in order to leap forward to becoming an airport with sustainable trust and honor.

4차 산업혁명의 인천국제공항 적용을 위한 우선순위 분석: 델파이 기법의 활용

4차 산업혁명은 이미 우리 사회 전반에 걸쳐 변화를 초래하고 있다. 항공산업과 공항산업에도 4차산업혁명 관련 기술의 적용은 현실화되고 있다. 지문 인식 탑승, 셀프 백드롭 서비스 등 다양한 서비 스가 이미 실현되었다. 이러한 흐름은 공항 산업 전반에 걸쳐 혁명적인 변화를 초래할 것으로 예상된 다. 이에 본 논문은 인천국제공항을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술을 어떻게, 어느 분야에 도입할 것인가에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 우선 공항운영과 관련하여 4차 산업혁명과 밀접하게 연관된 6개 핵심기술과 6개 적용분야를 각각 선정하였다. 그리고 24명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 시행하고 각 기술과 적용분야의 우선순위를 도출하였고, 인천국제공항이 우선적으로 도입해야할 세부 수익모델을 제안하였다. 분석결과, 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술 중 가장 우선적으로 도입해야 하는 기술은 빅데이터와 사물인터넷이었으며, 우선적으로 적용해야 하는 분야는 스마트 프로세스와 스마트 운영으로 나타났다. 아울러, 우선적으로 도입해야 하는 세부 수익모델 검토결과, 공항터미널 프로세스 자동화시스템이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is already bringing about changes throughout our society. The application of the fourth industrial revolution to the aviation and airport industries is becoming a reality. Various services such as fingerprint recognition boarding and self-backdrop service have already been realized. This trend is expected to bring about revolutionary changes throughout the airport industry. This paper analyzed how and where to apply technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution to Incheon International Airport. For acomplish goal of this paper, we selected six core technologies and six fields closely related to the fourth industrial revolution in relation to airport operation. We conducted a Delphi survey of 24 experts, derived priorities for each technology and fields. And we proposed a detailed revenue model to be introduced firstly by Incheon International Airport. According to the analysis, among the technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution, big data and Internet of Things were the first technologies to be adopted, and smart processes and smart operations were the first fields to be applied. In addition, airport terminal process automation system should reviewed in priority as revenue model.

공항 지배구조 및 사업구조가 사회적 책임에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공항의 지배구조, 사업구조, 그룹/단독공항의 특성들이 공항의 사회적책임 활동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 했다. 기존 연구에서는 다원적의미를 지니는 공항의 사회적 책임 활동을 정량화하기 어려워 실증연구가 제한적이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공시에 의해 객관적으로 확인할 수 있는 기부금을 기업의 사회적 책임 활동으로 측정하는 방식으로 분석했다. 분석 결과 첫째, 공항소유구조가 사회적 책임 활동에 미치는 영향은 정부 소유 공항이 더 적극적으로 하는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공항의 사업구조는 LCC 항공사 비율이 높은 공항일수록사회적책임 활동에 부정적으로 나타났다. 이는 LCC 항공사가 공항의 주요 고객일수록 원가절감이라는 경제적 가치가 사회적 가치보다 더 중요한 가치로 인식되기때문인 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 그룹공항이 단독공항에 비해 사회적책임 활동을 더적극적으로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 그룹공항은 단독공항에 비해 상대적으로더 많은 사회적 이슈에 노출되기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 조절효과 분석결과, 정부소유공항이 민간소유공항에 비해 사회적책임 활동을 더 적극적으로 하는 효과는 그룹/단독공항 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 LCC 점유 비율이 높은 공항이 사회적책임에 미치는 부정적인 영향은 단독공항일수록 강화되는것으로 나타났다. This research investigated that the airport's governance and business structure were empirically examined to identify the factors affecting the airport's CSR. Due to the difficult to quantify CSR multiple meaning, prior airport’s CSR studies could not empirically investigated influencing airport’s CSR. However, this study analyzed the airport’s CSR activities by using the donation data. The empirical results showed that government-owned airports were more likely to active on CSR than private owned airports. Second, in terms of the airport's business structure, airports with a high LCC ratio were found negatively impact on CSR activities. This implies that the more important the economic value of cost reduction is perceived than the social value. Lastly, the results of the moderating effect analysis show that government-owned airports were more proactive in CSR than privately-owned airports, regardless of whether they were group airports or individual airports. However, the negative impact of airports with a high LCC share was found to be stronger for independent airports.

한국항공경영학회 연구 성과에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 한국항공경영학회 창립 20주년을 맞이하여, 이 기간 동안의 학문적 발전과 성과를 되돌아보고 미래 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 20년 동안의 항공산업 주요 이슈 및 한국항공경영학회의 주요 연구 동향을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 항공산업 주요 이슈로는 항공산업의 성장과 세계화, 항공서비스의 지속적인 혁신, 항공화물 시장의 성장과 국내 항공사의 괄목할 만한 성과, 신공항 건설과 인천국제공항의 확장, 공항운영의 선진화, LCC의 출현과 성장, 디지털 전환과 항공서비스 혁신, UAM을 비롯한 항공우주산업의 성장, COVID-19와 이의 극복을 위한 전 산업계의 대응 노력 등을 도출해 보았다. 또한 주요 연구 주제를 6가지 세부 분야로 구분하고 각 주제와 관련된 최근 10년 동안의 주요 연구를 살펴보고 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 정리해 보았다. 게재논문을 연구 주제별로 분류해 볼 때 한국항공경영학회는 항공 및 연관 사업의 환경 변화, 공항 경영, 항공사 경영, 항공서비스 관리, 항공 마케팅, 항공 제조 산업과 차세대 항공이라는 6개의 분야에 대해 연구를 진행해 왔다. 이러한 이슈별로 많은 연구자들이 해당 이슈의 의미와 시사점, 이슈 극복 및 대응을 위한 방안 등을 적극적으로 제시함으로써 항공산업의 성장에 한국항공경영학회가 큰 기여를 한 것으로 평가되었다. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Korean Aviation Management Association, this study examines significant issues in the aviation industry over the past 20 years and significant research trends of the Korean Aviation Management Association in order to look back on academic developments and achievements during this period and suggest directions for future research. We wanted to find out. Significant issues in the aviation industry include growth and globalization of the aviation industry, continuous innovation in aviation services, growth of the air cargo market and remarkable performance of domestic airlines, construction of a new airport and expansion of Incheon International Airport, advancement of airport operations, the emergence and growth of LCC, digital transformation, and aviation service innovation, growth of the aerospace industry including UAM, COVID-19 and the entire industry's response efforts to overcome it were derived. In addition, we looked at detailed research topics in each of the six significant fields and primary research related to them over the past ten years. We summarized the academic and practical implications of these studies. When classifying published papers by research topic, the Korean Society of Aviation Management conducts much research in six major fields: environmental changes in aviation and related businesses, airport management, airline management, aviation service management, aviation marketing, aviation manufacturing industry, and next-generation aviation. have been going on. For each of these issues, the Korean Society of Aviation Management was evaluated as having made a significant contribution to the growth of the aviation industry by actively suggesting the meaning and implications of the issue, the implications of the issue, and ways to overcome and respond to the issue.

한국소설 속 ‘공항’ 표상과 경계, 재경계화 박완서의 「이별의 김포공항」ᆞ「공항에서 만난 사람」, 김애란의 「하루의 축」을 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to examine the reproduction of the “airport” in Korean nov- els and its meaning. The airport is a unique place that allows us to grasp the multilayered nature of the boundary. It has traditionally served as a middle ground and intersection con- necting “inside” and “outside,” but above all, it makes visible the presence across borders or boundaries, allowing various boundaries to be “seen” diverged by race, gender, class, and international relations. In addition, in the modern society, which is changing more and more fluidly in the face of today's globalization era, airports are also urging awareness of new fiscal boundaries. Focusing on Park Wan-seo's 「Gimpo Airport of Farewell」(1974), 「A person I Met at the Airport」 (1978), and Kim Ae-ran's 「A Day's Axis」(2012), which highlights the loca- tion of the airport, this paper aims to explore the possibility of airport narratives. Park Wan-seo's novel analyzes how fine lines of boundaries, not abstract levels of border cross- ings, work through the migration and movement of various boundaries that are not in- cluded as homogeneous national representations in the 1970s. In Kim Ae-ran's novel, we will examine the meaning of re-borderization through the isolation and space isolation of the newly formed floating class in the 21st century's globalization era against the backdrop of Incheon International Airport.

가덕도 신공항의 지속가능성에 관한 연구

이 논문의 목적은 가덕도 신공항의 경제적 · 환경적 지속가능성을 옹호하는 것이다. 이 논문은 국토교통부 보고서나 김해 신공항 검증위원회에서 다룬 기술적 쟁점을 다루지 않는다. 이 글에서는 가덕도 신공항과 관련된 두 가지 쟁점만 다룬다. 첫째, 수요 측면에서 공항의 경제적 지속가능성이다. 몇몇 국회의원들은 가덕도 신공항이 ‘고추 말리는 공항’이 될 것이라고 비판한다. 이 글은 항공운송산업의 추이를 통해 그와 같은 주장이 근거 없는 편견에서 비롯된 것임을 보이고자 한다. 둘째, 이 글은 신공항 건설이 현 정부의 그린뉴딜 정책과 배치되며 기후위기를 심화시킬 것이라는 주장에 대한 반비판이다. 기후위기를 강조하며 신공항 건설에 반대하는 이들은 항공운송산업이 대표적인 탄소배출 산업임을 지적한다. 또한 가덕도 신공항은 항공 수요를 촉발시켜 기후위기를 심화시킬 것이라고 비판한다. 이 글은 그와 같은 비판이 일정 부분 타당하지만 가덕도 신공항 건설과 기후위기 대응이 상호 배타적인 것만은 아님을 보일 것이다. This thesis aims at supporting the economic and environmental sustainability of Gadeokdo New Airport. In this paper, the technical issues dealt with in the report by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or by the Gimhae New Airport verification committee were not discussed. Only two issues related to Gadeokdo New Airport were examined in this thesis. First, the economic sustainability of the airport in terms of demand. Some members of the National Assembly criticize that Gadeokdo New Airport will be ‘the airport where red peppers are dried’. This paper is to show that such argument has been from groundless prejudice through the trends of air transportation industry. Second, in this paper, it was refuted the argument that the construction of the new airport is against the Green New Deal policy of the current administration and will aggravate the climate crisis. Those emphasizing the climate crisis and opposing the construction of the new airport point out that the air transportation business is one of the representative industries emitting carbon. Moreover, they criticize that Gadeokdo New Airport will generate the demand for air transportation and therefore will worsen the climate crisis. This thesis will show that such criticizm might be partially reasonable, yet the construction of Gadeokdo New Airport and coping with the climate crisis are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

공항산업 동향분석을 위한 텍스트 애널리틱스 모델에 관한 연구

Analyzing current trends and identifying future prospects is one of the important tasks to establish a successful strategy for airport development. In this study, we use latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), a typical topic modeling technique, to supplement the traditional qualitative methodologies and find a major trend of airport industry. Specifically, we deduct major topic from three different data sources related to airport (academic article, policy study report and news article) and compare each topic to find out the differences of each topic. In addition, we investigate the changing trend in each data source through longitudinal analysis. Our results show that three data sources have distinguishing trends which reflect their own characteristics. We find that most of data usually focus on the future situation for sustainable development rather than concentrating on the current issues. This study suggests a methodology using large amounts of text data to explore future promising trend from sperate data sources and provide insights for stakeholders of airport industry. The analyzing methodology we proposed has also significant meaning in that it can be applied comprehensively for trend analysis of other industry including tourism and hospitality as well as airport industry.

핵심성공요인 간의 관계분석을 통한 지방공항 활성화 방안: 중앙정부의 역할을 중심으로

Globalization has significantly elevated the importance of the aviation sector in the global economy. However, despite the pivotal role airports play, some have struggled to maintain sustainability. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to understand the effect of Regional airports‘ perceived critical success factors and its effect on the performance of airports. This paper surveyed personnel who worked at regional airport and conducted an empirical analysis based on survey results. The study validates hypotheses pertaining to the critical success factors within regional airports and its influences on management performance. The comprehensive analysis reveals that, central governments has a positive impact on the regional airports’ team·process·organizational factors. Furthermore, the team and organizational factors exerts positive influence on the management performance. This paper offers empirical insights to regional airports’s critical success factors and its impact on airports’ performance.

여수공항 활성화 전략에 대한 연구 : 관광산업과 광양만산업을 연계하여

본 연구는 승객이 급격하게 감소하고 있는 여수공항의 사례를 여수시의 관광산업과 광양만 산업을 활용한 공항 활성화에 중점을 두고 있다. 여수는 2012년 여수세계박람회 이후 관광 인프라의 급속한 확장으로 매년 1,500만명이 방문하는 남해안의 대표 관광지며 또한, 여수 공항 배후의 광양경제자유구역이 위치하고 있다. 그러나 여수공항 지역 관광을 위한 교통 지원 시스템은 여러 측면에서 불충분하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 여수 공항의 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하여 구체적인 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두며, 공항 활성화 전략에 필요한 설비 개선과 투자의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 도출한다. This study examined the case study of Yeosu Airport in Korea, where passengers are dramatically decreasing, and the study focuses on developing Yeosu airport using a tourism industry and Gwangyang bay industry. With the rapid expansion of the tourism infrastructure starting from the 2012 EXPO, it has grown to become a major tourist site on the south coast with 15 million visitors annually. It also has the advantage of having a large industrial complex (The Gwangyang Free Economic Zone) behind Yeosu airport. However, the transport support system for tourism in Yeosu airport area is insufficient in many aspects. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of Yeosu airport, identify problems and suggest specific methods. Furthermore It emphasize the importance of improving and investing in facilities needed to vitalize the regional airport.
